I have been seeing Diana for several years. Approximately, 6 years, every 2 weeks. NOT once have i ever been disappointed in my lashes!!! The salon is immaculate, she is super, super fastidious about cleanliness, and my lashes are always impeccable. I highly recommend her and of course, numerous friends use her as well. I love my lashes. I could never live without Diana.!!!!! So don’t hesitate Run to Diana and any of her employees!!!!

I’ve been a very satisfied client since 2019. No other lash studio in South Florida can compare. The girls are highly skilled & extremely kind. I drive over 40 miles every 3 weeks just to do my lashes here because they’re simply the best! I have done my lashes with Diana, Leticia, Mili & Vlada and they’re wonderful! They use top quality, FDA approved products and I trust them for any of my lash needs!

Leticia is amazing - she’s such a great technician and provides care and attention to detail which shows in my beautiful set of lashes! They are very natural looking, which is so important to me. This was my first visit to Studio Luxe Lash. I did not know what to expect. Finding good service is very difficult these days. They either do excellent work but have bad customer service or subpar work and great customer service. It’s so challenging finding places you feel happy to patronize. Studio Luxe has my business whenever I am in Miami. My 30 second interaction with the owner/ manager I’m not sure who she was, but the interaction was welcoming and I felt comfortable being there. She probably didn’t think much of it, but it meant something. My lashes look lovelyy! Natalia was my lash tech. Will definitely be back!

Found this salon on google based on great reviews. Located conveniently in a shopping plaza. Visiting from NY and was extremely hesitant in finding a new lash artist as I have an allergy to regular lash glue. This salon offers an expensive lash glue that is hypoallergenic, the same as my lash artist in NY uses. The salon is busy but very accommodating and contacted me once someone had cancelled. Diana was my lash artist. Kind, gentle, time efficient, and gave me great tips to maintain my lashes. My lashes are still looking amazing, 2 weeks later. I purchased a lash shampoo from the salon and have been using it daily; I see less lashes falling out. Highly recommend this salon to everyone, even if you need to travel slightly, it is worth it.

HIGHLY recommend! I have been coming here for over 7.5 years and it’s a drive for me! I live about 50 minutes away and pass probably 100 lash studios. I have been with Diana the entire time and have always left 100% satisfied. The high quality lashes and cleanliness and amazing customer service speaks volume. From the moment of introduction she takes the time to fully evaluate the style you want then contributes insight on what best fits your eye shape. She is gentle and professional. She will not let you leave without consulting with you again to make sure you love every aspect of the look. I love how patient and flexible she is to accommodate and evaluate my concerns. The after care was explained in detail. Their products are on point. I’ve already been back twice and my 3rd session is pre -booked. Hands down a trustworthy salon. Clean equipment. Ive been doing my lashes for months now, my technician is Nadia very pleasant lady, very professional , does the best job with eye lashes I ever seen. I get a lot of compliments on my eye lashes , sometimes people dont even realize they are extensions and that takes professionalism ! I’ve been going to Studio Luxe to get my lashes done for the last couple of years. I went to a few other places before I found them, and hands down, my experience here was the best. I never left! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my lashes! I get so many compliments on my lashes and I’m always referring friends. The ladies here are professional and extremely skilled at what they do. They use the highest quality products and put a lot of effort into making sure that you are satisfied. They do such a great job that my lashes always last longer than expected so my refills are usually quick and mini. You can tell that they take pride in their work and when that happens, the customer always win. Also, the studio is cozy, cute, and glam! Love this place!

Firstly, I have to mention how happy I am for finding this Lash Studio. I completely love them!!! The service is always great and they really truly care and cater to every clients needs going above and beyond to making sure you are happy. I have been coming for almost 7 months and Diana and her team have always ensured to work with my schedule and even have allowed me to come during Thanksgiving! They are extremely professional and are true artist at what they do. I recommend anyone to come in for their lashes you will fall in love! Location is also great and offer a wide variety of services which makes it very convenient.

Tested out the eyelash extensions in December for a wedding. Loved it! My technician was Shaneri and found her to be methodical, friendly and professional. Followed her instructions and eyelashes behaved just as expected.Went to Diana and a repeat of my initial experience. Excellent! The salon is clean, pleasant, relaxing music, comfortable recliners. Techs are interested in knowing what look you are interested in achieving and follow your wishes while offering their expert advice.. Expectations met all around. What more could you want?

They listen to your concerns and provide you with excellent service very clean and knowledgeable on the services they offer. They even follow up with you when you cant get an appointment... They call you if someone cancels just excellent customer service all around. Erin is a beast when it comes to getting your lashes on fleek and I get a good power nap too. I was skeptical, so I called the parlor and asked questions about the most skillful person at the salon. I was intrigued to hear that all of the technicians were skilled, and was assured that I would not leave until I was satisfied. So, I scheduled the appointment and showed up. The first technician, worked effectively and conversed about the service being provided; then I scheduled my second appointment with another tech., only because I was available on the day my original tech. was out. So the tech. remained experienced and was extremely fast, with the results being satisfying as ever.To me good customer service is everything, but having skillful hands helped in creating a great overall experience. Went to Studio Luxe the other day with my mom for eyelash extensions and left extremely satisfied. Not only was the customer service amazing but Shanari and Vintika. My mom and I have very sensitive eyes and we were both extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. Afterwards I decided to get a manicure by Vintika who had done my lashes and she did an amazing job. Definitely going to be a returning customer.

BEST PLACE! I’ve been considering a lash lift for a long time, but I was super nervous it would go wrong or break my wallet. My eyelashes are soooo straight and I’ve always hated that. I finally went for a lash lift, and WOW I am obsessed. It took about an hour and felt weird (no pain or anything), and now that it’s done, my lashes look unreal. I literally feel like I don’t even need mascara anymore (but they’re BOMB when I wear it). I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you, studio luxe!!!
