This is the place you should go if u want great service and amazing attention. The whole team is so nice and sweet. Definitely a place where you feel comfortable and come out looking fresh and new.Today was my second time there.First time I had the best experience with Delgin who did an amazing service on my hair with his incredible talent. Then today it was the same with an amazing person wonderful of a stylist Aylin she made sure I was comfortable and loved my hair at any step. I had personally never done any dye on my hair and I trusted her to do my face framing highlights and she over stepped her expectations. I love my hair so much the way she made it all blend so beautiful is truely amazing and her attention was out of the park. In addition my eyebrows done by Diana turned out so good and I am specially picky of my eyebrows and i can’t stop saying how much I love them.Furthermore the whole team of the salon is truely an absolute wonder. This is the place u should go if u want to be treated right and come out fabulous.

Everyone was kind and welcoming and great at guiding me in terms of what haircut would best fit. I went in there with only a vague idea of what I wanted and everyone there was able to guide me, properly while ensuring it was a cut I would be satisfied with. I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Diana, and let me just say that I couldnt be happier with the results. I went in wanting to fully color my hair to match my growing roots, making it a bit darker while still maintaining brown hints, and also to get a butterfly haircut. From the moment I walked in, she understood exactly what I wanted, and then she executed it perfectly and more. She recommended I get a hydration treatment and go for a long-layered butterfly haircut instead considering my natural curls, which I am glad I agreed to because it turned out amazing! Throughout the process, she took amazing care of my hair, ensuring that I was comfortable and well taken care of. Not only was Diana fantastic, but the entire staff was incredibly friendly, consistently checking in to make sure I was comfortable. I truly couldnt recommend this salon more for its exceptional service and attention to detail :)

I have been looking for a hairstylist who can help me with the hair I want. As soon as I called they took the time to book me that very same day. I met Aylin who is such a kind, talented and wonderful soul. She gave me exactly what I wanted, making sure to explain the process every step of the way. I loved l loved loved this salon. I can in looking for hair extensions and just an over change In look and I got what I wanted. The owner Delfin was attentive, explained the process to me and assisted what color and length would look great on me. He also cut my hair with the extensions and honestly it all looks mine. I’ve gotten so many compliments that I’m just happy and thankful I found them. The team is also great and attentive and the cafecito is delicious. Thank you again guys truly a great experience. My experience was amazing! My stylist Yanelys was so great! She actually listened to what I wanted and didn’t attempt to talk me out of what I requested for my hair! She and everyone who helped her in the salon did an amazing job on my hair. Also my nail technician Rosario did such an amazing job on my nails! I had such a calm and relaxing time at this salon and everyone was so nice and attentive. I’m so excited to have such a great local salon that does great work! Aylin was recommended by a good friend. I took my mom to get her haircut because she was in town. She was very personable, professional, kind and knowledgeable. 1000% recommend! I’m thinking if switching to her 😜Update: I came back to do my own hair with Aylin. I wanted some face framing highlights, and Aylin recommended we refresh my balayage. All I can say is wow! It looks like I did the full balayage rather than a refresh, which is a few lights that are strategically placed. She also toned my hair to match what I wanted perfectly. I found my new hairstylist ❤️

And guess what? They actually know their stuff. Aylen worked magic on my hair—had a bit of a hair color crisis from another place, but she fixed it up real good. My hair went from a questionable brunette-red mess to the ginger dream I wanted. Plus, they didnt just stop at fixing; they made sure my locks were healthy and happy. I had an appointment for full highlights and Delfin did a wonderful job cutting my hair but I just wasn’t in love with the color. I called back and very easily got a follow up appointment and worked with Delfin to get me to the color I wanted. He was so understanding and listened intently to me as I tried explaining the true color I wanted! Not everyone is perfect all the time and he was humble the whole time and asked questions patiently and got me to my goal color after the follow up. The fact that Open Hair was so welcoming to me and open to hearing my feedback is something rare to be found amongst hairstylists!! 10/10 on relationship building - thank you!

I had a great experience here right from arrival. I was greeted promptly and professionally by a lovely and friendly stylist. She washed my hair and massaged my scalp gently then we proceeded to the chair where she began to section my hair and blow dry it. She was pleasant and professional throughout. My hair turned out absolutely fabulous! Exactly how I like it. The products used were all high quality and had lovely aromas. The price point was fair and as promised. I have been to other salons that quote one price then charge way more at the end. I do not return to those places but I will certainly return here. I have already booked my next appointments and am highly recommending to all my friends!

I love this place! The service is always the best, they are all very creative! Every time I go I just trust in their ideas and it never disappoints. Lately I have been cutting and styling my hair with Aylin she has a magic for knowing exactly what fits best for your hair and your facial features. Just moved to Miami and needed a new salon. I chose this place based off reviews and Im glad I did! The staff and salon are very nice! Yanelys did a great job giving me the dark brown-black color with silver highlights that I wanted. I had multidimensional brown hair with faded yellowed highlights so this was no easy task. She took her time and went back through the highlights to ensure the correct color. After tone and wash, its perfect!They also have a nail technician who does amazing work to include hand painted art!

And the color came out great. I have thick, curly hair that tends towards frizzy and the blow dry was one of the best I have gotten anywhere ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Sadly after my hairstylist moved to another state I was looking for a new place to do my hair. A day before leaving to nyc Ilooked on yelp and found OHM and boy was I happy I found them. The atmosphere the salon has, has no price. Youre welcome by every single person working there, they are very attentive, very professional. Wow! This hair salon is absolutely incredible. Aileen and Delfin were very clear with me and told me not to cut my hair. I kept it long and did whatever they thought was best and Omg my hair looks incredible. Aileen has incredible hands. I have a major allergy to hair dyes and she was so careful with my head/hair. Not one bit of dye touched my skin. They made me feel so beautiful and the service was amazing. They offered me water, coffee, and chocolate! The attention was pretty awesome. ** Update** - Went in for the second half of my transformation and its taken me a few days to make this review because I wanted to give myself time to get accustomed to this new me. I can honestly say this has been OUTSTANDING! After waiting patiently, Delfin called me as soon as my extensions arrived and WOW, was it worth the wait! Not only is the quality of the hair, exceptional and a perfect match to the color I now have, but the installation is FLAWLESS! This hair extension and installation is undetectable, does NOT shed, remains incredibly soft and does not tangle. I can brush it, braid it, put it in a low ponytail - wear it however I want. Of course, Delfin gave me the best advice on how to care for my investment (which shampoo/conditioner to use, how to dry it, the use of a silk bonnet and correct styling products) and I am absolutely in love with my new look. He took me from fine, gray hair to long, healthy blonde baylage in less than ten days and Im beyond thrilled. This wasnt cheap, by any stretch of the imagination, but it was an investment in ME and that makes all the difference.If youre considering investing in changing your look, I cannot recommend Delfin and his staff enough. They are masters at their craft. Do your research, find what makes you happy, and then go to Open Hair - ask for Delfin and place your trust in his expertise. Great experience! felt like I could really trust the hair colorist/stylist! Dalphine seems incredibly knowledgeable and passionate and even spent time providing instructions to his employees as he did my hair to make sure that everyone at his salon has the same level of expertise. My normal colorist/stylist is back in California but he was still able to make a color as similar/ if not the same to what I had before while still keeping in mind the health of my hair as mine is particularly dry. I don’t speak Spanish and he made it a point to make sure I felt comfortable knowing that when him and others in the salon converse and laugh that it isn’t about me so I was impressed with the thoughtfulness of this. I wouldn’t have thought this anyways, the salon has a friendly feeling with customers laughing and enjoying their time here but again, I thought this was thoughtful and I liked it. On top of this the services aren’t overpriced like the majority of places here. Very fairly priced!! This might be my go-to hair salon when I’m in Miami.

From the moment I walked in to the final hour delfín and his whole staff were incredible. Upon arrival I was welcomed with a glass of bubbly and a side of croissant with ham and cheese. The background music was a vibe.I have dry brittle curly hair but my hair strands are super thin so I am very careful with whom I get my hair done. I went in for highlights. I showed Aylin the exact color I wanted and she executed it perfectly. They did advise to cut my ends but I opted to wait. I will cut it on my next visit. Any curly hair friends looking to add highlights and are not sure where to go, this is your sign! Curly hair approved!

I wanted to share my experience, I’ve been using extensions for over 15 years. I’ve used every type of extensions over the years and dabbled with many different types of techniques . When I met Delfin he introduced me to the microbead sewn in method of extension placement and I could not believe I had gone so many years using other methods . Love this place. The vibes here are just what I needed to make me feel confident, I’m in love with my hair again! My hair is tough work with, it’s thick, curly, frizzy and dehydrated from previous lightening at other salons. I went from blonde to black and my hair has never felt so shinny and sleek. Delfín (owner) was great at explaining the process of going from blonde to black again. Yoe did an amazing job at coloring and styling my hair hair and Aylin knew exactly what products to recommend to fit my hair needs.
