    Very kind, thoughtful, and attentive workers! My order wasn’t ready yet when I came in, and it turns out it wouldn’t have been until the next day because of how late in the day I placed it. However, they were so gracious and packaged it for me. I feel so bad for any inconvenience that I caused, but I’m so grateful that they were so sweet.

    I had a great experience doing an exchange at this ulta location. Alicia was the worker who helped try a different shade of the product I was returning, she was so gentle and caring, showed amazing customer service skills. At the register, Regina together with Alicia made everything possible with my exchange. Really great location!! Love this Ulta.

    Everybody knows Ulta rocks. There were a couple girls there that were really sweet and helpful... only thing Ill say, is I wish there were more women past their 20s working there because theres no way to get real advice on products that women are looking for in their 30s and beyond. Apparently, they have an esthetician working there but she wasnt on duty that day. If youre a woman in your 30s and up and youre planning to go spend some money on upping your skincare game, definitely call and ask if theres going to be an esthetician there before you go.Ulta, maybe pay your employees more, so you can attract a more diverse group of knowledgeable people representing your brand. 😉There was also only one man (stocking product) and one black woman on the team. #TiskTisk

    Shopping here is pretty basic just like every other Ulta. However be prepared to remind them that you have points you want to use, they wont ask. Also be prepared for the look of shock and confusion when you bring up your points... annoying and unprofessional.

    If you ever need help, María del Carmen is Always there. This store is near me and the majority of the time when I stop by for my necessities she is always there helping me! It’s amazing how attentive she is towards customers and she gives great customer service and always has a great attitude! I know I can rely on her for questions, picking up orders, and so much more. Truly an amazing employee!

    Manuel and Sammy are my favorite Ulta store experts. They have both assisted my mom and I more than once in our many visits to Ulta. I have to say they are the reason why we go out of our way to go to this Ulta opposed to the other competitor stores. Manuel is always very excited and helping with recommendations based on your needs. Sammy goes above in beyond in providing beauty advice and tips and tricks. Not only does she help you find what you need but she gives you ideas on how to best use the products. She is also very sweet and helpful. Manuel and Sammy are exemplary employees and make a difference for a pleasant shopping experience each time.

    Great spot and pretty well stocked with the latest on skincare products, recently started to struggle with dry skin and darks spots and found here everything I was looking for!! Costumer service were kind and helpful. Store was a bit busy but line and checkout were fast.. I would definitely come back and recommend this location!!

    This is a great Ulta! It has a great assortment of beauty and skincare products and their staff from sales associates to cashiers and managers are really nice, helpful and patient. I didn’t have a negative experience at the store since its a Monday, but since theres a tj max next door, there are certain products you could probably find discounted that you find full price at ulta. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this Ulta, even the lighting is nice and not too bright

    I love coming here for makeup, hair products, nail polish, skincare, brushes, and perfumes. It is always clean and decently stocked, the reward program is fantastic, there are usually store coupons, specials, offers, etc, and it is easy to redeem, no hassle. The reason I left off a star is because no matter how many customers there are in the store, they never seem to have enough staff. When the cashier has to help a customer find things while there is a line waiting to pay, that is a sign you need more people there. Also, even after writing to their corporate and telling the staff, management, etc, they refuse to comply with the minimum requirement of aisle space. They stack shelving units up and down the walkways where you can forget getting a wheelchair through... even a compact stroller cant get through. This is against code and they dont seem to care. They arent rude or anything, they just continue doing things their way. Kinda sad.

    Love the store. Love the fact that im able to try on the products and return if im not satisfy with my purchase. With the pandemic it got hard to be able to try products in store before purchasing. Wish they had more makeup and beauty experts working in case you need help finding your skin tone makeup or just any beauty product but i guess thats why theres a not happy with your purchase you may return which is the best part of the store besides its great beauty brand selection

    Love this store! Smells do good when you walk in, always kept neat and clean everything in place and in order, staff is friendly and helpful, you can feel safe since has a security guard right in the store, you can find anything you need, spacious and spread out. If theres a line to get to cashier, it goes fast!I purchased Clinique items and got a gift too!Oh, and no hassle for returns!

    The store is very clean and organized. Both staff and the security guard will welcome you as soon as you walk in. Everyone is very helpful, whether to help you locate a product or to help you find your shade of foundation. This location is never too crowded and the lines are never too long. They also have great sales!

    Had my hair done by Maria and it is absolutely beautiful!! She was very professional; we discussed my treatment needs, she recommended options and expertly explained the products available. The girls at the cosmetics counters are very helpful and assisted me in finding exactly what I needed. Love visiting this store! by far my favorite.

    I made an appointment for the benefit brow bar and ERICK was absolutely fantastic. Eased me the whole way through my first time getting my eyebrows waxed. The experience with him was overall enjoyable and I’ll definitely be coming back.

    I found everything that I needed and went in for. I love the convenience of not having to go to Macys for these items. I would like to make one comment, however, as long as I have this opportunity. The store was crowded and busy, but only one check out cashier for a very long line. Two people behind me even left. And one lady in front of me had two friends she was apparently with or knew walk through the long line and get in front of her. I thought that was extremely discourteous to those of us who had been patiently waiting. Not the stores fault, but there should have been several Cashiers at the counter. Thank you.

    Third time visiting Ulta Beauty and I can say this was the best yet. My mother and I were browsing and an extremely nice employee, Stacy, came up to us to see if we needed help. We were introduced to Too Faced Cosmetics and even got our skin matched to their products. Got tips and tricks taught to us, along with the propper way to apply said products. We walked out with our arms full and can say it was money well spent! Quality is GREAT 100/100 and Stacys help went above and beyond what we could have asked for. Will visit again!

    I took my daughter to get her makeup done here for prom 2 weeks ago, and I must say that we were really happy with the results. Her makeup artist was Norlyn and he was amazing. I like the fact that upon walking in you are greeted by someone, its nice that they acknowledge you and ask if you need help.

Ive had terrible experiences with another ulta store (the one on 88th- completely terrible.) and this one changed my point of view completely.     If you live nearby its a great ulta. But it has no mac or morphee. It has highend stuff like abh, too faces, tarte, lorac, stila etc. And all the drugstore stuff maybelline, NO elf, la girl, essence, catrice, rimmel, nyx, soapandglory etc.
