    I have been coming to Rania since moving to Brickell and she has been wonderful.The services Iā€™ve received have been thorough and efficient and scheduling online has always been so convenient. I would highly recommend her for any service or any of the other providers at this location. The online booking and service packages are great.     Manicure, pedicure, and brow threading. Great service all around and such a convenient location. Fritz was my nail technician and was so gentle with my nails which I appreciate and they looked great after. Will be back many more times.

    Everything went better than expected. I wasnā€™t feeling confident at first as I have had no good experiences in other places with my eyebrows. However, let me start by saying that the staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful by phone call and upon arrival. The person assigned to my eyebrows, Valentina, such a sweet girl, she listened to everything I was saying on the consultation. Right away, I trust her after her advices and I decided to give her my eyebrows. They are looking amazing ( thick, matching and long) and just how I wanted them! Itā€™s been such a long time since I donā€™t feel this way with someone working on them and I let this know to Valentina. I appreciate the patience and understanding. I will be coming back and that is why I recommend this place 10/10.šŸ„¹

    I absolutely love and adore this salon. I had eyebrow waxing and a lash lift done and I couldnā€™t be happier how Valentina truly enhanced my features and how much of a professional she is. My brows are at the best they have ever looked! Iā€™m one of those people that never know what to do with their brows or donā€™t know what they need. I explained this to Valentina and she waxed them to the most beautiful and flattering shape without altering them dramatically. In combination with my gorgeous lash lift, Valentina completely showcased her talent and I am so happy my first appointment was with her!     Update on my previous review: I returned to the Face and Brow Salon, and I couldnā€™t be happier. As I mentioned before, Fatimaā€™s quality work on my brow threading has always impressed me. This time, I made sure to book all my appointments exclusively with her. Iā€™m thrilled to be back and to have Fatima work her magic on my eyebrows once again. āœØPast experience:I have been a client of this Salome for about 2 years. Itā€™s sad to see the few technicians that actually know how to do proper eyebrow threading leave after a while of working there with the exception of the owner!Every time I book my appointment I request two people that Iā€™m confident that know how to thread my eyebrows since I have a thick eyebrow hair but not a lot so if one is taken by mistake I have a huge whole of empty spot in it. To my surprise I walk in on a Monday and they booked me with a new girl when I specifically asked for the two girls I always book. Then they say they have to charge a no show cause I donā€™t want the service to be done! When it was their mistake to book my when the girl I wanted doesnā€™t not work! The best part is that the ownerā€™s response is you are aggressive ! If I am aggressive why we always chat and laugh and talk about life and your daughter and your mother and ur husbands family and all! I know how I need my eyebrows to be done and I specifically voice that if your technicians feel nervous when someone gives them a clear direction or what there needs to be done they are in a wrong business!Yesterday I decided to let the new girl to do the face wax but not the brows and I am not surprised that she made an error and made a cut burn on my face which u can see in the picture! Thank got I didnā€™t let her touch my brows!Iā€™ll not be returning to this Salon! Customer service and giving a good service should be your priority Fatima!All the best :)

    I just had an appointment with Valentina. I have had my eyebrows, lip, and chin done for years at dozens of salons in many states and have never had an experience as good as this one.     Valentina LITERALLY gave my eyebrows a new lease on life. Also as a new mom there is nothing better than a low maintenance wake up and go look and the lash lift is my savior.     I just want to thank Cindy, Fatima and Face Beauty Bar! I have been going to their Brickell location for months for eyebrow threading and I always walk out feeling incredible. Not only are they super patient with my endless questions and pickiness but they never make me feel bad about it. After countless of toys attempting to get my eyebrows to grow and the right shape, it was only at Face that I was able to achieve the look I wanted. I usually never write reviews but I just did my EYELASHES and OMG! I was so so hesitant and scared but I knew if I was going to try it was going to be at Face and I am so glad I took the leap. I am so obsessed, I get so many complements but more.. ā€œAre those your real eyelashes?ā€ .. That is the reaction I wanted especially since I wanted it took natural but still full. I highly recommend and will not let anyone else touch my face. BTW one of the things I was dreading was how long I I thought it would take to put them on.. I was pleasantly surprised to have had the most relaxing experience. The music and the delicate way Cindy would apply them I fell asleep and woke up to beautiful eyelashes. Thank you again girls!     Im traveling for work, do not live in Miami. I needed a brow shaping and threw in a standard facial. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and it was so good.     Face brow and beauty bar was an amazing experience! I was treated exceptionally as soon as I walked in the door. As a guy sometimes it is intimidating going for services like a facial, but they made me feel at home. My esthetician was extremely knowledgeable and took her time to address what she saw in my face as well as provided options for taking care of myself outside of the store. I purchased products including sunscreen, moisturizer, and a exfoliant which Iā€™ve been using religiously! All in all a great place and loved everything about it!

    My favorite brow spot in Miami. The owner Fatima is so kind and our go-to for all things brows and face. My mum and I have been going here for years for threading, waxing, face products, etc and all the aestheticians are so well trained. I recently did the powder brow/micro blading hybrid on my eyebrows and its probably the best decision I have ever made. HIGHLY recommend. You are in good hands!

    Edit:After my initial review, the manager reached out to ask if I was interested in a re-do. Of course I accepted. I got them redone by Anya and she did an AMAZING job. Both lashes are curled this time. She took the time to educate me on why the first session might not have worked and helped me understand the lifting process further. I also really appreciated the fact that face.brow & beauty bar cared enough about my experience that they called me after reading my review to offer me a better experience.     My girlfriends make up artist cancelled on her last minute before my friends engagement party. We called Face in a panic and the staff was incredibly understanding and helpful. They spoke to the owner and were able to give us an appointment on such short notice. They did a spectacular job and everyone at the party was quite impressed.     I adore this place! A wonderful hidden gem for all your face needs. I regularly get my eyebrows threaded here and all of the women working here are so friendly and welcoming and great at their jobs! I have had lash extensions removed and had my first lash lift here.     I want to say thank you very much to Cindy Lu for being kind and accommodating. I really needed to wax my eyebrows as itā€™s been a really long time and she was considerate to squeeze me in! I had gone to three other locations and they were all booked and not as accommodating as this place. Lena who waxed my eyebrows did a phenomenal job and listened to the issues I had on my eyebrow. A big plus for her attentiveness and sweet manner, especially late at 7pm when most employees are tired/ or cranky and ready to leave their shift already. Customer service goes a long way and I am so glad I came here to get my eyebrows waxed. Definitely recommend!!!

Nothing fancy or fussy about the procedure- which is perfect for me right now because my skin is dry and sensitive this winter (and I kept getting random spots because my skin barrier was ruined).I felt so rejuvenated after the facial.     Fatima and her team are so friendly and professional. I have a plain face and they really made my eyes pop with lash extensions at just the right length and curl. They use one lash extension for each real lash, rather than multiple lash extensions on each real lash, so your real lashes do not get weighed down and eventually break. This process also makes your lashes look so real and healthy! I tried tinting my lashes first this time, since my hair is very light, and it looks like mascara without having to even do my eyes with makeup. They framed out my eyes with tinting and shaping my brows and...pow! A little red lip stick and I was ready to go! Thanks ladies for making me feel my best!

In between I had tried another place I had a membership with that recently started lash lifts, but let me tell you.. the quality was NIGHT and DAY, so I went back. As expected, even with a different technician doing my lash lift than the first time, my lashes look AMAZING! Better than when I would use lash extensions!And on top of that, the environment is such a nice, welcoming energy, while the beauticians there will listen to me talk their heads off, and they have probably the best playlist Ive ever heard at a business, haha!I would give 10 stars if I could, look forward to my next appointment and trying out some other services!     Always traveling to Miami for work and from now on will be going to Sanna to assist me with my skin. But I found myself Wolfy in Miami recently, always taking care of others instead of myself and after barely making my flight to Miami before the snowstorm. I was pleased to meet Sanna, a wonderful esthetician and eyebrow threader, who saved my vacation and evening functions from my Frida Khalo genes. She is so sweet and professional, I cant say enough good things about my new shaped brows and refreshed skin glow.     Super amazing! Bit pricey for threading if you are doing more than eyes but Sabrina makes sure to be super meticulous with your eyebrows so its worth every penny!
