The best beauty service place I’ve been to all the staff is friendly, super helpful patient and talented. I’ve gone to Kayla for lashes for about 2 years and she’s the best she always makes effort to give her clients what they want. If you’re looking for somewhere relaxing clean and good quality for what you’re paying this is the place!!

I have been going to Kayla to get my lashes done since the end of 2020 and I am here to say she is the best and is the only lash tech I trust with my lashes!!!! She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her clients are comfortable. She is quick and efficient, and always makes sure your lashes are as full as can be! The retention is incredible and I never experience too much fall out..the fact that I go every 3 weeks I think says it all. Kayla is truly an incredible lash tech and an even better person as a whole. 10/10 recommend her to everyone! Youll always leave the salon feeling like a brand new bihh! (picture was taken 2 weeks after my apt! (Lush set))

I have to say, I had a GREAT experience at Beauty Theory ! The customer service was awesome from beginning to end ! I had my lashes done by Alyssa and she handled me with patience and care, she made me comfortable and did an amazing job on my lashes, I also had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows done by Leslie and she made my eyebrows look like a million bucks, I felt like an entire new woman after my experience! I am DEFINITELY continuing service with Beauty Theory !

Lashes, brows, hair, nails, makeup???? All in one??? Please take all my money. I’ve been a client for almost 3 years now and I’ve always left my appointments very satisfied. Beauty Theory Miami makes me feel and look beautiful. The ambiance is so welcoming and calming. It’s literally my therapy session every other week. Let’s not even talk about the staff that run the salon. They’re incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring my visit is comfortable throughout it all. Wouldn’t change this salon for anything!

The owner greets and treats you as if you’re one of her close friends. The salon is well cleaned and maintained! I mean my wife fell in love, that should say a lot!

Beyond blessed to have found them!! I was having an awful day literally holding back tears when I came in, Kayla noticed and immediately made me feel so much better. I came out like a different person, so much happier and confident. The whole team was SO sweet, I ended up getting my eyebrows threaded, laminated and an eye lash lift. I had never gotten anything aside from my eyebrows threaded so I was a bit hesitant but Kayla walked me through everything. Leslie finished off my eye brows beautifully and Alyssa did a gorgeous eye lash lift, I’m in love with the results. Amazing experience 10/10!!

Best experience at a beauty salon EVER. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. I did my lashes and we did a short consultation prior to getting serviced to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and looked best on my eye shape! Ended with a brow wax to complete my eye area and left feeling gorgeous! Will be back! The owner even went out of her way to make sure I was content with the services I received before I left.

I had never received any compliments on my brows before but that all changed after my appointment with her! I am absolutely obsessed with how perfect they look. I rarely ever leave reviews but my experience here was amazing! The place was very clean anf amazing customer service. Leslie did my eyebrows and I’m in love. I didn’t think my eyebrows could look so good! I have naturally thinner brows so I get nervous when I do my eyebrows but Leslie knew exactly what to do. I love my eyebrows and will be returning to Leslie every time I need my eyebrows done. 10/10 experience

The technician was very skilled and took the time to ensure they were just the way I wanted them. I also had an eyebrow tint and wax, which was done with precision and left my brows looking perfectly shaped. As an added bonus, the salon offered a relaxing face mask that helped my dry skin. Kayla is the absolute best lash tech i’ve ever been to. The quality of her work is like no other. The retention of her work is amazing. i have gone about a month and a half before my next appointment and have been perfectly fine. LOVVVVVVEEEEEEEEE Kayla’s lash work. When I tell you there is NOBODY like Kayla BELIEVE IT. I made the HORRIBLE mistake of trying 2 different places over the past I wanna say 5 years and I came back to Kayla with my tail in between my legs. Nobody can do it like her from the custom sets to the retention to the actual appointment experience. The literal best in all of South Florida for a fact!!!!
