Going here was such a pleasure. I rushed over here after coming from another salon that cut my hair completely uneven, after going in for a keratin treatment.Cindy was so kind and welcoming over the phone. She immediately let me come in for a consultation, and after discussing the different types of Keratin they offered, I decided to go ahead with their 200$ option. She even gave me a discount because of the horrible experience I had at my other salon. Cindy was such a joy to work with she evened out my hair and did my keratin meticulously. My hair looks so wonderful and she even gave me some delicious homemade bread she had made!Incredibly professional, comfortable, and clean space, definitely recommend.

I’ve been to many hair salons. I drove quite a distance because I’ve heard so many great things about this salon. The entire team was SO sweet and funny. When you’re spending hours there, a staff that is funny and friendly makes all of the difference. Jovana did my hair. I came in with a picture and she got it right on the spot. She’s so talented and sweet. The manager, Joana, was so funny and really made every person that came in feel like family. Best experience I’ve ever had!!! Can’t wait to go back ❤️

I am a woman with alot of hair to handle. I walked in without an appointment on my birthday, hoping for the best but not expecting an opening. I was so glad I took the chance because I met Cindy. I am not one to ever write reviews but she really went out of her way for me. She gave great service, had such a pleasant personality & had me leaving feeling beautiful. I highly recommend her.

I recently did a balayage with Jovi and I am in love! She takes her time and was so gentle with my hair. I absolutely love it. She answered all my questions and concerns about it. I will definitely be going back to her for any hair treatments in the future

QOD Hair Boutique is the Best Hair Salon I ever been! It was worth the 45 min drive! From the front desk Welcoming, the Wonderful Atmosphere, followed by Covid-19 guidelines, to the Best Color Hair Stylist! Jovi! For the first time I had Balayage done in my hair, that for sure needed some TLC...but what she did, was beyond my expectation! She also, trimmed my hair for some volume, since I have very fine hair. It turned out FABULOUS! My husband was so impressed, that he asked me if I had extensions! 😄 While there, I observed another stylist, Gina, cutting the most Amazing hair cuts I ever seen! Thats it! QOD Salon will be forever my place, and Jovi, my Bayalage girl!🥰

Was a little disappointed regarding payment methods. (Changes)Cashapp, zelle or venom. The stylist didnt tell me until time to pay. I was going to pay with cc. Other than that they do an amazing job been coming for 3yrs.

I arrived at QOD almost crying, with mistreated hair from another salon. Jovi attended to me and took his time at all times, calmly, and answered all my questions and calmed me down. He explained the entire process to fix what they had done and how it would look later. Notice very quickly that all the clients who enter greet all the employees as friends. I tell you that there too, I felt comfortable being the first time I visited this salon. They made me feel welcome. I recommend Jovi and her art, she is very caring, loving, and you can feel the sincerity and love that she has for people just like her majia. New woman came out. The next time I visit Miami I will return to Jovi without a doubt. Thanks Jovi. Zaida
