    The best salon in Miami! Flavie has been amazing since day one. My hair was thin and damaged, but she transformed the color, texture, and even the length. Her haircut made my hair look and feel so much healthier. After their treatments, my hair went from really thin to incredibly voluminous and shiny. Highly recommend!

    I had a destination wedding so the first time I came here was to get my nails done for my wedding. A bit risky but I’ve never had a better salon experience/manipedi in my life. I am that person that always bleeds when getting my cuticles cut but my nail tech didn’t cut me for the first time ever. The staff is so friendly and service is top notch. Although I don’t live in Miami I will definitely come here next time I visit!

    I’ve been getting my hair cut with Olivia for several years now. My friend recommended her to me, and I haven’t looked back. Olivia listens to what I’m looking for and makes it even better. She’s even gone out of her way to order a color for my hair that the salon didn’t carry, and her technique is perfection. I’ve also had my brows done with Leticia, who tweezes but can also wax, and she’s also great.

    Rosey was amazing! Her attention to detail and genuine care about the hair health made today’s first time visit memorable. I will gladly drive the 1 1/2 hours to see her again. The salon was gorgeous and clean. Everyone was so engaging and nice. Even when arriving 15 min late and scheduling the wrong services, everyone was accommodating and so sweet. Hands down one of the best experiences.I would highly recommend Rosey and the salon toall of my friends.

    I have known Flavie for over 17 years, I lived in Mexico and would come to visit family and she would do my hair, never let anyone else do it after I found her did not mind waiting for months to come, I had to stop for a while for personal reasons and always had her in mind for when I would be able to come back and have her do my hair, recently moved to Miami and was able to find her again! I can say once you have Flavie in your life you don’t go back, she has the talent, aesthetic and she is empathetic and kind, passionate about her work and makes you feel special and gets you looking your best. I have gotten many complements even from people that end up knowing her and recognizing her work.

    The whole team was super friendly and accomodating. The stylist who assisted me, Mikael was patient and very kind with me. He worked with me to figure out what I wanted since i had a general idea but wasnt sure how to word it, my hair turned out beautiful and Im looking forward to becoming a regular of his♡ I could tell that he was being very diligent and detail oriented as he worked. It hasnt been long since I got the haircut but Im already getting bathed in compliments, I sincerely cant thank him enough!!     What a great experience! Went today to get my haircut, I was very nervous because I was going from long hair to a bob. The staff there is amazing and very kind! My stylist Lukas was amazing, really listened to me and gave me a beautiful haircut that made me look years younger, and made my hair look soooo much better. I normally dread going to get my hair cut and styled, this salon was a complete delight. Cannot recommend enough that you go here!

    Brice did an amazing job ! At first I was soo nervous because I’ve been with my previous hairstylist for 14 years before moving to Miami. He reassured me and helped me feel comfortable. I haven’t done anything to my hair for 4 years. Thanks to Brice , I left Ugo di Roma with a beautiful balayage and undamaged hair. I showed Brice photos of what I wanted and he 101% matched it.     I can’t speak more highly about this Salon. It was such an excellent find! I searched for a colorist and stylist after moving to the neighborhood and upon reading several incredible reviews about Flavie I made an appointment. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint! She is fantastic! I had a full head of highlights which look gorgeous and a beautiful haircut to go with it. She’s extremely talented and professional - she really has a gift. The color is so so perfect. I couldn’t have imagined my hair looking better. I am now a regular customer and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

    I had a really great experience with Lukasz, I highly recommend his services. He was kind, attentive and thoughtful in suggesting a haircut based on what I was looking for. He has a very high level of professionalism and I absolutely LOVE my haircut. If you are looking for an expert European haircut (that flows and has volume), then definitely come see Lukasz. He also speaks Polish French and English. I travel a lot and always try to find hairstylists who understand the European high standards of cutting hair, Lukasz definitely does! Thank you!

I had a facial and foot reflexology with Ana, gel manicure with Kaniet and a perm wave with Flavie.Overall, my experience was great.Ana was very thorough and attentive during my facial, and even gave me some follow-up advice.Kaniet was very nice and gave me a great manicure.Flavie was very nice and knowledgeable, she discussed the whole process with me before starting it, and she looks like a very experienced hair professional.I also liked the overall atmosphere at the salon, feels warm and friendly. While I was there, there were many other customers, which, I think, attests to the salons popularity.

    My family and I drive all the way from Boca Raton to the grove to get our haircut from Mikael; he is fabulous! He is very detailed and takes his time to perfect your look. I have very curly hair so I know I can trust him to keep my style appropriate for when I need it to be straight and when I need it to be curly.     A really excellent salon and day spa. Most of the customers are women, but they do an excellent job of cutting mens hair as well. Ive been getting my hair cut there by Lionel, who does a scissor cut, for about five years. Its been in the Grove for many years, and is very well established, with a loyal clientele, some of whom travel great distances for their appointments, apparently.

    I have been searching for a great stylist in Miami at a fair price. Marcus was referred by Anna (who provides fabulous Manis and Pedis - been going to her for 10 years). He is a true professional who clearly loves his job and takes excellent care of his clients.

I have difficult hair and my hair feels so healthy after Mikael applies keratin. Flavie and Mikael are both incredible.     Biviana pays extreme attention to detail, she is gentle and kind. With COVID I was asked to wear a mask, I am only 5 days out of having a full face lift with stitches in and outside of my ears.
