I have been coming here for two years and I really love how they do my eyebrows, Karla does them for me and the truth is that she works very well. However, I had a bad experience with the front desk and it was with the guy at the entrance, I felt that he treated me with a rude attitude and not only that but I had an appointment scheduled, I arrived on time, I notified the staff that I have an appointment. They make me sign and tell me to sit down so after 45 minutes I was in a hurry and I asked the guy how much Karla had left, he didnt even answer me, he just called Karla and just after 45 minutes he notified her that I was there. Its not about blaming anyone but this type of inconvenience delays the girls who are doing their job and their client, then when I was paying the owner was there and I saw how he treated the other people very cordially, I think that the treatment has to be the same because he is the first person you see when you enter the salon and as a client you want to feel welcome, I have worked in customer service for many years and I know that sometimes it can be annoying but nevertheless when the The client is sitting there with a good disposition and on time these things should not happen, otherwise the service and the girls are all very polite and the service is very good.

It was my first time visiting Mela Beauty. I made my appointment at 1pm and they made me wait until 1:30pm, I asked the front lady how longer I had to wait ? And they made go to the chair where they assist clients, the lady told me she was late, she apologized and pretended to assist me and she keeps assisting the client was before me (she took so long because the client changed her mind about the henna tint like twice) anyway I wait and they assisted me at 1:45pm - 45min late people- !! I kept waiting and i was very glad of the result buuuuut the 45 min late ... wow! So if you are going to visit them keep in mind you are going to lose 1 hr of your life in the waiting area...

I have been going to Mela Beauty for a 2 years now. I have had eyelash extensions for over 6 years and I could say that nothing compares. Angie is amazing in doing eyelashes. She knows exactly how i like them and she is super fast. They come out amazing every time and last! I also get my eyebrows done here. Never disappoint. I highly recommend Mela Beauty.

Ana was highly skilled and knowledgeable, and she took the time to listen to my concerns. She used a variety of techniques and tools to sculpt and contour my body, including deep tissue massage and lymphatic drainage. I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for years now. I have done most of the services they offer from eyebrow tint and waxing to fibroblast and wood therapy. Two pregnancies later and I am now doing wood therapy with the lovely Ana in the Doral location. I have now finished my 4th session and I am completely amazed with my results thus far. Can’t wait to keep going for more! Love her patience and her willingness to reassure you that you WILL get true results from her sessions.

I went for the first time to Mela Beauty Salon, and I loved it. The place is beautiful and super clean but the staff is the true gem of this salon, they are the best! welcoming professional and knowledgeable. Stephanie did my eyebrows design & wax and the result was amazing 😍, she took the time to show me the design before waxing, and after she explained to me how I could take care of them. My body wax was done by Olghy, she did an excellent job!🙌 the waxing was thorough and painless (in what is possible) and she makes you feel super comfortable like you know her from forever. I am definitely coming back! there is no need to look for more salons in Miami, Mela Beauty Salon is the place to go.

Maria was my tech and she explained everything before she even started then proceeded step by step to let me know what she was doing just to make sure i was comfortable while i was getting my eyebrows done. Melanie is a great woman! I have taken six courses with her and to say the least, they were spectacular. She is very clear with her explanations and she is very knowledgeable in each course she teaches. Apart from the excellent teaching she does, she is always there to support you after the courses if you have any questions or doubts. Melanie and her team are amazing. Everything is always on time, the certificates are of a very fine quality. I really am at a loss of words and the only word I can really use to describe my experience with the courses is marvelous. I loved Dianes work. I think thats her name. Its the first time Ive seen her. She is a VERY empathetic redhead. I went with my baby on a troller. She had incredible patience. I was sad because my baby cried every time I went to bed to tidy up. my eyebrows and with a lot of love she adjusted me in a certain way and told me to calm him down first and to take the time for my baby...
