I rented a Salon Suite here for five incredible years and had an amazing experience. Aksel and Lisa are truly the best landlords—friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. Transitioning from a commission-based salon to working for myself was daunting, but they made the process so much smoother. Thanks to their support, I was able to build a loyal clientele and achieve my dream of running my own business. I’m so grateful for the opportunity and highly recommend this space to any stylist looking to take the next step in their career!

The suites are managed very well. Bathrooms & common areas always kept clean & tidy. The suites have good sound proofing if you prefer or require a quiet work space. It’s a great place for a small business to get started. The owners are very responsive & proactive with sorting out problems. They really want to help you succeed with your business!There is valet packing at the building next door & some paid street parking in the neighborhood. My clients often had problems finding parking, so this is something to think about as a small business owner. It’s the only criticism of the location I have, otherwise it’s a really good place to set up a small business.

Over the course of almost three years, I leased a space at My Salon Suite Downtown to establish and grow my business. This transition allowed me to gradually shift from part-time to full-time work, providing me with the necessary flexibility to accommodate my growing client base. My Salon Suite proved to be an invaluable asset, enabling me to seamlessly schedule appointments and create a comfortable environment for my patients. I am truly thankful for the support and opportunities My Salon Suite provided, as it played a pivotal role in the expansion and success of my Aesthetic Medicine practice, Symmetrik MD.

I started my Salon suite Journey Jan 1st 2020, since day one I have felt right at home. It is a scary transition when one starts their own business but My Salon suite gave me all the information and resources I needed to feel comfortable and confident. The salon suite common areas are always super clean and welcoming to my guest. My suite came with everything I needed and was so cleverly designed. They also gave me the freedom to make the space my own by giving me creative freedom. I absolutely love it, Parking is also super convenient for me and my clients, High end from the moment they park. The security features are amazing and make me feel safe. They are super conveniently located and every one of my clients are super happy with my relocation. I Have to also say that during this pandemic I was worried about losing my business but My Salon suite really showed us the meaning of ‘We are in this together’ they went above and beyond to assure that every single one of us would have the opportunity to stay a float through this tough time, I am in aww of how amazing this company has been and am Forever Grateful for their fast and empathetic response. I give this place 5 stars and would highly recommend anyone in the beauty industry looking to start out on their own to check it out. I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice of Suites for Jessica Portillo Hair and my clients. I look forward to continueing the year and many more at My Salon Suite Miami and Thank them for their outstanding customer service to the salon suite owners, I honestly couldnt have joined a more incredible team and Owners who are always there to answer all questions and make sure that we are well taken care of.
