    I had an amazing experience at Supercuts! The staff is always so friendly, and the service is quick and efficient without sacrificing quality. Their prices are very fair, especially for the great results they consistently deliver. Chris worked on my hair this time, and she absolutely nailed the look I was going for! I’m completely obsessed with the style she gave me—it’s spot on and exactly what I envisioned. I can’t recommend Supercuts enough for anyone looking for top-notch haircuts and great customer service!

    My 6 year old received a haircut here with Alba, and she was fantastic. My son has a lot of hair and straight. His hair was up to his shoulders. I showed her an inspo image and she replicated it perfectly. Happy customer.

    The hairstylist Alba was very nice and sweet and she did a good job one young woman though wasn’t very nice. She was saying although I’ve been coming for over 20 years. I never got any points because no one ever put my email in the computer only my phone number. And the way she said it it sounded like she thought it was my fault.

Facilities / amenities are fine but a divergence is occurring bw perceived savings and value provided. raising prices further will likely drive business away unless facilities are improved in concert.Additional note. This survey is awkwardly constructed. Perhaps it could do from some attention. The questions posed barely seem pertinent. And upon a second reading. You discover NOTHING by asking. I registered. You generated a link. Any basic database knows my name. How much I spent. The service I purchased.Your only question of value is that final one though vaguely worded. My recommendation. Start with a blank page. Question one: is the customer content (place them in the mindset of offering a compliment).Question two: (people create a relationship and forget the name and are then ashamed to ask. Help them by having the system generate the name of my stylist from the database,…question 2. How was *****, How was e service you received.You’ll illicit better answers and if you break down the services you’ll find which areas each stylist can work on

    I have been a customer of this location since 2004. Christine has been cutting my hair and I couldn’t be happier. The app that they have makes it easy to book ahead, so once you arrive your wait is not long at all. Chris gets me in and out of the shop quickly, but we still have enough time to catch up. I would highly recommend this location for all of your hair care needs and products.

    I have been going to this salon for years & always enjoy the people. I get a great cut. Many of the stylists have been there for years so I have gotten my haircut from just about them all. While they all do a terrific job, I have gotten to like Johanna. If you get the Supercuts app and check in before you go, it minimizes the wait time. Today, I walked in & immediately got in with no wait. It also allows you to pick your stylist from the staff that is on that day. I find something I like & I stick with it.

    Say what you will about Supercuts. I always get a haircut Im satisfied with. Not the cheapest, not the best, but reliable and consistent. When i was a kid, i didnt want anyone to know that i got my haircut here. Yes, i was an idiot child. No appointment needed haircuts for the people! If you look down your nose at supercuts, then enjoy spending hundreds of dollars in a salon. And if youre getting free haircuts at the beauty academy often times you get what you pay for. Anyways, Supercuts. I like it.

Chaunté was beyond friendly with a fantastic personality and did a great job at making my first haircut during quarantine feel both safe & special.     Chaunté is the hairstylist at the first chair behind the cash register at SuperCuts on 57th Avenue in South Miami, or she was today. So you dont have to walk very far once youre inside to get one of the best cuts and styles youve ever had. Shes very personable, very professional, listens carefully to what youre looking for in a cut before she begins, and isnt finished until she knows youre delighted with what you see in the mirror. Ive been in Miami for several years now and have gone from shop to shop looking for someone I can have confidence in to give me the look I deserve to have. Today, I found the stylist Ive been looking for and was astonished when I got to the register that the price was so reasonable. And I found out that I can make an appointment on the days she cuts, so in the future when Im in a hurry, (which I am at least 90% of my life) I wont have to wait when I come in.
