I’m so impressed with the amazing service, the high-quality products, and how long my nails lasted! Ely truly knows what she’s doing, and it shows in the craftsmanship and attention to detail, especially around my cuticles. Unfortunately, a previous visit to a chop shop had ruined my nails, but Ely was able to not only educate me but also show me how to care for my nails to promote strength and longevity. I was in Miami for a short time due to surgery, and her expertise was exactly what I needed. If you look at the pictures, the growth and retention of the product are truly one of a kind. Thank you, Ely, and the Hae Nail team, for everything you do!

Absolutely amazing nail artist. EVERY SINGLE TIME she blows me away. I love talking to her and she’s just so personable, kind and incredible. She’s one of a kind. THANK YOU ELY for always making my nails gorgeous. Also. I love ordering products online. Customer service is top tier and the products are the BEST!

Before I moved away from Miami, I used to come to her nail salon and it was incredible. Ely is so talented and skilled in her craft. The best nail tech I have ever found by miles. When I left I was so devastated, but I decided to just start ordering supplies from her nail shop so I can do my own nails until I can come back to her. Ely has consistently gone above and beyond to help me keep my nails healthy and given me excellent pointers every time I message her company asking how to use a product. Lastly, as someone living literally across the country from Hae Nails, I can confidently say that shipping has always been lighting fast- I only mention this because I have been spoiled by Amazon and companies that ship fast are elite to me. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

You will not regret your appointment, just be prepared to be obsessed with your nails like never before! Ely & Andy are the absolute best. The level of detail and attention that they give to your nails is honestly insane 😍 I refuse to have my nails done by anyone else because I just dont trust anyone to keep them as healthy and as strong as Ely has made them.

Ok, Haenails has been one of my top 3 favorite places to shop online for nail supplies and products for the past few years! They sell an amazing collection of carefully curated Korean gels, nail art & other supplies on another level! They have all the best including Izemi, ICEGEL & Jin.B. Not to mention they offer points to get discounts and are super helpful (& quick to respond) if you ever have any questions!

I have been buying since 2020. Each time I have a question or I give an photo of the color I want haenails quickly respond to my question with ease. Very fast shipping and the products are French kiss so much I threw away my dnd base and topcoat. Haenails hooked me up with izemi ans I have never looked back. I tried most of their products when it comes to color, brushes, base and top coat and it is top tier compared to other brands. Korean products are a game changer.

Been a nail tech myself for so many years I admire her work and her products are chef kiss shipping is always super fast , after I switched to izemi and have never looked back .
