Had an amazing deep tissue massage with Adrienne. I highly recommend her and this Spa. Adrienne is professional, knowledgeable, and applied the perfect pressure for what I needed. I will definitely be back. And the spa at Lifetime is aesthetically beautiful, tranquil and a true gem. All of the employees were courteous and helpful. I’m going to book my next massage.

My name is Karelia. I am a nature woman who has experienced multiple types of body massage sessions in my life. It is truly what I enjoy the most doing for relaxation, meaning I consider myself savy and knowledgeable enough to compliment a professional in that respect. Today @Lifetime Spa I scheduled a 1 hour & 20 min custom massage for my upcoming birthday and I have to say, Adrienne Argote was beyond amazing! Her service impressed me so much that Im confident to also say her massage was the best one I have ever experienced overall. I feel unbelievably well and walking on clouds. Needles to say I am fully happy and she already earned 2 more customers . My daughter and myself. Congrats Adrienne! Thank you very much!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Valeria is super talented and knowledgeable. It was dynamic and the perfect mix of pressure, relaxation and the added stretching was much needed. I will look to get a massage with Valeria regularly. Note that if you have the first appointment of the day the spa opens at that time (10am) so don’t rush to get there early.

Karla is an absolute gem! My face is glowing!!! Not only is she super friendly, but shes also incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. My experience with her was not only relaxing but also very educational. Her hands truly have an angels touch. I cant recommend her enough!

Always have such a wonderful spa experience!My manicurist, Alex, did an OUTSTANDING job with my manicure and pedicure. Her conversation was so interesting, felt like I made a new bestie. Highly recommend getting your nails done with Alex, she is EXCELLENT!!Also got my hair done with Jessica (from Ohio) and WOW, Im so impressed! Jessica is a highly experienced hairstylist, including hair coloring. I have long blonde color-treated hair. She did excellent highlights and lowlights, and gave me a perfect haircut that has terrific shape and volume. Im thrilled with my new hairstyle, its absolutely FABULOUS!! Highly recommend Jessica, youre in great hands.Shout-out to my fellow South African, Kristina (hairstylist), and thanks for the wonderful conversation regarding back home! Made my spa visit that much more enjoyable. Truly amazing people and appreciate you all tremendously!!

Today I suffered extremely from anterior impingement. This came out of nowhere at 10PM last night 7/11/24. My clavicle began to pop aggressively on demand. Developing pain within my anterior deltoid, pectoral & scalene within my neck. I could not isometrically contract my arm, weightless without pain. I could not even lift my duffle bag up. I was in so much pain that I had to rush downstairs for an emergency treatment with Aiden Zayn Othman a massage therapist he is now my go to professional for maintenance repair in order to maintain optimum muscle tissue quality.1. Cleanliness, Organization of his space.His room is its own oasis, down to the natural scented plug-in with timed releases. To the music, all the way to the varied electronic gadgets like EMS, Vibrational therapy, Cold/Hot stone etc.2. Knowledgeable -Due to me being in so much pain & fortunately knowing the human body very well. The pain disabled my ability to truly speak I just needed immediate relief.Aiden springs into prompt action in the most of asking the most efficient questions to solve my issue.3. Professionalism -He was in the moment with me, understanding the exact problematic overactive areas that delivered me so much pain without much explanation. I spoke to this guy with a 5min description of my issue.Within an additional 5min, 10min in my clavicles & rotator cuff is completely popping/cracking releasing the tension built up. He did a combination of hot stone, hot towel, Thai Stretch, EMS, Guided ROM work, deep tissue trigger point release, massage in such a seamless series my shoulder had no choice but to crack loose.This guy is a massage therapist over here releasing tension with such proficiency in an effortless manner it literally released my entire neck, clavicle & rotator cuff with insane cracks 8x times.I am now home gifted with a powerful tool Aiden has lend me. To further treat my tensions, my cracks of tensions release is at 12. My mind can finally relax off of stressing about that area. Thank you to someone who goes above and beyond as a professional. What an experience to remember. I thank you Aiden Zayn Othman. I will absolutely be returning.

The spa has a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I love that the spa is open to non-members as well. Jessica did an amazing job with my hair - which definitely needed some TLC. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience with my facial. Safiiya was very gentle and always ensured I felt comfortable with every step. The room was clean and calming, and the oils they use enhanced the experience. Ask for the scalp massage!!! Sooo worth it if you want to feel relaxed.

Absolutely amazing wax! This was my first time getting a Full Brazilian wax and I was absolutely terrified but Safiyya made me feel so comfortable. She was professional, quick, and communicative throughout the entire process. Safiyya goes above and beyond by informing you of best aftercare and what to look for when returning back for your 2nd wax. Best part was, I was in and out in under 20 minutes! If you’re looking for a reason to finally get that wax, THIS IS IT!
