    I would like to give a special shout out to both Maribel and Viviana E.!Maribel has been my go-to lash expert for about two months now, and she nails it every time. My lashes not only look amazing, but they last longer than when I’ve had them done elsewhere. What I love most is how gentle she is - I always end up taking the most relaxing naps during my appointments!Today, Maribel wasn’t available, so I had Viviana E. do my touch-up, and she was fantastic. She was incredible gentle also and worked super fast without compromising quality! I was so impressed!And let’s not forget the front desk team - they’re always so friendly and welcoming. They greet me by name and are always quick to offer water or anything else I might need.Overall, Lash Lounges has become my favorite spot for lash extensions. I might look into getting other services done by them!

    Very clean, cute, and professional lash spa! They offer additional services too that make it a nice one stop for all things face related. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Prices are fairly reasonable compared to other lash memberships too.

I can be pretty jumpy when people are near my eyes, but she did a great job of making sure I was comfortable and guiding me through the process. I received excellent results!     This place screams luxury.From you enter the receptionist is very friendly and polite, I love the aesthetic, she offered me water and chocolate. It’s very peaceful I fell asleep getting my lashes done my Laura- they were having a special promotion $90 for classic set. I did the classic set level 1. If I routinely did my lashes I would 100% come here and get the membership . It was perfect- they provided blankets, it was quiet and peaceful; calming music, comfortable chairs, spacious 10/10. Without a membership it’s too wayyy expensive $225 for a classic set ! But perfect relaxing LUXURY experience

    I came here to get my first ever set of eyelash extensions and absolutely loved them. I was looking for a subtle and natural look (with a little bit of drama) and absolutely got what I wanted. Viviana was wonderful and made my experience 10 times better. I’m already in love with my lashes and booked my first refill. I also appreciated the cleanliness and professionalism, I have super sensitive eyes and they made sure I was comfortable and I didn’t even come out with any redness. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get lashes done (especially if you’re new to this whole thing, like me). For reference, I got a level 1 hybrid.

    Lounge is the key word here! The commitment to excellence is noted from beginning to end. The host offered me a refreshment right away and the stylist did her part to make me feel comfortable.     Anne was very good. I love how light handed she was when she did my hybrid lash extensions. There was no sting felt nor any discomfort. It took less than 90 mins but it felt faster than that. I was very relaxed the whole time. Ariel and Angie were at the front the desk and they were really friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend this lash lounge for anyone who’s interested in getting theirs.I’ve been getting my lashes done for the last 10 years in Asia so I’m glad I found a good one here in Miami.

    Amazing experience to say the least. Daniel is very welcoming, made sure I was enjoying my time while I waited a few minutes, he gave me a glass of wine and played great music to accommodate me. Ebony is an amazing tech, took the time to explain all the available selections and types of lashes that could be done, overall superstar- I walked out of there loving my lashes and how natural they liked.     I had my eyelash extensions done with Anne a week ago, she is really professional and patient with me. My lashes are quite thin and I don’t have lots of lashes but she did everything she could to make them come out so beautiful!! She made suggestions on the size and style that suited me which I followed her, and my boyfriend loved them, he said they looked so natural and not “fake” lol. And after a week passed, my lashes are still full, I’m not loosing them much, it really surprises me on the technique or how Anne did it, they still look amazing!! I highly recommend Anne, she goes above and beyond and she provides excellent services, she gives honest suggestions, she’s friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll always go back to Anne for the lash extensions!

I have been following her from previous locations and I will do it to anywhere she move. From all technicians I’ve tried in the past, she is the most professional and always know how to fix my mommy messy lashes with no time for a little care, leaving always her place like superstar! The London square location is a brand new place with the most professional and kind staff that makes you feel like a real diva for the hour you are there.
