After Jessica left I was worried about how I would feel but Krystal has been my go to! The place is always clean, they are super gentle when working with your eyes, and I highly recommend. I make a 30 minute trip to go every 2 weeks and its worth it everytime! Also its a very reasonable price for the membership ❤️

Deka is such a cute and cozy place with excellent service. The owner is always there personally making sure the clients are treated above and beyond special. Even though its out of my way Im happy to drive there and be sure that not only my lashes will be perfect super natural but also I while the artist is doing her thing, I can rest on the super comfy bed with a blanket. So its double benefit for me, not needing to care about my make up / mascara for the next 3 weeks and relaxing/recharging while Im there!

I was experiencing some issues with Deka Lash and their high turn over rate with lash artists. I usually try an artist and if I like them, I stick to them. In a matter of 1.5 years, I had to change lash artist 4 times due to all of them quitting. The last artist I had tried - cancelled my appointment 15 minutes before my appointment time , I was very upset since I did schedule my meetings and day around this appointment to make it work. I contacted the customer service department and their recommendation was to try another location - mind you, they are all over an hour away.On a positive note, I went back once more and tried a new artist, Krysthal, and she is absolutely amazing. Very professional, very soft spoken, makes sure I’m always feeling okay and the lashes look lovely. She definitely has helped this location keep a guest because I was in the process of cancelling my membership.

I have been getting my lashes done by Elaine for several months now - after my first visit, I purchased a membership and I am in the salon religiously every 2 weeks for a classic look refill and her work is my favorite. She understands my face shape and desired look every time. She is meticulous, efficient, and we joke and laugh the entire time.Deka Lash as a company advocates for the customers wellbeing and satisfaction - I have never felt forced into purchasing anything or upgrading my look to a more expensive membership - that being said, I have purchased most of their products to care for my lashes and I am extremely satisfied with the quality and results - the mascara, the wash, the finish, the growth serum, the brushes - all phenomenal and the only things I use.I am SO in love with my look with my lashes - I feel beautiful and confident - and I feel so fortunate to have found such a high-quality salon AND lash technician so close to home. Ive had bad experiences with falsies and was reluctant to try again, but Im glad I did with Deka! My lash artist was very knowledgeable and she gave me exactly what I needed! I wasnt sure what I wanted as I wanted something natural but yet glam, but she delivered. I have received many compliments on my eyes and some were even surprised when I said they were extensions - they thought it was my real lashes! Im two weeks in with my extensions, and they still look FAB - highly recommend!

It was my first experience getting individual false eyelashes. I was concerned that they would look like brushes, but my eyelash technician, Sue Anne assured me that she would apply natural looking eyelashes that I would like. She did a great job. I have had them on for a week and I love them. I was planning to only get them once, but now I am hooked. I don’t need to use as much makeup as I usually do and I even feel comfortable going out without makeup now that I have natural looking eyelashes. I intend to sign up for the membership, so I can have them applied regularly. I am a big fan.I am adding to my review. I have joined and have become a member. Sueann has applied my eyelashes several times. I now would feel naked without them.

The salon is immaculate. All the protocols are followed. Michelle did a full set of column lashes which came out gorgeous. The place is very nice, large parquet and above all they strictly comply with the CDC cleaning standards. The girl who treated me was very professional, explained the entire procedure and did it very calmly and delicately.
