Absolutely love this place! The makeup can be expensive but its worth the money I love the services they have here including: haircuts, facials, makeup, etc! My favorite hairstylists are Marion and Marie and Vic and the others!! They are so kind to me and my daughter she got her ears pierced here too! Marion is so kind she is also very funny and you can see she cares about her clients she has a great sense of style.she was sick and couldnt do my full haircut but I appreciate that she tried she is so sweet I hope see feels better. Marie is also so sweet and positive. I love this place 🥰 the staff are really kind and helpful if you need to find something like skincare, make-up, gifts! If I can give this location more than five stars, I would .I made an appointment at the salon and it was just unbelievable. Marion took me from a Scooby-Doo to Daphne Blake..for the longest time I have wanted a beautiful red and Marion understood me since the moment I walked through the door. She definitely delivered beyond expectations.Her recommendations have my hair looking healthier and more vibrant than I’ve ever had . I totally will recommend her for a services. I came in with red hair wanting periwinkle/lavender hair and was fully emotionally prepared to be told I couldn’t have what I want and Veronica said not on my Mf watch bestie and then proceeded to slay like it has never been slain. She worked pretty much all day on this and I was totally comfortable while I was there it felt like I was just with the girlie pops. On a serious note she really took her time to make sure everything was exactly done right and went above and beyond to customize the color to my needs. She did a strand test to make sure my hair could lift before putting bleach all over my head. She even got my hair to white blonde before the color which was crazy. I never felt rushed and she listened to me on exactly what I wanted in my haircut which never happens. Other places always try to convince me on layers even tho they don’t work for my hair and she literally asked no questions just that’s what you want? Bet.& Honestly every single person I interacted with here from start to finish had great energy I loved it.

Made a last minute makeup appointment for a wedding I was attending in Miami and I was very impressed with Erick my MUA. Erick was extremely kind and sweet soul and very educated on the different types of makeup up and was able to explain things in clear way I understood whenever I had questions. Erick did an amazing job doing my makeup and I left feeling so beautiful and confident! My husband loved the look as well and I received a lot of compliments. As soon as I arrived she was on time and waiting for me. She was very helpful and professional. She gave me everything I needed for my hair and did the job with a smile. Amazing experience. I’ve shopped at Ulta for years, but never had enjoyed any salon services there. Miami hair styling can be very expensive and I wanted to consider more budget conscious options. I scheduled an appointment for highlights with Veronica and I can’t say enough good things about this experience. Veronica is kind, talented, and genuinely cared about me, my hair, and my overall experience. I absolutely love the outcome of her work, and have already scheduled my next appointment. I had a consultation for the same service at IGK hair and found the environment super stressful and the prices to be next level. At Ulta, Veronica made sure I was totally calm and attended to. Ulta beauty river Drive/ Marion(stylist). She introduced herself professionally but yet with so much kindness! It was like a little get to know you/style talk in the beginning and she took the time to listen to every want and ideas. She listened to me and gave me her opinion which was on point and got instantly to work. She was kind, friendly, easy to talk to and its someone you can get along with just fine. She is super uplifting and she delivered! I asked for a pop and she did it alright and it came out perfect! She was working on my hair for a few hrs due to I did a lot of things, having super long hair, style, cut, I DID IT ALL !!! and not once did she try to rush, she never gave a face nor be tight as others would do, she was so professional and so sweet! and best part I left feeling like a brand new woman! she uplifting me like you have no idea! Not everyone is like this, I had one from another store at NMB telling me she can not style my hair cause she had one other client she was working on while it was my appointed time and not taking her time and yet pulling on my hair huffing and puffing! Marion is awesome as a person, employee and stylist. She is def a elite stylist !! so thankful for this amazing experience and Im one who very picky and demanding and she was amazing! made me feel comfortable and safe with my hair!! And was so kind to help her colleague too!!!

I love going here whenever I get my haircuts. I highly recommend Marion (Instagram is @besthaircutsmiami). She makes the experience enjoyable and comfortable. She also isn’t afraid of working with color and knows exactly what she is doing with it and as someone who dyes her hair a lot, I definitely love that. Only problem with the place is the over booking and lack of space as well as at times, the cashiers who are very nonchalant and just want to get you out of there. I recently visited Ulta at 1440 NW North River Drive for a hair coloring service, and let me tell you, the results were positively fabulous! My stylist, Nana, was simply a doll. She was so attentive, listened to my every need, and provided valuable suggestions and advice. She really took the time to understand my hair type and the look that I wanted to achieve, which resulted in a perfect color match. The coloring process was done with such care and precision, and my hair was left feeling healthy, shiny, and oh-so-gorgeous. Nana even gave me great tips on how to maintain my new color at home. The staff at this Ulta location were all so kind and professional, and I just couldnt recommend them enough! If youre looking for a professional and personalized hair service, this is the place to go, and Nana is the stylist to see. They exceeded my expectations and I am absolutely thrilled with the end result.

The first time I went to see her my hair was dry, dull, and very lifeless. After about 6 months of some TLC my hair is now extremely soft, bouncy, and the healthiest it has ever been. I went into Ulta today to look for a cleansing balm and a under eye cream. While I was looking around, Julio came up to me and asked me if I needed help and god he was amazing!! He directed me to the specific products I need and showed me the bests products to use and he took his time to explain everything from how it works, how to use it, what ingredients it has, and tested it on me too. I have the best time with her, I know my hair is in the best hands. Marion is super knowledgeable about all the hair products in the salon and what new products will work best for me !! When I’m done my hair is left super shiny and healthy!! All week long my curls are perfect and when they do fall it still looks like I left the salon!!! The new location is stunning !!! Always a pleasure visiting my hair stylist María Jose at the River Landing Ulta location! She’s the sweetest and takes her time to get my hair to perfection. She is a gem and I’m so thankful that I found her. Never changing hairstylist again! Next time you’re at this Ulta location ask for her to do your hair, she’s incredibly talented and loves her job, trust me! As for the store overall: this is my favorite Ulta store in all of Miami. Customer service is always great, whether it’s getting your hair done, brows, make up, or simply shopping. I love that I always feel welcomed when I walk into this location.

A couple weeks ago I unfortunately did attempted at getting a makeover (not ULTA salon) that was a failure and very crushing. Thanks to the sweet associates at Alta Riverlanding I remembered the mentioning something about offering hair services which I never even knew they had. The next day I walked in and just asked one of the specialist Denisse on advice what I should do. She was kind enough to fit me in and dedicate her time to create the look that I originally wanted. I am so thankful for this all to temper not only being so sweet every time that I come in but helping me get my self-esteem back. I actually just booked another appointment tomorrow for a trim and blowout and I’m super excited to see how it comes out.

They recommended Ulta to do my hair, I was a little skeptical about the results but I was totally delighted!The service is very good, everyone is very friendly and Marion who served me exceeded all my expectations! She did an incredible job, She installed my extensions in a perfect way that looks very natural and very comfortable at the same time, I can wear my hair in a ponytail, I can wear different styles and no one can tell that they are extensions, she did a magnificent job, it was very detailed.I really found the perfect place to do my extensions service, every time I went to another place the tape was noticeable and it was not comfortable for me to do a ponytail but the way Marion installed them was very strategic. Very grateful for your services, goodwill and attitude towards you.Thanks Marion now I can go to the gym and feel very comfortable with my extensions!100% recommended for hair extensions!
