Luisa made me feel welcome from the second I walked in her studio. She makes sure you are informed while making sure your brows match your face, as everyone’s is different.She answered all my questions and played music while she worked on my brows so I can be relaxed.She uses lidocaine so it doesnt feel too harsh and she was very gentle with my skin because its very sensitive.We had good conversation and before start working she checked 3 or 4 times after mapping my brows to make sure I would like the shape. She showed me 2 colors before we decided on the perfect match. The shape is not too thick or too thin. It looks natural.I loved my eyebrows when they were done! She is still following up to check if the pigmentation is doing good on my skin.She is really friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
