I have been blessed to have Lockie as my stylist for the last 8 years and I have NEVER been disappointed. Lockie is professional, warm, and talented beyond your dreams. When I began going to Healthy Hair by Lockie I had relaxed hair and I could always depend on him to get my hair bone straight with lots of body and shine. Now that I am natural I can depend on Lockie to treat my natural hair with the best products and make my hair manageable. So whether I am seeking a twist out, wash and go, or a silk press (he still gets my hair bone straight), I am NEVER disappointed. Lockie has blessed hands, you won’t be disappointed either.The very best part for me is that Lockie works by appointment (although you may contact him for possible same day service) and that means, youre never over booked. He’s AMAZING!

I’ve always had a great experience with Lockie. When it comes down to my natural hair, I can count on him. I love the silk press and I just love his hands in my hair as he washes and massage my scalp. Very relaxing. My hair be so silky and bouncy everyone ask do I have extension installed lol. But that’s just how great he is and how he takes pride in making your natural hair healthy. I just love him!

Lockie is the King of healthy hair. Ive been natural for 10 years. I manage my own hair because not too many people understand natural hair. He cared for my hair, and made me laugh the entire time. If your hair is under self care, do yourself a favor and take a vacation with Healthy Hair by Lockie. My service was a Silk Out Treatment. No two people will have their silk out the same amount of time and Lockie explains why because of various reasons however I can guarantee you this...your hair will be revived. It will react, look, and feel different when you leave his chair. I loved the experience and I challenge you to join the Silk Out Treatment movement! Be blessed.

I went to Lockie for the first time and absolutely loved it. From the energy in the salon to the music playing and products being used. My hair was a mess before I went to him and I walked out my hair was flowing while I walked. 2 weeks later my hair is still soft. I highly recommend him for blowouts and any other hair needs. HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING!!!!! 💙

“Blessed are the hairstylists, for they bring out the beauty in others.” I began going to Lockie in kindergarten and I can vividly remember him giving me my first relaxer – a memory I cherish as I look back at my childhood passport photo and see how amazing my hair looked as a six year old lol. Fast forward to today, Lockie has been the only cosmetologist Ive ever gone to in my life. In fact, my mother has been going to Lockie since before I was even born... not trying to tell anyones age lol, but thats 25+ years!!He is the only cosmetologist who has touched my hair and probably the only one that I trust with my hair. I always leave satisfied with my hair service and I am ensured with the fact that my hair both looks great but most importantly it is healthy (an aspect that most hair dressers aim at but cannot ensure!!). He can walk the walk & talk the talk - Lockie invests in his talent, always attending seminars and studying up on different tools and techniques to perfect his craft. Ive personally been able to witness Lockie work miracles on others and truly make something out of nothing, literally giving life to the people that sit in his chair. I have been getting my hair done by Lockie since I was 12 years old. lockie is the best and has growing hands. he has a gentle touch and has great products that keeps your hair feeling nice. On the weeks I cant come to lockie I use the Silk out shampoo and condition that he recommend me to use and I love it. I Love Lockie and where ever he goes I goes.

This guy is a hair god. I came to him with the worst hair cut ever and he fixed it my hair has never felt so good. I came back to him to dye my hair purple, he went into detail about the different ways it could come letting me choose.
