Made an appointment, google maps took me straight to the shop, which is in a small corner shopping center. Her shop is very clean, and sanitize properly. She’s very professional on time and does a terrific job. She was very nice and high attention to detail.Highly recommend. It sounds to me like some of the other reviews might have their own issues that they are putting on this business because I had a great experience. The neighborhood is lower income and for someone to comment that its in the ghetto is insulting. If they want an upscale. middle of Brickell city center spot, they should go there. This place was cute and the technician was great!

Despite all the bad reviews, I actually had a pleasant experience! The lady who did my nails was very patient and detail-oriented. I stubbed my toe and ruined the paint on one toe and she was quick to fix it, without making it an issue. The end result was great!

Awesome find! The nail tech did a beautiful job on my gel manicure and regular pedicure. She was friendly and down to earth. They have unbeatable prices as well as massage chairs for the pedicures! I would totally recommend this place.

I must say all these bad reviews are lies being told. I went to this establishment twice and never have any complaints. The owner did my nails diligently and professionally. I recommend anyone to come and do their manicure and pedicure.

NATALIA PROFAIEVA this is for you nines nails is not racist we like all people shapes sizes colors genders etc.. you are mad because you try to get a free service you tried to take advantage of the system yes I did your nails and I dont see anything wrong with them you call me after 6 7 days complaining about your nails if there was something wrong with them you should have said something immediately not wait six or seven days to call someone when you called my phone you had an attitude because I told you you had to pay a $10 soak off fee you did not like that so you started yelling at me so I hang my phone up on you because I was dealing with another client at the time. You came to nines nails banging on the glass door you was about to break the glass door when I open the door you started asking me personal questions that a client should not ask a owner you came and frustrated because you assumed that I block your cell phone number so we got into an argument so I proceeded to ask you to leave I refuse your service I have the right to refuse your service I also asked you to take it up with Groupons you refuse to do that so I called the police on you so that they can come and escort you out you refuse to leave Nines nails. So if you want to come on Google and write a review and tell a story please tell the right story not the wrong one the right one no shape or form that Im racist I love all people by the way my mother is Indian and my fathers whites I love all people I just dont like people like you who try to take advantage of the system trying to get a free service that has been already been redeemed 7 6 days ago. Thank you for your business I hope you have a wonderful life and I hope you do not come back to Nines Nails anymore because the police said if you ever come back there again you will be going to jail for trespassing thank you very much and have a great wonderful day.

Pretty nice shop under beatable prices and she took her time on my nail made sure everything to my liking. Very cheerful person made me feel welcome.
