I am in LOVE with the makeup remover lotion from flawless, and the toner is amazing. I will never use another make up remover again! It is super light and non-oily and leaves my skin feeling hydrated while removing mascara and other makeup. My last package was shipped to me fast! If you’re looking for the most professional, results-driven facial experience, I can’t recommend Stephanie at Flawless enough! When I say she’s a magician, I cannot stress how magical this facial was. I’ve struggled with severe hormonal acne and irritation around my eyes for about 6 months—especially milia caused by heavy eye creams. Stephanie was extremely gentle and precise in helping me have clear skin again. I almost cried when I saw the results, I hadn’t seen my face this clear in months.The extractions were precise, fast, and virtually painless, leaving minimal redness (which is rare for me!). She even managed to remove all the milia that had been bothering me without causing any discomfort. My skin feels lighter, clearer, and calmer than it has in ages. Beyond her incredible technique, her professionalism and knowledge put me at ease throughout the session.If you’ve dealt with stubborn skin concerns like I have, this is the place to go. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and met Adrian back when he was working the front desk. Even then he was so warm and welcoming and his knowledge of the amazing products were and still are top notch! I have watched him grow as not just a wonderful young man but an amazing aesthetician! My boyfriend and I went for a facial yesterday at Flawless By Melissa Fox for the first time (definitely not the last). I told Joanna about my concerns and she did AMAZING! Her care and attention to detail was outstanding. I have gotten facials in the past at other offices leaving red, puffy, and irritated however, I left Flawless yesterday glowing! I have never seen my skin like this before until Joanna worked her magic. Not only was the facial great, but the cleanliness of the office was spectacular. The ladies at the front desk were also very sweet! My boyfriend and I cannot wait to return for our facials next month!

I recently went in for a hydra facial at Melissa Fox and, once again, it was a wonderful experience! Stephanie worked her magic, leaving my skin absolutely radiant. Considering my rosacea, I was concerned about my skin getting aggravated, but Stephanies expertise and gentle approach were exceptional. She used products tailored for sensitive skin and, to my amazement, my skin was left glowing without any redness or irritation. I previously had a facial with Joana, and she was wonderful too. I have enjoyed every service I’ve received here. The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, and the space is modern, clean, and comfortable. You will not be disappointed!

I just finished having an INCREDIBLE facial by Melissa Fox in her stunning treatment room. She did a number of different techniques but two that I had never experienced before were the jet peel & the cryolift.The cryolift provides a chilly sensation that feels invigorating & tingly while providing lymphatic drainage. It also brightens skin, tightens pores, and can reduce the appearance of age spots. I highly recommend 👍🏼The jet peel has zero downtime as most widely used peels do. A jet peel facial is a non-invasive procedure that helps to combat signs of aging, dry skin, and acne. During my treatment, pressurized streams of air penetrated deep into my dermis to deliver cleansers and serums. I was told it also helps stimulate collagen & elastin, while exfoliating & cleaning out the pores. I highly recommend 👍🏼Melissa stays on top of the latest techniques & equipment in her spa. All while providing a great atmosphere & years of experience.

My favorite is Julia; she gives insanely incredible facial massage and you come out glowing! She is also a treasure to talk to - very warm and personal. Highly recommend. Melissa is an amazing esthetician! She is so knowledgeable and skilled. I love her customized approach and results oriented clinical grade facials. I love the dermaplaning, which removes dead skin cells, as well as the microneedling which has done wonders for unevenness left by acne scars.
