I absolutely LOVE how my hair turns out every time I come. I have been hesitant to do my highlights again after another salon severely damaged my hair beyond repair, and i had to cut very short. After a 2 years of regrowing, I finally did it yesterday with zero damage! I love that they are all so caring and knowledgeable. I visit at least once a week for a blowdry. Also, my nails came out amazing.

Absolutely love this place. Top quality service and everyone is very sweet. Wendy did my nails and this is now my favorite set! Great attention to detail and her line work and shaping is fantastic. I’ll be back asap:)

I received a facial and a blow dry. I had a very positive experience. People here are friendly, make you feel at home and are very talented without charging unreasonable amounts for services. I’m definitely going back, as they offer all sorts of services!

I came in and they cut my hair and did a great job! Everyone made me feel at home and although most speak little English, it was not a problem at all! They did such a great job and made me feel welcome! I would recommend this to anyone.

If you are ever in need to get your hair braided Jeri is your girl! She’s very talented and takes her time. I had a really great experience and will be coming back!

Went here with my mom, friend, neice and myself to get nails/pedi, and I got a facial for my wedding the next day. I came from TX, and got married in FL (I am from Miami) and I needed a good affordable place to get ready for my big day. The service was very nice, even though we got to out appointment a little late due to traffic (Doral traffic is pretty crazy!) They still got us in and did what we were there for. I got the basic facial, just for relaxing and cleaning my face for my wedding; it went well but at times it was a bit painful. I have sensitive skin and never get facials so maybe thats why I felt it a bit painful. The facial guy (José) was kind and told me everything hed do and put on my face before he did it. 🙂 The rest of my party for what they wanted and liked it, I got a manicure done by the owner herself. The ONLY complaint I had was the cleaning of the BOTTOM of the gel nails my friend got; the nail artist didnt really do a good job cleaning under her nail to get off the dry gel/acrylic stuck under. Other than that, Everyone was nice and helpful. It was even José birthday and they gave everyone in the salon at the moment some birthday cake. 🎂😀 One of the hair stylist also blowdried my hair because she did my wedding hair WHICH WAS AMAZING! Her name is Iracema; very nice and helpful. If I ever visit and need to get fixed up in Doral area again, Id come back to Lotus.
