Got a same day appointment for a spray tan and teeth whitening. Charlene was so warm on the phone and excited to welcome me in. The location was clean and tidy and Charlene was so welcoming. Talked me through step by step and made sure I was always comfortable. You can tell she really cares about her work and taking care of people. Highly recommend for either of these services and you can’t beat the value. Thanks Charlene!

This is my go to beauty spa. I fell in love the first time I visited. The owner is so sweet and helpful she explains everything and puts you at ease before any treatment the staff is also A1. Even before coming in the first time, I called and had 101 questions and Charlene was very patient and explained everything very thoroughly to me through the phone.All the ladies Ive had the pleasure of getting services done with there make the experience very enjoyable and comfortable 💕 do not hesitate or think twice book your appointment!After posting my review the investigator in me (lol) read through some of the reviews that were already on here and I could not disagree more with a negative reviews!! There is clearly some personal agenda behind them because the negative reviews could not be further from the truth!! This place is amazing and so is the service they provide 👍🏻👍🏻

Wow I never really leave reviews but it’s so refreshing to get such amazing service I had to leave one . Called same day to get an emergency spray tan . Was scheduled right away , Daliana made me feel so comfortable and even changed my foot stickers in the middle of the tan because they weren’t gliding as easy and she didn’t want me to get dirty . She went into detail to describe both options and what she thinks I should do with my skin color . She went into every crevice and took her time but was also in and out within 20 minutes . My spray tan is developing so nice! You guys have a new reoccurring customer . Thank you Daliana !

I came in today for Fibroblasts, PRP hair and facial plus Lemon Bottle skin tightening and Fat Burner. Charlene’s bedside manner was so professional and helpful throughout the process. Her assistant was so sweet and professional as well. The facility was clean and even had goddies in the bathroom. The store had lots of cute shoes and clothes too! I will be back !! My nails were pretty owner is the only nail tech so it’s intimate which is nice when the owner is speaking to you otherwise is was a little off was hard to talk to my friend who also had her nails done because it was one at a time and we were kind of kept apart (ex waiting area though there were available seats next to my friend)

Charlene did an amazing job on my lashes! She is super sweet and makes you feel comfortable. She was also very gentle which is a big deal when it comes to getting lashes. I am soo happy with my lashes and will definitely be going back. She also has one of the best prices around. I can recommend her for her talent and also her super sweet personality. Ive been to quite a few spas all over FL, IL , MA, GA , NC, some that I won’t be revisiting but this one is by far one of the best. This will definitely be my go to Spa for FL. A wide range of beauty treatments, post operative garments and boutique clothing is offered. It’s a one stop Spa and Boutique, especially since the prices for services and products were all very reasonable. I purchased a great quality Arm Faja and 2 different services performed on multiple areas. The establishment was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I was so relaxed. The customer service was amazing. Charleen, the nurse and a young lady that was being trained were all kind & informative . I had a terrific experience so I will be back periodically for more services.

Upon reading the previous review I was a bit hesitant to visit this spa but then I noticed the previous reviews were five stars so I decided to test my luck and go anyways. I was immediately welcomed by the front desk staff I was asked for my name phone number and service desired and offered a beverage to drink. I decided to get a jelly pedicure which by the way was very soothing and relaxing and then got a manicure by their friendly nail tech nana I must say I notice everything was clean and sterilized. I was later checked out by the owner and given a loyalty card and a nice gift for being a first-time client. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

I had the mink lashes done. I loved my lashes. I got a lot of compliments. But the only problem I had was I received a flyer at a red light thats why I decided to finally do the mink lashes for the first time. On the flyer The Mink lashes for $65 when I called and made the appointment I was told $85 after my lashes were done I end up a $95 plus tax in the end it was $100 and some change and I gave her a $10 tip because I loved the work. So I was a little upset for the big price difference which was the originally reason I decided to do them in the 1st place. I like to be on point when it comes to services that why I always ask ahead of time. I dont like price surprises!!!!

I was following Charlene Spa on social media for a year while living in Turks and Caicos I always said I wanted to visit and experience what they have to offer I move to Miami nearly 10 months ago and I always put it off saying to myself next week next week next week however this week I made the time booked an appointment for 2 hours got a manicure ,pedicure a massage and a facial all coming to under $160 with the best service in town . Personally I love supporting small businesses and I have to say that this small business though tucked away in the corner on 20th Street and Allapattah is well worth the visit and the money spent . It is a hidden GEM. Charlene herself took care of me and everything I needed. aftter visiting multiple places that we were closer to my house it was well worth the 30 minute Drive. I was welcomed with a warm smile Ans Pleasant atmosphere .To Charlene her Magic Hands and friendly staff keep doing what you doing .

Such a lovely spa! 🧖🏾‍♀️ I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome as soon as I arrived. Charlene was absolutely amazing—so kind and sweet! I got a full Brazilian and underarm waxing, and she did an incredible job. She was quick, thorough, and made the experience so comfortable. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
