The location is excellent, with free parking right across the street. The level of service I received from both Manuela and her team was unparalleled. This past weekend I decided to try something new and finally took Manuela’s master classes. What led me to take her classes specifically was that she taught three different techniques: Microblading, ombré powder brows & lip blush which is something I did not find in other artist. I loved that it was hands on the majority of the classes. Manuela was very attentive and watching all her students making sure we all properly were doing these different techniques. It really gives you a great kickstart to confidently start your PMU business as she also equips you with most tools needed. I’m so excited for this new venture!! The photo attached is the result of my model which I did ombré powder brows.I can’t forget to mention Maira, she was working alongside Manuela and attentive to all of us ladies making sure we were good to go. I have been a client of Miami Brow Bar since it was just Manuela, the owner, providing all the services. Over time, I have had my eyebrows waxed by various technicians, including Dani and Juliana, who are both excellent and passionate about their work. Manuela ensures she hires only the best talent, which is why I continue to choose this salon even though I now spend most of my time in NC. I still make the trip once a month just to have Dani do my eyebrows.

I have been coming here for the last few years for eyebrow shape/tint and lash lift/tint ever since the owner had their previous location. I really like the work that Daniella does- she is consistent and listens to how I want my brows lashes to look.Cons: I sometimes have mixed feelings about returning here because although the results come out great I feel there is a lapse of professionalism at times. For example, during my appointments there will be side conversations about what they will be ordering for lunch, being interrupted by the front receptionist to get everyone’s orders, stops to talk to other clients/staff members and just ongoing distractions during my appointment time. It makes me feel unimportant as a client and I feel extends the time it takes to complete the service especially when I’m paying upwards of ~$150 for services there.I was there just last Friday and was attended to by Julianna who for some reason was double booked - my appt was at 11am and she had another client booked at 11:30 when my service takes at least an hour and sometimes a little longer. She was there struggling trying to service me and the other client at the same time and I did not feel this was professional at all especially if I’m paying so much money - I feel it would be the most appropriate to have the undivided attention for my appt time. My brows came out very very dark almost like drawn on because I feel the tint was left on too long and I had to wipe some of it off in the car to get the look I wanted.I would prefer if the salon had dividers between the chairs in order for things to feel more private and focused on the client and avoid these distractions that would make the experience feel much better.

I booked long in advance to have powder brows done with Manuela. When I came in my eyebrows were first waxed and shaped (by Asmita who is also wonderful). Manuela took a look at my eyebrows and told me they were just fine without the powder brows. She explained to me well how my eyebrows only needed shaping. Regardless, it was my decision whether I wanted to go through with the powder brows. I appreciated that she took the time to observe my eyebrows and didn’t rush to just do the procedure. Manuela is incredibly nice, professional, and definitely very experienced.

I had originally booked a Microblading session with Daylenis. When I got there, she recommended the powder brows for me, as I already have a good amount of hair. She was very professional and took her time to map out the way my eyebrows would look, and paid so much attention to detail. She explained the process and answered all my questions. It was painless and I am so happy with my results!! I have gotten so many compliments on my eyebrows and I can’t wait to go back for a touch up! Highly recommended.

I threaded my eyebrows and lip with Asmita. She is extremely patient, understanding, delicate, and attentive to detail. She took her time to listen to what I wanted, then drew out the shape that best suited my face and explained why and how she would do it. After further discussing what she had drawn, she went back to make final edits and then, with a final showing and talk, she went to work. She did not touch anything we had not previously discussed. I have never had someone make me feel so comfortable. She did not rush to finish up with me and made sure that everything was perfect. Finally, she made sure to remove any and every pencil mark on my face and discussed further action steps to reach my eyebrow goals. I LOVE how she didn’t try to convince me to do any other service I didn’t want to do and made me feel confident about achieving my goals with only threading and tweezing my eyebrows. Last but not least, this wonderful service was a great price. For all these reasons, I will be coming back to work with Asmita.

Came here last year and she did a nice job on my brows, however they almost completely faded despite taking all precautionary measures and managing the aftercare as directed. I returned for a touch-up and she seemed somewhat frustrated and essentially blamed me for the fading. She also cancelled my touch up because my “skin was too dry”. Normally, this wouldn’t have bothered me at all...but I really did not appreciate how the situation was handled, so I decided to go elsewhere, had the procedure done over and coincidentally did not have the same problem with fading. Come to learn, there are many variables that factor into pigment being retained, particularly after your first time, and sometimes it has nothing to do with the client’s aftercare. It’s not a one size fits all process.

I took a BROW master class with Manuela Velez and Laura Alameda from Glami studio and I was blown away by their professionalism. I have taken other brow classes prior and nothing compared to their class. They are the best. I learned so much in two days. I recommend taking their courses 100%. Don’t throw your money out anywhere else. I can’t thankthem both enough for sharing their knowledge. Lastly I’d like to say that that are both beautiful inside and out. 🥰

Soooo happy I took this chance! Im not particular about my brows. I usually go to brow 21 beside Nordstrom in Dadeland and theyre ok. The service is a quick walk in. Ive never made an appt there. My issue is that for years at that place and the benefit brow bar in Macys one brow comes out squared and one rounded. So I decided to try somewhere else for once. SO. HAPPY! I randomly decided to do a wax and tint which is only $40. Regiane knows her shhhhh. There was all kinds of geometry involved and it took about 40 minutes and she was sooo nice! The outcome is so natural and great! Will come back for sure!

It has taken me years to find a place to trust my eyebrows, today after so much waiting I decided to do them at Miami Brow Bar after seeing each post on their Instagram, they have exceeded my expectations. Manuela is the sweetest and nicest person, she inspires your confidence in addition to being an excellent professional and artist who has left my eyebrows just as I dreamed. Furthermore, I have not felt any pain, I was lying down for about 2.5 hours with beautiful music and a harmonious atmosphere. They were always aware of proper disinfection and everything that revolves around this, something very important to me and what I normally have a general complaint about in many other beauty places, but here you can definitely trust safely when you see all their protocols.
