Ive have been wanting to take a lash extension and microblading course for about year before I actually chose a teacher and class to take. I am so thankful I took my time in finding Amanda at The Refinery Lab. As someone who has very little to no experience, I came away from her class feeling confident and ready to start my new career. She spent time with me, empowering and encouraging me to follow through this new journey with support and encouragement. Her training is easy to understand and well worth the time and effort. From the moment you step foot into the studio, you are welcomed and truly felt at home. Amanda was superb! Very knowledgeable and guided me through the consultation from observing my skin tone and hair color to even how I see myself in the mirror and my facial movements. I was very skeptical at first because I have very little eyebrows and the hairs are very thin that I didn’t want it to look fake or unnatural. Boy did she do an amazing job! Ive gotten my lashes done by Endya twice now and I absolutely love them. I asked for Classic lash and I continue to received multiple compliments on how natural and beautiful my lashes look, not only do they look natural they feel natural and last a long time. I had the privilege of being a model for The Refinery Lab yesterday for Blush Lips and I must say, it’s been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. They went out of their way to make sure I was feeling comfortable the whole time and that I liked how the lips came out. Since I got there Amanda made me feel at ease and she answered the questions I had even before I asked, she walked me through the process so I knew what was about to happen, which I loved. She ordered pizza and gave us some sparkling wine at the end. The whole process went very smooth. Natalie was the artist and she was amazing she made my lips look so nice and she made sure I wasn’t feeling pain and I liked how they were going to come out. I wanted to do Lip Blush for a long time and when they said I was selected to be the model I was so excited but I would’ve never imagined it was going to be 10x better than what I had in mind. You have to put down a $100 deposit but they’ll give it back to you afterwards or you can choose to use it towards any future treatment. If you are hesitant, don’t wait and go do your lips with them. They are the best!!! I can’t thank them enough and I couldn’t be more happy.

Took the microblading class first and was a brow model for another class second. Both experiences were AMAZING. They provided me with the right tools and resources to begin my journey as an artist. Isabella taught the class I attended and is SUCH a GREAT teacher. She’s very patient and so positive. I was comfortable asking all the questions and she gives constructive/honest criticism. She also gave me eyebrows and I am FOREVER GRATEFUL. I have red hair with very light/blonde brows that were barely visible. It would take me 20 minutes to shape and perfect them to my hair color. They’re healing well so far and the shape is exactly what I wanted. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process.
