    I walked in here trying to just get my nails done after another nail place ruined them and I came out with the best manicure ever ! This place is amazing very attentive staff and technicians. I did my nails with Claudia. This is the first time I ever did my nails with dazzle dry and I won’t be going back to regular polish or gel . It dried in 5 minutes and it has lasted me for more than 2 weeks .

    UPDATED.12/30/24- After my original review, I was contacted by the store immediately to see how they can fix the situation, and I appreciated the quick response. They offered me a complimentary re-do, which I did today (they even took me in with little notice). Instead of dip, I did a regular manicure with dazzle dry polish, which came out really great (pic). I’ve never done dazzle dry so it’ll be interesting to see how long it lasts.The nail techs do a very good job of cleaning your nails, which can be hard to find around here. Again, the service all around was great, and I do plan on returning.12/26/24-Actual service was really good. I got regular dip and the nails looked so go after (pic below) but that was Wednesday Dec. 18th (right before a holiday trip) and 3 days later on the 21st, several nails were peeling and chipped. This was my first time here but got dip plenty of times before and never had chips/peels like this before so not sure if it’s old dip/polish that was used or what but for how much they charge, it was disappointing and frustrating, especially before holidays and a trip

    Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere! They use eco products which is important since gels are so toxic overall.I am extremely happy with my French, thanks to Brenda. She is very friendly, and patient and listens to what you want!

    Great service and always consistent service. Brenda is the best and my nails always looks amazing. Super clean and quiet, a great way to relax. The hot stone foot massage is great and tried the jelly pedicure. Was relaxing and my feet felt moisturized. Russian manicure isAlso very good and Brenda is so patient and kind.

    I have been looking for a organic nail spa and I finally found this place! The front desk greeted me so well helped me choose my color and offered me a drink they have from water to teas to coffee. I did a Russian builder gel manicure and a jelly pedicure everything was worth the price! I will definitely be coming back & I love my results I highly recommend this salon

    Best nail place ! I did a builder gel which I’ve never even tried before coming here and it wits amazing ! My nails look great and they’re not as soft so they’re protected to last longer. I’ve had them on for about a week now nd they’re still in great condition . I even did a pedicure they had called the sumptuous pedicure that left me feeling so relaxed . I can’t wait to go back . Merlis was the best very attentive and great care to my nails .

    I visited Gloss Nail Bar not too long ago, and I was impressed with the overall experience. The salon was clean, the staff was friendly, and the vibe was relaxing. My nail tech took her time to ensure the shape and polish were perfect, and I appreciated how much attention she paid to the little details.     My first experience at GLOSS Nail Bar was an amazing one. The place is very clean and relaxing; as someone who was looking for a place that prioritized non-toxic products, GLOSS met all of those expectations.     Isabela gave me the best pedicure!! So incredibly relaxing, the space is so clean too. Will definitely be coming here for pedicures from now on.The only thing to be aware of is when booking a Dazzle Dry there are limited colors. But they had the color I wanted anyway so it was totally fine!So relaxing, reasonable price, excellent and friendly service!

    I have been a client for many years. I will not go anywhere else. I am faithful to Merlis who does an amazing job. She is always in a great mood and leaves my nails perfect. Super detailed oriented. When my feet need extra help, she gives me options to improve dry heals. I look forward to my appointments.

    I was looking for a place that offered Dazzle Dry and had patient and gentle staff. The reviews recommended Merlis. I booked with her and it was exactly that! She was very gentle in both the pedicure and manicure, worked at a nice pace, and strived to make sure you are happy with your service. I would recommend Merlis if you can book with her.     I have never left a review in my life, but I loved my experience at GLOSS so much that I had to do so here. I’ve been searching for a good nail salon since I moved to Miami six years ago and it took me until now to find GLOSS. Merlis did my manicure and my nails have truly never looked better. I didn’t realize how sub-par every other nail salon around the area is until now. The atmosphere, the spa-like music, and the service here are top notch. Worth every penny!

    I just moved to Miami and got lucky and found Gloss in the neighborhood. Every person from the receptions to the technicians are very friendly, but Melis has been by far my favorite person. She remember me immediately even though Id only been a few times and took the time to carefully do my mani and pedi. Outside of her comforting character, she enjoys her craft and it shows every time she does both my manicure and pedicure. Definitely recommend her and Glosd.

    I am so happy that I found this place. The staff is excellent. They make scheduling appointments easy and pleasant. Gloss Naturals Salon is inviting, relaxing and extremely clean.     This nail salon is a quiet haven in the midst of busy Miracle Mile. The lighting and music subdued. Merli is one of their best , working miracles with my unkept hands . Even the owners are a delight . I always look forward to my visits there .

    I found my place! There are so many nail salons to choose from but after years of searching I found this gem. Merlis did my nails with such care! She made sure to deeply clean and cover the full nail with color (it’s a pet peeve of mine when the corners of my nails don’t have polish). My nails are stunning and she did it in 50 mins.The whole staff was kind and attentive throughout the booking process and with the wine pour too :)The salon is very clean & organized so you know they hold safety in high regard.Be sure to check them out and ask for Merlis.

    I was looking for a salon close to my new house and chose Gloss based on the reviews and it did not disappoint! I made an appointment with Brenda based on her good reviews and the experience was amazing! I never did a dazzle dry service before and she explained the service very well.     Update: the member of the team contacted me and we agreed for a re-do. Thank you for the prompt response.I had my pedicure done earlier today and unfortunately after more than 3.5 hours after the work the nail polish still remained wet and as a result i smudged it all and have to re-do my pedicure at home. The price is more expansive as at my regular place but this has never happened to me there.

    Walked in today to have my gel manicure fixed after the polish came off from another salon I went too. Everyone was so nice and professional. The salon is absolutely beautiful and clean. I would 100% recommend coming here. Isabella did my manicure and she was incredibly nice and my nails look amazing! So helpful last minute for my cruise!

    UPDATE: this place has great customer service. shortly after my review i received a very kind and professional call from the owner and was offered compensation. i was also offered an explanation for why my service went the way it went. i will definitely be giving this place another shot with a different specialistSUMMARY: quality doesnt at all match the pricei got a jelly pedicure for $90, $50 for regular + $40 for the jelly, which is an absurd price but i digress. the jelly pedi was nice but the nail tech went against regulation and cut live skin, this can lead to infections. she also cut the corners of my nails sideways which is the #1 cause of ingrown toenails (this is also something nail techs are not supposed to do), then after she painted my actual toenails she kept having to clean the work and in the end there is still paint alll over my toe nails. overall, this place is overpriced and not worth it

    My first experience having a manicure/pedicure at an Organic nail spa! It was amazing and I loved it. Layda was so friendly and pampered me so well, I almost fell asleep. After walking out of that spa I felt so fresh and new. Surely I have found my mani/pedi home. Five stars for sure!! ♥️

    My mom and I have been coming here for almost a year and we love it! The service here is amazing and the environment is calm. We always do our Dazzle Dry manicure here with Merlis and she is excellent :) she always does a great job with our manicures and is very careful when she is cuticle cutting.     Merlis is my nail tech and she is absolutely amazing! The best Russian Manicure and Russian Pedicure I have ever had! The stone massage and Eco-Fin treatment during my pedicure was so relaxing!     Ive been going to Gloss for a couple years now. Merlis is usually my nail tech. She has really been exceptional. I generally do not like to get manicures, but I recently slammed a drawer on my hand and got a blood blister under a nail. So when I went to get a manicure to hide it, Merlis was super helpful by suggesting better nail polish for me to use. I always get a pedicure. She gives great massage. And, it always looks fantastic.

I’ve been coming here for over a year, and each time, I can tell the salon maintains excellent cleanliness standards (this is HUGE for me).     I absolutely recommend Brenda for manicures and pedicures. Her attention to detail is so hard to find. Brenda provides personalized service and cares about your nail’s health. Her Dazzle Dry polish has protected my nail health after using gel for a while, is nontoxic and takes only 5 minutes to dry. My nails last three weeks with Dazzle Dry and Brenda’s technique. Plus, great color choices. A game changer. She also gives tips to maintaining nail health. The salon is clean and centrally located too. Highly recommend Brenda!

    I visit this nail salon once a month for a mens pedicure, callus removal, and foot mask with Merlis, and every single time I have an exceptionally amazing experience. Brenda is very detail oriented and has great knowledge of foot care combined with aesthetics using the Russian technique, plus beautiful Dazzle Dry colors that are wonderful, the polish dries in just 5 minutesLikewise, with Gel manicures they last up to 3 weeks, she is very punctual in understanding what I want to do with my nails, I love that she speaks English so we can communicate accurately.     I got a russian manicure from Wnerci. My nails turned out free of cuticles and Wnerci was very delicate and intricate with every single nail. The russian manicure with gel took around 90 min and was $115, but I do think it will last a while!

    Everytime I go here I have a great experience. The staff is professional and very attentive. Today I got a Mani/pedi with French tips by Shirley. She was very detailed and did a great job. She also offered great conversation as we talked about school and life. I received the Sumptuous Pedicure and it is the best pedicure I have ever received in Miami. The massage and oils that comes with it were outstanding as Brenda me feel so relaxed after a long few days of traveling. I will be returning to Brenda for sure

    Great place for a manicure! Very clean, sanitized instruments, and super friendly staff (Courtney at the desk and Brenda the esthetician). They offer a variety of different manicure options and I was pleased that they accommodated my request for a dry manicure and using builder gel. Would highly recommend!

    I have been coming to do my nails every week with Maria at Gloss for several years now and the reason is simple, she does a fantastic job! She keeps my nails looking fabulous. I not only love coming to Gloss for the great service I receive but for the people. Maria and all the technicians are such a pleasure to spend time with. They make the couple hours a week I spend here really enjoyable and in the end I get to leave with great nails. :)

    I have been coming to to this place for almost a year (I started when they were at their old location). This place is AMAZING! Every time I have come here it is 6 star service. I enjoy the place so much, I bought a monthly membership, and bring my mother every other Sunday.Merlis has done my nails for the entire time. I am loyal to her because she strives for perfection. I am very particular and have always been MORE THAN HAPPY. I cannot say enough great things about her as a technician and as company during my services.My mom is a client of Annie. Annie is so kind to my mom it is heart warming. Furthermore, she is always making my mom look her very best. My mom is rough on her hands and gives Annie some extra work every two weeks. Annie is a star with my moms nail repair.We love this place and our nail technicians. If you get your nails done anywhere come to this place and to Merlis and Annie. You will become a regular just like us.

    I visited Gloss while on vacation in Miami a month ago. The service was wonderful and I really enjoyed the calm, muted atmosphere; very different from the bright florescent lighting at every other salon I’ve ever been to. I had the essential pedicure and the polish is still flawless and my heels still soft a month later. If I’m ever back in Miami I will definitely come back.

    Came here to treat myself with a gel mani&pedi for my birthday as a walk-in a couple weeks ago! When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Roxy who had such a positive attitude and great energy. She got me set up right away with a drink as I sat down for my pedicure first. Both techs (Mili & Annie) were amazing! They both took their time to make sure everything was done right. My nails were especially short so I could tell the tech was struggling a bit but it did not stop her from making sure they were perfect! I’m not one to get my nails done often because I feel like they never last especially for the price you pay, but I will definitely be back!

    I was visiting the area and happened upon this gem of a place. The salon is clean, has a welcoming staff and provides excellent services. I got the sumptuous pedicure with Zoe and couldn’t have been happier. I highly recommend Gloss for anytime you’re in Coral Gables.

    My nail tech was Anna and she was amazing. Not only was it my first visit to the salon it was my first visit since things have started to reopen due to Covid. They checked my temperature and had me wash my hands upon arrival. Everyone had a mask on at all times. I appreciate the precautions.Anna did a great job and never made me feel rushed. She always very patient with me when I decided to change colors. I would highly recommend this salon and Anna. I know it’s pricey but I felt the level of service I received made it worth while.

    I got a mani/pedi here today. Staff is courteous and prompt. Ani is excellent. Ani spent a good amount if time on my hands and feet. She gave great tips (in Spanish) on maintenance, and she even trimmed away areas on the toenails that were damaged previously. She advised that I avoid having the nailed trimmed with the motorized tools, as that is what had damaged the nails. Good tip for next time. Careful, meticulous, relaxing mani/pedi. I am more of a basic gal regarding nails, but they offer many levels of nail care/cosmetics if you want that. I highly recommend this place!

    First time coming to this salon, they are organic so you won’t smell a lot of chemicals which is nice. Zoe did my pedicure and manicure. I am very happy with them. She is very sweet and attentive. I will be going back to her. There were some issues with an appointment but the staff were courteous and worked towards solving the issue.

    This is place is very clean, the technicians are very good and the nail polish is non-toxic. Ive been here on occasion over a year or so. Ive never asked for any specific manicurist and Ive always had an exceptional experience. The products are non-toxic and my manicures last an entire week without chipping. I recently took my daughters in with me for a mani/pedi and the experience was so great that I will definitely be going there on a regular basis.

    Once I moved to South Florida over 3 years ago, I stopped getting regular manicures & pedicures- I just couldnt find a place I liked. That is until I found GLOSS.Though Ive been regularly seeing Tanya for the past 8 months, I have never had a less than stellar experience with any of the other girls. From the complimentary beverages (tea/coffee/water or wine) to the essential oils used in the hand and foot massages- you are well taken care of. They offer a new Bio Seaweed Gel which has provided me with gorgeous chip-free nails for up to 3 weeks at a time, with no damage.Most importantly (to me) is that GLOSS is beyond clean- no jet tubs, no gross box of reused nail tools- everything is sterilized via an autoclave or disposed of after each guest.My only complaint is that GLOSS is so far from my house in Broward- but totally worth the trip!

    I just spent an hour sitting on a comfy couch getting an all-natural mani/pedi with citrus oils while sipping on mint infused water. The manicurists really take their time and pay very close attention to every detail in the process from the warm sugar scrub to the massage. The salon itself is very clean and spa-like with an earthy decor. This will definitely be the best smelling nail salon you ever walk into, the room is filled with the scent of lavender and eucalyptus.
