    A couple of months ago, my daughter and I stopped by here to stock up on a few makeup products and a hair iron. The selections were very good and organized in a sensible way. We were looking for new shades of blush and daytime eyeshadow. They have several brands to choose from. They also have a wide variety of hair irons.We found everything we needed and the saleslady was very helpful. We will stop by again in the future.

    I had an amazing experience getting my hair cut thanks to Rosse, she’s so sweet. I was nervous because I’m very picky and walked in asking for something very out of my comfort zone but Rosse truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. From the moment I sat down, she was patient and took the time to really understand what I wanted. She didn’t rush me and asked for my input every step of the way, adjusting little by little to ensure my bangs were exactly as I wanted. I was so impressed by how dedicated she was to making sure I felt comfortable and confident with each decision. I’m so happy with the result and honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever let anyone else touch my hair again. Highly recommend!!!

    I had a shampoo and blowout from Rosee today and it was wonderful. She took a close look at my hair before the shampoo and we discussed what I wanted. She did a fantastic job!!!

    Long story short. Tara was amazing. Teamwork as a whole was impressive.I was stressed bc I needed a few items but also wanted to stick to a budget. The items I used to love are all different now and I was a bit overwhelmed. I wanted a speedy experience but not rushed.And I got Tara.I love Tara. It was early, staff was still arriving, She was the only one on the floor. She focused on me but also responded and pointed other shoppers elsewhere. She was efficient and gave me tons to choose from, heard my very specific wants and didn’t get frustrated. She supplemented expensive items with more affordable ones, she had an amazing amount of product knowledge in general. She spoke to her team kindly, she was great at directing and adjusted to help other when I wanted to just putz around at the end. I was so stressed going in, but left feeling so good about my purchases. So good about the price point. Beyond grateful for this experience.

    This place is amazing if you are looking for any beauty supplies, perfumes and makeup. They have a great selection and they are very organized. Store is always clean and good customer service. They also have great coupons that you can find. Overall nice experience.

    Just left Ulta after getting Bayalage done on my hair by Deonna. She is AMAZING, go see her, you won’t regret it. I was really scared because I know bayalage is tricky and easy to mess up but she NAILED it. I don’t even know how she understood what I wanted because I was so bad at explaining it and so indecisive so I just told her to do whatever she thinks is best and it turned out better than I imagined. She even showed me how to beachwave my hair and what products would be best for my hair type that would work with my budget. Such a sweetheart, go see her!

    I had a wonderful experience at the salon with Rosse. I went in for a haircut, highlights, and blow dry. From the moment I walked in, Rosse listened to what I envisioned and checked in with me throughout the appointment to ensure everything was perfect. Her skill and attention to detail truly impressed me, and I couldnt be happier with the results. I am really excited to come back for future appointments.     I have always been an avid Ulta customer but nothing compares to the customer service of this location especially from JENAY who always go way above and beyond to answer any beauty questions regardless of how busy she may be. Her knowledge on skincare, makeup, hair and most flattering color palettes is on a serious expert pro level. I’m so happy to come to Ulta and see her friendly welcoming face. She truly is such an asset to their culture!

    The 5 stars are for the employee that helped me. I believe her name is Kati, she was suuuuper nice. Approached me and asked if I needed any help, so I asked her some questions about makeup and hair products and she was so patient and knowledgeable. I end up buying a primer from mac because of her suggestion.

    Precious at the North Miami location was the absolute BEST. She helped me color match my foundation (something I’ve been putting off for a while as I don’t wear makeup that often) That said, she was patient, attentive, and truly knew what she was doing. VERY informative…went home and fell in love with all of the products she recommended which the criteria was exactly what I asked for. She’s amazing! I’ll definitely be back to get my makeup done by her if I ever need to.

    Yaya is an amazing make up Artist. My friends and I have all different types and shades of skin. Yet, She manages to make us all look flawless for all events. From weddings to galas to Girl’s night Out - Yaya has it covered. She’s so knowledgeable and has answered all my crazy questions. ( How do I smoke out my eye shadow? Why does my makeup get cakey?) For services at hair salon use Arlynn. She’s awesome.

    Precious was phenomenal!!! I went to Ulta with the intentions on finding a foundation and left with not only a better foundation but with knowledge. Precious understood exactly the look/coverage I was going for and pin pointed me to the right brands. 10/10 super professional! Loved how she was able to help my friend and I gracefully. I can see her passion while helping other clients as while.It’s one thing to get help finding products but it’s another to have someone teach you how to use the products. I sat at Ulta for at least an hour testing different setting powders , foundation, press powder, blush.. etc. Precious made me feel like a pro !I definitely would come back to this ulta. They were knowledgeable and not bias.

    I would like to start off by stating that in all my visits to this location I was met with staffers that were both knowledgable about makeup and beauty products. But were also personable and professional about recommending products that were both affordable for a beginner and worth the extra dollars for higher quality. If you ever plan to visit this Ulta, I would recommend seeking help from staffers like Britney and Precious who made my visit to this location so stress free and radiant. If your like me & your beginning to love makeup, I would say this is the best location to find staffers that are willing to help you find products that not only bring out your beauty. But frankly, save you from testing out lots of products that do nothing but hurt your pockets and render horrible results.

    Absolutely love this Ulta! Everyone is always so kind and helpful whenever I’m browsing around or looking for something specific. The cherry on top was their Salon Bar! Erlyn has given me two of the BEST haircuts I’ve had in a few years. The store manager was not lying when she said their hairstylists were exceptionally talented.

    I love this place . It’s amazing !!! Everyone is so helpful and compassionate. I want to give a special shout it to JENAY!!! (Heart of GOLD) she did not let me leave until I found the perfect shade to match my complexion. And she also gave me some awesome makeup tip which was super helpful. Shoutout to Alicia. She was wonderful well. Super sweet, funny and she helpful. She was along side with JENAY helping me find my makeup products. Thank you to you both. I will be coming back real soon !

    I have been to Ulta locations across the country and always have had a good experience. This location is no different! I made a last minute salon appointment and they were able to fit me in. When I arrived Monica was ready and started on my hair right away. I originally wanted a trim and a blowout but Monica suggested to do waves and I’m so glad she did! My hair turned out amazing and several people commented on it at the event I went to. The waves stayed put throughout the night and even into the next day. Monica was extremely helpful and friendly and I appreciated her suggestions. Also Arlene was extremely helpful as well! She recommended a concealer I had never tried before and it works amazing! I also complimented her eyeliner and she showed me the exact one she was wearing which I thought was so nice! I ended up really liking how my hair and make up turned out thanks to Monica and Arlene! Thanks Ulta! Five stars!!!

    Ahh I know why I dont go to Ulta often, the intent for just one thing turns into a basket of goodies.I have been to this location three times in the past month and felt very welcomed by the staff there! What a great group of people at this location, the staff are gorgeous in and out!Ulta has changed over the past 10 and 15 years, its more updated and has a larger inventory/portfolio of products as well as services. This location is clean, spacious, airy, and the lay out is perfect.Richard assisted me with some eye palettes and contours and was so helpful and friendly(great sense of humor!) on my first visit, when I returned another time, it was to get my eyelashes done by Virginia who was so professional and personable (and did an excellent job) Vera was so kind and helpful, gave me a brief introduction to brushes, I am a novice with make up (I have only one brush and think I can use it for all aspects of my make up, Im learning) The store manager, Kelly has great energy and was very helpful with locating a particular product I was interested in.I was very happy with this experience and although its a bit of distance to shop for my products, its absolutely worth it, although my bank account might now agree.

    Been here three times this week..lol...great sales on great make up brands. Always have items in stock and helpful staff. I made a purchase yesterday and forgot to show the sales associate the $3.50 off of $15 and I called later that day and asked if they would still honor it. She told me to just bring the receipt which I did, and she deducted it right away. I prefer to come here rather than Sephora to be honest...

    Stara helped me today find a new skincare regimen and convinced me to buy the peach and lily serum to try!!! she was super helpful with all the customers before me and she seemed to be multitasking at the cash register and did it seamlessly! she made my experience great, i’ll definitely be back to this store specifically.

    I visited this ulta today and I got a haircut and partial highlights with Erlyne, who was kind, personable and just made the overall experience so enjoyable. She styled my hair beautifully and gave me great advice on how to care for my hair going forward. Towards the end of my visit, there was a homeless man that entered the store and began to stare/follow me around the store. The cashier Shirley, quickly recognized this, and offered to have a male associate escort me to my car. And she generously gave me freebies for the inconvenience, although none of it was their fault. Overall this team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and most importantly safe. Thank you!

    I go here to get all my cosmetics and hair products. They have a great return policy if the products dont work for you. The employees have also been very helpful with showing me how to use the makeup as I am a bit inexperienced in that area. I go to Deonna for my hair and she does bayalage for me which I love. She is great at what she does and a super sweet person as well. The services are very afforable, especially for Miami.

    I am very picky about who gets to cut my curly hair. I saw various reviews about Donna and when I booked the appointment I was still hesitant but when I met her everything changed. She helped me step by step and she was so nice!!! I would give her 100/10 she’s amazing.

    Great Ulta location with a wide selection of items from all brands. Was especially happy to find lots of Kylie Cosmetics products for my daughter, even though most Ulta stores were out of stock. Nice environment and helpful employees. This location is mostly moderately busy.

    I just had the best 60 minute facial with Mercedes! I didn’t know what to expect but she immediately made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. She was very thorough and explained everything she did which was great because I feel I learned a lot about my skin and what I can do to work on some of my problem areas. Thank you so much, Mercedes!     Let me tell you, this Ulta is different!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the cashier, Paulina, who later checked me out and was pleasant the entire time. I was looking for a few rose ingredient products and Shirley came over and assisted me. She even gave me an honest review of the moisturizer I was purchasing which worked favorably for my skin type.This location has proper customer service with friendly employees! Definitely not like other the stuck up, judgemental Ultas Ive been to. Theres one in Pinecrest thats great as well!

    Ulta Biscayne Commons is an exemplary model of everything Ulta should be; Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly. A well stocked and clean store filled with everything you would want from makeup, skincare and bodycare. This location has an amazing full service salon and Benefit brow bar. Vicky will perfectly shape your brows. She is conscientious and friendly. For amazing hair go to Erlyn or Laura.

    For my first time being here I was shocked at how many cosmetics there was! And they were helpful in helping me find my foundation akita was helpful and helping with the right foundation I needed. I brought what i was looking for.     What can I say as a guy I never thought I would be buying my daughter makeup lol but she loves it. Went to this location and suprisenly my daughter found everything without any issues , the lady we had helping her was very helpful. Its really nice when you have good customer service like the one she provided for my daughter as I just stood back and watched. All in all me and gf ended up spending a bit over 200$ on makeup just for her. Would recommend this place to anyone

    This is by far the best location for Ulta! If getting Benefit brow wax (BENEFIT USES BEST WAX EVER, BTW) be sure to ask for Nay, she is FANTASTIC!!! The entire staff is so helpful and very nice...yes I said nice, not rude like the Aventura location. The experience is worth the stop...KEEP UP THE GR8 CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

    Great customer service and amazing services !It’s always fun going to this ulta to see the new products because all the employees are so kind and helpful. I get my hair cut at ulta by Deonna. I’ve never loved my hair after a hair cut so much! I got a facial from Joseph who’s amazing. My skin was so clear after my last facial! Definitely a 10/10 place!

    This is for customer service. Sylvia was amazing. Took the time to help us out. I went with my mom and let me tell you she took care of everyone. Not only did she help us out but shed float over to the next customer on the other side help them and come back to make sure we were ok. Also the other associates were great. Down to earth and really helped to find deals and alternatives to the products we inquired on.Ive gone to the Aventura store many times and once the associates help you, you are long forgotten.Ill be back to this one since customer service is greatly appreciated these days and hard to come across.........................11/3/18I usually go atleast every month for gifts for friends/family and get samples. Its sad to say customer service was lacking today. Smh.(I thank you Security guard for being awesome, got someone for me to aid in a question I had)

    Deonna does the BEST blowouts! She is the first person to have done a blowout on me that stayed for two days until I washed my hair, and it didn’t just stay- it slayed😍 Deonna blew out my friend’s hair as well, and hers looked amazing too!     Love their salon. We have been to many stand alone salons and they have not done a job as good as Deonna at ULTA. I actually walk away liking how my hair looks right away. I recommend the ULTA salon to anyone who tells me they need a haircut!

    Vicky with the benefit brow bar is amazing!! she does Exactly what you tell her to do. I have had too many bad experience in the pass when they would take too much off but not with vicky! Also her touch is very soft and Gentle! Vickys the best I wouldnt Change her for anybody else!!
