Peter did a great job on my hair. One of the best haircuts I have ever had! My hair is fine and the previous cut was all wrong until Peter worked his magic. Watching him work, I could see how attentive to detail he is and how he worked to get the cut just right. Its been about two weeks and I have been able to easily keep up the style. Thank you so much, Peter. He also changed the color and made it much more suitable for my skin tone. I couldnt be more pleased.

Went in for a haircut with Peter for the first time and it was life changing! Ive never met such a passionate hair stylist with this much knowledge on how to get my hair to work the best for me. The way Peter cut my hair makes me feel incredibly beautiful unlike any other haircut I’ve had in the past. He based my haircut based on my fine wavy hair and made sure it framed my face very well. Peter did a beautiful job with my hair! Honestly, I think its the best cut Ive ever had. I have naturally curly hair, so finding a hair stylist to trust can be a challenge. I moved to Miami about a year ago and was still booking appointments with my former hair stylist out of state - ultimately unsustainable. After months of seeking out recommendations from friends and google searching, I read reviews about Peter, including from curly haired clients, and decided to take a chance. So happy I did! Whether I want to wear my hair up or down, I love how it cascades and frames my face. I waited a couple of days to see how the cut would do after a home wash and still thrilled with the results. Ill look forward to working with Peter again!

Peter and Robert are the nicest hair stylists I ‘ve ever met!I went to them for a haircut and something to do for frizz control. Ended up getting a long layer cut, and some color on my hairline and keratin for frizz control. It looked shiny straight and great! I did not even realize how fast the 4 hours went by, talking with both of them.After washing my hair 2 days later, i did not like the color and for some reason, my hair went back to stubborn frizzy waves. I reached out to Peter and Robert. They did not hesitate to help me fix it! Peter colored my hair again and Robert fixed my frizzy hair for no extra charge.They care a lot about their customer’s experience. They use great products. I will definitely go to LAB salon for all my hair care from now.

A fantastic experience and outcome. I have curly hair and hated how it looked but didn’t know what it needed to look better. I considered going to a salon that specializes in curly hair, but they all seemed so expensive and extra. After reading Peter’s reviews at LAB Salon Miami, I decided to book with him. As soon as he saw my hair he knew what it needed. He cut it PERFECTLY. I had such a poor haircut before that I was ready to chop it all off. But he cut it so I was able to keep my length while also fixing the shape of it. He seriously knows what he’s doing, so trust him and keep an open mind. I got long layers and bangs but it was cut in a way to maintain its thickness and density which not many stylists know how to do. He took the time to explain the bang style that highlighted my cheekbones best and gave me sexy beach waves that work with, not against, the Miami humidity. Highly recommend!

The first time I came in, it was for a dramatic length change and he reassured me the whole time that it would look fabulous, and it did! Peter completely rehabbed my hair. I have very long, thick hair. A previous stylist had cut it horribly, and it was not flattering. My hair is naturally blonde, but I used Sun-In and it made it a brassy, yellow color. He took one look at it and immediately knew how to correct both the cut and the color. I also had heat damage in certain sections and he was extremely knowledgeable and proactive about how to repair it. I couldnt be happier with the final result -- both the cut and color are fantastic. I have only the highest of praises for both Peter, Robert and the salon! After trying multiple salons in Miami without being satisfied, I saw Peter after a high recommendation from a friend, and I couldnt be happier with him! He is extremely competent, friendly, and actually listened to my preferences! Peter took the time that was needed to perfect my style and did not rush, which is a rarity these days. The atmosphere of his salon is also welcoming and vibrant, and his price-points are very competitive as well. He truly works from his heart and does absolutely everything to make his clients feel and look there best. He has always made time for me when I needed a pick me up and he certainly did not have to. Recently , he stayed after hours just to do my hair. We laugh and had good conversation all night and I have never felt so cared for as he has made me feel and souly out of the greatness of his heart! I am happy to say that I finally found an exceptional hairdresser that I am going to stick with and will definitely be going back to see him for my next cut!

A whole new world.I want to visit Peter at lab When I got there, I wanted to show him pictures and he said no let me give my recommendations. I dont know what he said, but that made sense, so I said do whatever you want. 3 1/2 four hours later, my hair was cropped to my chin and I was platinum blonde. I wasnt sure if I should pass out or jump out of joy.. Who was that in the mirror, but I Loved it. Not in my lifetime. Someones changed me so much. Such a positive change that I loved so much. I love watching me with my new hair and that short style that I left there with a totally different attitude. A completely different way of looking at myself. I’ve kept the look. A few months ago I walked in there looking for a keratin treatment. However, my base and highlights were totally washed out and in desperate need of TLC. So Peter kindly pointed this out, and since I was on a budget, readjusted the service price to fit my needs. He revived my color, and I walked out of there feeling like a better version of myself :). Robert is just as amazing and talented, he always takes his time to truly listen, his creative and such a joy to be around. Peter is amazing at what he does, a quality hair angel sent from the heavens. I walked in for my first time not knowing what to expect, confused and frustrated with the bad coloring job I had done. As a Dominican dark skinned girl I had blonde highlights over hair that was left black, and red roots. I almost resigned to a simple blow dry. But he made me feel confident he could fix it and he understood how I felt. Peter sat me down and immediately started working. He also kept me entertained, we talked, listened to music. He has so much talent and also seems to work intuitively as well to fix any problems. He went above and beyond, adding touches that were needed in his eyes such as snipping off some bad ends, thinning what had to be thinned, coloring the hair in different sections and parts… he even colored my brows ever so slightly to soften it so it wasn’t so harsh against the blonde. i felt like I was part of a work of art, an art project. It was awesome. When all was done, I could actually look at myself again in the mirror. My hair was a beautiful ash blonde, the color looked good on me, actually complimented my skin tone and was way more even. It made sense. Needless to say I will be going back to Peter again in the future 😊

I first went to LAB Salon for the Keratin treatment. I just moved from Las Vegas to Miami. I have very thick and long hair and the humidity had turned it into one big poof. I have learned over the course of my life not all hair stylists know how to work with very thick and long hair. Upon arrival Peter took one look at me and said “ we have to texturized and style your hair I will make it look magnificent.It is not easy for me to sit for a couple of hours, but Peter immediately made me feel so welcomed not just with him, but the other customers in the salon. I found myself having the funniest and most interesting conversations with not just Peter, but others. The time just flew by. The haircut and keratin was the best I have ever had. I spent four hours, but it seemed like 4 minutes.Fast forward two weeks when I went back for my first color and I’m a natural blonde, but the grays are really coming in and taking over. I walked in and Peter looked at me with a strange look on his face. You could tell he knew he knew me, but I’m thinking oh no did I show up on the wrong day or wrong time? I was so confident with this appointmentHow could I face everyone at work after I was so excited to get my grays covered if I blew the day/ time? I can just hear the jokes now! Fortunately, Peter didn’t recognize me at first because it was such a night and day difference with the Keratin and haircut. Furthermore, ( there is a point to this lol) Peter cuts your hair to where it just falls and stays where it should be. Gone are the days of the anxiety when you have to wash your hair after going to the salon knowing you can never recreate the way they did you hair!Everyday I was able to easily style my hair and it look great. Today Peter colored my hair and it was my first time. He didn’t do the all over color, but rather he built upon my natural blonde and covered my grays. I also got a silicone treatment and my hair has never felt or looked better in all of my 48 years!Thank you Peter so much! I have had yet another great experience at Lab salon !!! I am OBSESSED WITH MY EXTENSIONS!!! Thank you Peter!!! Many women and almost all celebrities wear hair extensions to enhance the appearance of their hair. Some hide it to remain discreet, while others flaunt it all over their social media but unanimously, they all want it to appear undetectable so they opt for extensions can be seamlessly applied, well blended and color matched to perfection. And when I say perfection ... I absolutely mean perfection!! These high quality hair extensions also hold a curl or any particular style option extremely well so there’s less of a need for extensive styling or heating product usage. The level of care is dependent on how often you actually take care of them , however they are attached to your scalp/hair, therefore not requiring daily washing as long as you care for them !!! Mine lasted 6 months !!!! If you don’t use a ton of product, consider washing them once a week or so. If you wear product on occasion, you can most likely go several wears before washing as you’ll likely not use a lot of products on them. Use your best judgement when caring for your extensions and always use gentle products that are sulfate and paraben free to extend the lifespan of the hair extensions. Ultimately, I will continue to do this !!! I love my hair and the all around easy go to bed wake up and my hair is ready to go! Thanks again peter for an amazing experience!!!

I’m pretty low maintenance when it come the salon. The last time I had a highlight service was in February. Needless to say it was time for me to refresh my locks. I live in Midtown & try to have my services completed within walking distance. Little did I know, I’ve been living next to my hair’s soul mate. Enzo at Lab Salon is a hair color & cut Genius. My natural color is darker and I usually do a blonde root shadow. Since I don’t have my hair done often I like it to grow out with a natural look. The color of my blonde is super important to me as well. I like ashy blonde, no brassy or yellow tones. Enzo gave me the dreamiest ash blonde that melts into my color with a crown of highlights to frame my face . This is the most natural highlight/shaded root I’ve ever had. I really wanted to keep my length and was SUPER resistant to getting my hair trimmed. It turns out those fears were for nothing. Enzo cut away my dead ends, but left my length. My hair has so much healthy body and movement now. I wish I could give Enzo and lab salon more than 5 stars because this was such a great experience. Excellent service, Peter does an excellent job, this past Friday I had my first color and cut change after 1 year, I was scared because I wasnt sure how it would look, I trusted Peter, and he definitely did an excellent job. Thanks to his recommendation, since many women usually go to have a treatment or change but do not know what they really need, Peter and his team make the best recommendations to make you look with the right look for your style. Definitely, it is more than a beauty salon, they even give you beauty advice! Excellent, I highly recommend it.
