    Popped in as a new client today and was so pleasantly surprised. Sherry is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and excellent at her job. The salon was clean and equipped. I also noticed that the volume of the music wasnt cranked up - something that is bothersome in so many spas/salons. Sherry did a superb job colouring my hair and the blow dry / style is excellent. I am super impressed and will be bringing my business to SMS moving forward. Highly recommend!

    What a great experience!!! Kim the stylist is FANTASTIC!!! She matched the color I wanted exactly and beautifully. I will be going back ! Very clean and I felt super safe, everyone following safety guidelines. I will be going back. Great salon, excellent value for the quality of work

    Highly recommend this Salon, Elizabeth has magical hands!!! I got exactly what I wanted which was a non-brassy blonde & she made it happen. She’s very fast and I love the fact that I wasn’t all day at the salon for the hair transformation. Salon is very clean, everyone is so welcoming & nice. Definitely will be trusting Elizabeth for now on with my hair, THANK YOU!

    Great salon and great people. I have been coming here for years now and they never disappoint. Sheri is a very talented stylist and her experience shows in everything she does. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I strongly recommend this salon.

    Absolutely one of the best salon businesses to go to. They are all so sweet! The place is so very welcoming. The staff is absolutely amazing. They make you feel right at home. Definitely would recommend anyone to come here. You would not regret it. They do amazing work! Come by and check them out.

    My visit to this salon was nothing short of a delight! I had the pleasure of meeting Erika (Fluttering Glamour), the sweetest ball of sunshine, who not only worked her magic to help me recover from extensive lash damage caused by a previous salon but also made the entire experience enjoyable. The staff created a warm, family-like atmosphere, and I left with lashes that had me completely obsessed. I cant wait to go back for more of this incredible pampering!

    Peaceful and very friendly environment. The salon has been upgraded very nicely by Kim (Owner). My hair stylist (another Kim) was very patient with me in explaining every step of my haircut, style and highlights. She did a wonderful job at that!! I recommend this Salon very highly, as well as my hair stylist, Kim! This will certainly be my new Go-to for my hair. 🙂

    I will not go anywhere else! Elizabeth Palmer is the BEST! She’s professional, shes so sweet and kind, she’s just simply amazing! My daughter always needs to come with me to my appointments, and Elizabeth even takes time to interact with her. I always LOVE my hair when I get out of Elizabeth’s chair. She goes above and beyond and it looks better than my vision! I always recommend anyone and everyone to go to her.Do not actually take into account the review written below me. If you actually read other reviews, you will see how much everyone loves Elizabeth. Because one lady was late and missed her appointment, that is not Elizabeth’s fault. Keep in mind, Elizabeth is busy with a lot of business for a reason ;)

    Ive never had a bad experience at Steven Micheals Hair Salon! Cassy is back and better than ever! My hair color came out better than I expected. The owner suggested great products that will help the nourishment of my hair and prolong its color base. I LOVE YOU GUYS...THANK YOU CASSY...So happy youre BACK!!

    I just received possibly the best haircut ever! I walked in and Steven consulted with me about what I was looking for in a haircut. He really listened and just got it! So may places have given me what I was not looking for. He, however, really nailed it! If your like me, and think no hairdresser will ever understand what your looking for, you MUST go see Steven. Hes absolutely the most amazing hair stylist! You will leave there so happy and so beautiful!!!

    Amazing! Elizabeth did a great job with my color and cut. She added a few highlights and I love how it all blends. If you are looking for an upscale stylist with not the upscale prices this is the place! Looking forward to seeing more of Elizabeth!

    Been coming here for years... Staff is friendly & welcoming. KC (not sure of her actual spelling- sorry*) cut/dyed my hair & did such an amazing job. Also, Kim gave me one of the best pedicures I have probably ever had (problematic nails)... I moved to GA and planning in taking a trip down in another 3 months just for maintenance.Dont sleep on this place people!!! Pricing is very reasonable as well.

    Was looking for a hair salon closer to home and saw the high reviews for this place. Got my hair cut and balayage color by Elizabeth. She is AMAZING. I have very thick, wavy, frizzy hair so finding a good hair stylist has always been an issue. She totally exceeded my expectations. Extremely friendly!!

    I must say, Kasey DEFINITELY out did herself with my hair today! Amazing color! With an amazing cut to follow!Not to mention the staff is so friendly.A great experience all around! I recommend them to anyone!!!

    This place is so awesome that I travel three hours to get my haircut and blow dried!! The entire staff is very nice. Karina is spectacular with thick curly (ethnic) hair and Kim the owner is a consummate go getter professional!!

    I’ve been going here since i was like 9 years old. (Now 26!) i love this place. Very “family” vibe. Everyone there is amazing and Bill gives his signature head massages when he washes your hair. It’s amazing.
