    LOVEDDD my curly cut with Ramon!!! He really works with you and makes sure you’re happy with your length. He even asked how I style it daily and if I put my hair up. Not many hairstylists remember to find out if you’ll need to be able to put all ur hair up so I definitely appreciated that. I’m so happy with my hair and it looks so much healthier thanks to the deep conditioning treatment!

    I loved my beauty service with Ramon. I went in needing a touch up my baliage. The end results were beautiful. His technique with the foils and color were amazing. He also gave me a haircut taking note of what I wanted and finished with blow dry that complimented the whole look. Thank you again Ramon!!!

    Had a lovely experience with Ramon. He listened to all my requests for my haircut. Specially, keeping as much of my length as possible since I donate my hair. But I also wanted some life and movement. Will definitely be a returning client!

    I could not be happier. Ramon was my stylist and he listened attentively to what I wanted and took the time to evaluate my hair to make sure my desired cut would work well with my hair texture. He worked quickly but also very carefully. I often go to Supercuts or Haircuttery type salons out of convenience but now in comparison I feel like often at those places the stylists preoccupied with calls or other tasks. Ramon was laser focused on my hair the entire time (which helped get me in & out with an excellent outcome). He offered other services but was not pushy when I declined. I did not have to wait, in fact I got a call to see if I was interested in moving my appointment up. I will be coming back to this salon and to this stylist in particular.

    Dealing with customers is hard on the best of days add to that a packed store for the holidays. Irritable customers all wanting to be taken care. I can’t miss the opportunity to thank Yasmin for her smile and great customer service!

    Great salon service! I decided to refresh my blonde hair and found the salon in the back of Ulta. The prices were lower than the other salons in the area. I spoke to the Color Specialist, Marlene, and she did a fabulous job on my long long hair! I am ready for the holidays!

    A few days ago, I visited this Ulta because the store near my home didn’t carry the amber perfume from Nemat that I was seeking. A very friendly associate assisted me in finding the best shampoo and conditioners for my daughters. He took his time to explain various options and even recommended a natural hair highlighter I had been searching for. The customer service was truly outstanding!

    Ramon is a fabulous hairstylist. My hair cut and blowout always come out fabulously. I recently did my hair color with him and he was super kind and knowledgeable of the best tones and colors that would work with my complexion. I definitely recommend.     Its like a candy shop for aspiring MUA or beauticians or anyone who just love beauty products. Nice array of brands and at affordable prices, too. However, aisles are pretty tight when you bring a stroller (just saying). But they have a salon here too which is nice. Good customer service.

    In October I decided to go from black to blonde, a hair project that scares most stylists but Ana Ramon stepped up to that challenge! She has been able to get my to my desired tone after three sessions and the best part my hair is NOT damaged.She has always been very transparent and made sure I was educated on how to maintain my hair at home.Ana is an absolutely positive, honest, professional person and all around gem to have as a stylist.Very happy to have found such a talented hair stylist in Miami!!

    This Ulta Salon is amazing. Came in last minute on a Sunday for a layered cut. Jessica helped me right away and did a wonderful job on my long layers! She is my new hair stylist for sure! Super sweet, I highly recommend. ❤️

    I was helped by someone in this store the other day, I believe her name was Belcalis. She was super helpful and I just tried one of the hair products she recommended (the ouidad mousse) and it worked great!! The cashier, I believe was a manager, and was actually super rude to me about using a white basket (that are apparently not for customer use but for some reason on the floor in easy access) instead of the orange bags in the front. But I’ll let that slide since my hair looks great now thanks to Belcalis

    Ramon is the best! Seriously, he has been one of the only stylists to make me feel really good about my hair.I have thin hair and have had many stylists make comments about bald spots and how I can only do certain things with my hair, how I should buy certain products they sell for hair growth, etc. I used to go home and cry sometimes because I sometimes felt worse after a visit to the salon.Enter Ramon, the first stylist who told me he was inspired by my hair and has never made a comment about how thin it is. He has styled it so well over the past year and it continues to grows back healthy (which he always comments on 😊). Recently, he did an express keratin treatment on me and my hair has been very manageable/less frizzy since. He explained every step of the process and made me feel comfortable to try something new.Thank you so much Ramon! I never want to go anywhere else!

    I went today 8/12/18 and made an appt with Jessica @ the brow bar. I just have to say that in a place as huge, grossly populated, and miserably humid as Miami where its rare for anyone to even acknowledge or smile at you, she was a breath of fresh air!!!! Truly amazing customer service, personalization, and did everything in her power to make feel beautiful & at home. I wish there were so many more of her everywhere but it would rob from her uniqueness. Thank you, Jessica!! Cant wait for our next appt.

    Hairstylist Ramon is the best!!!! I have been going to since November 2022 and he is awesome! I went to him a couple of days ago and I told him I wanted to do balayage and I told him how I wanted and he listened. He killed it☺️ he always listens, and gives suggestions on how to take care of your hair. I love how he always pays attention and makes you feel comfortable. I recommend going to him!     Ramon is the best hairdresser! I came in with a faded blonde, not knowing what to do with my hair. He suggested a cowboy copper and we were able to transform my hair to a beautiful red with copper hues without the use of bleach. He really saved my hair with his magic hands ❤️

    I visited the store yesterday. I asked Andrea (Pto. Rican with green grey eyes) for help about a shadow pallett. I noticed her makeup was well done, interesting, and made her look very artistic and fresh!So I asked her, what are you wearing?!! She said -follow me, and Ill show you.So she brought me to this brand I had no idea existed, BEAUTYCOUNTER. She showed me the 2 creamy eye shadow tones she was wearing (OMG).Also, her creamy blush, 2 lipstick, and face foundation! All from this brand.Its affordable, and the presentation is pretty and comfortable!Simple makeup and looked beautiful. I really want to remark ANDREAS customer service dedication and professionalism. How she tried the correct tones on me while having fun by smiling and being charismatic in a very elegant way. BEAUTYCOUNTER should actually have her as their brand image model. She is incredibly perfect for it! 🙏🏻 Thank you Andrea and Ulta Beauty for having her.

    Recently I was in need of some eyeshadow to match my dress 👗 for my son’s wedding, I wanted to look nice and the sales tech was very helpful. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name. She even introduced me to a matte lipstick 💄 line I was not familiar with, a little pricey but the best lipstick I own! I will be buying more colors! I looked fabulous!     I have been shopping here for years and never had a problem. A couple of days ago I came in and had a bad experience with a pushy salesperson.I was really upset and it bothered me through the next day. I decided to call and speak with the manager regarding what happened. I’m glad I did because I was able to resolve the issue. The manager (Tiffany) is honestly one of the most pleasant people to encounter. I can’t even complain about what happened because she treated me so kindly and authentically. I appreciate her efforts to make up for what happened and ensure it never would again. There should be more people like her in the world. I love this store and I love that they put someone in like her in charge.

    I was blown away by the service Anthony, a rep from It Cosmetics, provided me today. His passion for beauty is so evident in the way he speaks about the products and I love how he created such a warm welcoming experience from the start of our conversation. I get easily overwhelmed with the amount of options at the store and have had the hardest time finding a tinted moisturizer/ cc cream but he was able to steer me towards the right direction 🥰

    Ive been a customer of ulta for years, but i usually just order online. This was my first time visiting this store. I wish I had remembered the womens name who helped me. She was amazing. I needed some new conceler and Foundation since the ones i used were discontinued. She was so helpful in finding me a good alternative and even matching my shade. I will for sure be back there whenever I need anything else.

    What can I say about ulta!! It’s an amazing experience all the staff that I have encountered have always been awesome to me from Danielle the brow girl she’s a beautiful person inside and out (love her energy), Ramia who does amazing facials and my amazing hair stylist Ramon. When I tell you this man has grown into one of my favorite people I’m not lying. He’s an awesome stylist who does beautiful color and blow dry, but people he massages my head and my neck when he washes my hair. I have recommended about 5 people to him and each of them call me afterwards raving about their experience with him.

    They are renovating the store and thats perfectly fine but besides of that I loved it. I havent been there in along time and I forgot how nice its to find everything you need for make up, beauty supplies, perfumes and more.We were looking for something and this girl working there helped us with such a nice attitude.We got what we wanted and we are definitely going back.I love the variety of products they have.Great prices and a lot of different products.     Stylist Ramon Barcelo is knowledgeable, meticoulous, and on trend. He did a blond balayage with a haircut for my graduate year. The outcome was natural looking and silky, on my waist long hair. He was attentive and used products to prevent my hair from burning. I love a hairstylist that is not afraid to give their creative opinion. He was honest and did not charge more than his quote.     I have never had a bad experience at this Ulta. The manager and the employees are doing an amazing job. I had a product I had bought amongst a few others. When I got home it was empty. Since the packaging was on the heavy side I didn’t notice. I called the store and explained the situation. Without hesitation they asked me to come in ASAP and they were able to replace it.

    I go to Ulta alot. I guess that makes me an experienced customer. The employees are so thoughtful, kind and generous with time and knowledge that it makes shopping here an absolute pleasure.     The Kendall store, friendly cashier. disappointed because I was looking for Zoya nail polish. They didnt have a variety. Im allergic to chemicals and sensibility to odors. Warning ⚠️ to anybody with sensibility and allergies to chemicals, this Ulta smells more that any of their other stores, I thought I was going to pass out 😟. Thank goodness the cashier was fast.

    I went in looking for a good primer for my face. The associate, Erika was assessed my skin type and guided me towards a good primer for my face. She was very knowledgable not only on good make up products but also on good skincare habits and even recommended a moisturizer for my skin. All of the products she recommended to me that day have been very good for my skin.Aside from that experience, everytime I go to this location, the staff is very friendly. I love the wide selection of make up, hair and skincare products. I highly recommend this Ulta, they got even better after the renovations and installation of the Benefit brow bar.

    Nice store, but employees should look around at the shelves some more/more often. Customers often leave unsightly messes when “using” the testers. Cashiers were very friendly. Would recommend going here for beauty product shopping.

    2nd time visiting the Salon at this Ulta. I saw an ultra modern cut on their coordinator and decided to take the plunge of a choppy shorter cut with her stylist Felix, who also happens to be the salon manager. Oh. My. God. My cut ended up being modern and fresh!!!! So thennnnnnnn I kept up the bravery and a month later decided he would be the right stylist to do an even shorter cut, with balayage at the ends. UNBELIEVABLY CUTE !! Modern, fresh, and just what I wanted. Felixs friendliness, level of professionalism and knowledge are outstanding ! Another lady watching him work on my hair decided to do hers right then and there too ! So happy with my hair and you know that spills over into how we carry ourselves in general. You will not be disappointed if you go to him 😊

    Big range οf cosmetics here. Recently brought the Kylie cosmetics line so it is easier to try before you buy. If you are a make up obsessed like me, you must check here must be the Juvias place palettes (great pigmentation) also Colourpop cosmetics as well as Morphe. For more cheap but still quality make up, dont miss out on Essence and Catrice cosmetics, both German brands. (try out the Catrice powder kiss equivalent to MAC lipsticks) I always check the clearance section for some beauty treasures for a great price. They also have very cute hair accessories, a bit pricey at around $20 each but really nice for a night out or a special occasion as they look high quality. My favorite body care must be the HEMP lotions which I try out almost every time I go. I also dont forget to spritz some perfume before I go as I try to stay up to date with my perfumes. Have you tried Chloés Nomade? It is such a unique fragrance for the woman who doesnt conform to modern stereotypes but is still a free spirited woman! Dont forget to check out the mini, travel products at check out (you cant really miss them anyway!). I just love the mini MAC lipsticks at just $10. This way you can grab two shades for the price of one MAC lipstick and they dont take much space in your clutch or make up bag!
