My daughter wanted her birthday celebration to be a girls day to ULTA and lunch. I took a group of 25 girls to ULTA on US1 and 117th. Katrina the store manager was BEYOND! I met with her prior to the day of celebration to let her know I would be coming in with a lot of preteens. I shared my desire to have her staff showcase what is proper skin care use for young ladies. The entire staff, Nia, Bianca, Christina, Jayla, and Katrina exceeded all expectations!! They were patient, informative and indicated the right choices of products for the girls. We had a wonderful experience!! They truly are the definition of excellent customer service!

Went to the store to shop with my daughter and came across Xiomara hair stylist love the way she knows so much about the different textures of hair and the products she suggested for my type of hair. She has amazing customer service. Im a store manager and Im always looking for great service and she sure knows how to deliver that. She is definitely a keeper . Great Job Xiomara, keep it up.

Jessica was super sweet and friendly. She was super helpful and took the time to answer any of my makeup questions. She recommended certain brands based on my needs and she really made my shopping experience much more enjoyable. Amazing customer service.

Ariel was the sweetest. He was very friendly even though at first I was rubbed the wrong way from the other employees, due to not being acknowledged while standing at the online pick up counter. It wasn’t a big deal simply because it was only for a few seconds but an “One moment.” would’ve been nice. Other than that I love how I was in and out the store in roughly 3 minutes. Ariel verified my idea just to make sure and I appreciated that. Nothing too complicated so I will definitely be ordering online again.

Update 4/25/24Xiomara is the best hair stylist in Miami hands down!! I have not stopped coming here since my first visit over a month ago. I literally gave BIRTH naturally and my hair was perfectly intact thanks to her. I cut my hair into long layers today and I am extremely happy with my results. I will continue to come and get my services done at this location because of her!I moved recently to the neighborhood and was in desperate need of a good blow dry. I decided to make an appointment here and was extremely happy with my results. My stylist was Xiomara, my hair is curly and sometimes difficult to manage but she was able to get it pin straight without having to use an iron, I was in and out her chair quickly and my hair lasted a lot longer than it usually does before having to wash it. I already have another appointment scheduled to see her again!

Two people helped me here yesterday. One young woman with striking blue eyes suggested the benefit concealer and a nyx pink color corrector to me. I LOVE THE RESULTS! She was very helpful. Then an older woman who seemed to only speak Spanish helped me with the clarins lip oils. I wanted the color plum because that as what she had helped me sample, but she insisted the color was pitaya. When I got home and opened the oil, I realized she was wrong despite me pushing back that the color I wanted was plum. That was disappointing but I am overall happy with my experience.

I had scheduled an appointment for the salon service and it was AMAZING!For starters the appointment was easy to make online, very user friendly.Secondly, my stylist Chelsea was outstanding! I had really long hair with pieces to fix from a previous stylist (not from Ulta). I needed the whole works! She was able to cut my hair exactly how I wanted, provided a treatment for my hair and did an all over color. She took the time to listen to what I wanted a she delivered. I will continue going to Ulta as a regular customer and to get hair services by Chelsea. I highly recommend her.

I walked in here yesterday in a rush I had very limited time and so much to get. It was pouring rain outside and as soon as I walked in Emily greeted us. She was a bit far from the door and still greeted us and asked if we needed anything to let her know. Immediately she helped me with my list. She was incredibly kind and sweet to my daughter and I and so helpful.

Xiomara is amazing. I was super nervous to go to Ulta for a balayage, but now I’m coming here forever. Xiomara is a Dominican hairstylist with over 30 years of experience. She left me speechless. 10/10

I wanted to share with everyone my wonderful experience at this aUlta Pinecrest store and that was thanks to Kenia! I was fortunate to have her being the person assisting at the MAC counter that evening and she proved to be a godsend. She patiently listened to my concerns and what I was looking for and she knew exactly what products I needed to accomplish the look I wanted. She tried several foundation colors and didnt give up on the first ok looking one. Kenia made sure the color was exactly right for me. She showed me some makeup tricks and how to easily recreate the look she had just done on me. And she was so very sweet! I felt like I had known her for years and she just really made me feel very comfortable while I explained the beauty issues I had been dealing with.If I could make her my very own makeup artist I totally would! Thank you Kenia! So happy to have met you and for all your help!

Best Ulta Ive ever been to! Im always hesitant to get my makeup done at a store but Gaby did a gorgeous look on me at MAC, and it lasted all day!! The best part is you pay $60 worth of MAC products and thats the exchange for the makeup! Tivona also did my eyebrows amazing at benefit!! highly recommend this ulta.

I am giving ulta 5 stars. in the past i have felt overwhelmed by all the different brands the store carries. usually it is hit or miss with the staff, but in this visit I had a young lady named Beatrice that was truly an angel. she was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. she offered great advice and different price options. she made me feel like i was the only client in the store. the products she recommended worked just as described. i am so glad i found her, and now i look forward to going back. congratulations ulta in hiring Beatrice . , she has made a huge difference.

I stopped spending money at my local Ulta store and online; for a very long time, following some ill treatment I received while I was a customer. I unwisely gave Ulta another shot. Today, this Pincrest Plaza location is the reason I won’t spend another dime towards the Ulta business, ever again (online or otherwise).When I walked into the store, for some reason, I seemed to immediately have the attention of most staff members who started and even glared upon my entrance of the location.Then, once I got in line, the cashier did not greet or acknowledge me for a rudely long time. Almost as if she was waiting for me to greet her.Besides that, there was enough chemical fragrance sprayed in this location, to kill a cow!I told her I would go wait in my car as I had purchased for curbside pickup. (I left the store since she insisted I put their store mask on under my face shield). Prior to exiting the store, I gave her my name so that she would know which order was mine when whew was ready. I was parked directly in front of the store’s window/ doors. It was 2:38 pm when I did that. As I’m leaving this review, I have waited for an exceptionally long time for the two tiny items I paid for (it is 3:25 pm). I’m still waiting by their clear glass windows for the curbside pick up. The vibe is incredibly unwelcoming from staff and the ignorant cashier. THANK YOU for reminding me that there are better places and more deserving businesses to spend my money.In fact, I will be re-entering the store shortly to obtain a full reimbursement of my paid- for items. Will spend the money somewhere else.

Alta is always a great experience. The the staff are extremely helpful and they carry a wide variety of cosmetic lines. Everything is very organized and its easy to find whatever product youre looking looking for. Their point system is great to earn money off future purchases

I went to this Ulta location for a brow wax and tint. I was greeted right away and introduced to Beatrice. She was very personable, professional, and friendly. She took her time and gave me beautiful brows. Ive already booked my next appointment with her and highly recommend her. I also purchased Benefit Brow Wiz - her recommendation to keep my brows looking great.

I had not visited Ulta since the location nearest to my home was closed. I will definitely go out of my way to visit the Pinecrest location again. ❤

I had such a great experience at this Ulta location in Pinecrest! In particular, their employee named Imran was so knowledgeable and helped me with every question I had... & I had a lot for him that day haha. He was so kind and also carefully selected the perfect shade for my tinted moisturizer. He knows his stuff, girl. Will def recommend this location and Imran to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. I will be back myself :)

The offerings on display here are a definite step up from a large drugstore and Target and Walmart. They have a large selection of hair products, some of which are hard to find, like the original Paul Mitchell detangler; not one of the new iterations, but the original! They also have a mini MAC store and a fairly extensive list of makeup from all the major names, including IT cosmetics and of course, they have an in house salon. I wasnt as impressed with the skin care area, but then my favorite products can only be found online at the Dermstore so Im probably not the right person to review their skincare selection. What impressed me the most was the customer service. I walked in the store and was greeted immediately and when I stopped in front of a display, a team member was right there to see if I needed help. When I wanted to try a shade of the product, she grabbed a clean makeup sponge and proceeded to help me find the right shade. She then stayed with me as I browsed through the store to make sure I found everything I was looking for. At the checkout counter the team member was efficient but friendly and made sure that I knew how the rewards program worked (all they need is your phone number-no long paperwork holding everyone else up). I would definitely recommend this ULTA BEAUTY store!
