The location is also super clean and they have a great variety of colors too! I highly recommend it.

I love Platinum Glam because of the amazing job Andrea does. The first time I went she measured each nail to make sure they were all the same length. She pays such close attention to detail, clearly takes pride in providing excellent service, always goes the extra mile, and is on top of the latest nail trends. This is only the best salon in Kendall. They were very welcoming & professional! I really love how my nails came out so beautiful. Also they made sure to handle my nails with care, there was NO pain during & after finishing my nails. My only thing is I wish they can work a little faster because I was there for an hour & 35 minutes & they are very expensive but I love everything. They also do eyebrows very nice here!

I love coming to Platinum Glam. They always do an outstanding job with my acrylic overlay with gel manicure and my gel pedicure.. The ladies are perfectionist and are masters of their crafts. My nails always last for 3-4 weeks with no cracks or breaks. . That may not seem like a big deal but its a big deal to your nails. They take very good care of you at Platinum Glam.

Second time going to Platinum Glam and I just love it! The treatment is incredible from the moment you arrive at the place until you leave. They are very aware of your comfort, they solve any detail quickly and they constantly offer you water, coffee, even mimosas and they also have many colors that you can choose from and options. Its super cute and the vibe makes you feel at home. I did an acrylic refill with Claudia and I found it super professional and detailed. 10/10 this place

I have been coming to this place for a year and a half and I love it. I tried a few before ending up here which did not add up to my expectations but this place is amazing. I have done my nails with Ylen, Rosita, Yubri, Lily and Andrea and they are all dedicated professionals. They all work wonders on my nails, very meticulous and detailed to perfection. I have also done my eyebrows and eyelashes with Steph which is also fantastic. I wouldn’t change this place for nothing! Not to mention some of the ladies that take care of everything else. Norma, Elena and Erika which are the sweetest and most welcoming humans. I love them all and have no complaints whatsoever.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. yllen was very helpful in guiding me to choose the style of manicure I wanted. Her pedicure was so relaxing and was perfect! Then, Andrea did my sculpted acrylic nails and she was so detailed and friendly. She was also very informative which helped me learn about the benefits. Girl literally left after starting my pedicure, they speak zero English and no one translated to me what was going on. Kendall location is mostly Spanish but beyond hospitable and nice. I am extremely pleased with the services provided at Platinum Glam. I went in to wax some areas on my face as I also took my mother and daughter as a valentines surprise gift to them . We were greeted with the choice of coffee or hot tea along with Milano cookies. Never had we experienced such professionalism and quality of service from a salon . My daughter was treated like the princess that she is and smiled throughout her entire session . As towards my mother, her nails don’t last her more than a week . It has now been three weeks and her nails look like they were just done . Definitely the new spot for my girls ! 5 stars doesn’t do justice for the phenomenal job they did . I highly recommend them to anyone that enjoys superior treatments and an upscale service. Thank you for putting a smile on the girls that mean the world to me !!! It’s very difficult to find a salon that does it all in a prestige way .

This is the only salon I trust to do my pedicures it’s very clean! They offer you drinks and snacks when you come into the salon! It’s just a whole different experience and it’s such a great way to pamper yourself! I 100% recommend this salon it’s amazing and everyone should come her to do their nails!!!

I have been going to Platinum Glam for a few months and I am more than satisfied with their service. I do my mani and pedi with Ary. She is amazing, since I’ve been doing my nails with her my nails have grown and are much stronger. The way she removes the gel from my nails she does it so that my nails don’t suffer and i think that has made a big difference. I can honestly say she is the best and I religiously go with her bi-weekly. My mom is also her client and she as well is very happy with Ary. Before going with Ary she used to do regular mani and after seeing how amazing Ary is dealing with the removal of gel mani, she started doing gel as well. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Norma, their front desk girl is the sweetest, kind, and will try to accommodate you always.

The salon is always spotless and from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted and treated like royalty. Gigi is always a pleasure to speak to, detailed with her scheduling (which is a huge plus) and always willing to help in anyway possible. The nail techs are all experts, providing top quality work and for someone like myself that never knows what she wants they always suggest the best colors, designs and looks. In the 15+ years I’ve been doing going to salons I’ve never had an establishment where I can schedule with any tech and not worry, because I know at Platnium Glam I will always be taken care of. They are a very new business with wonderful owners who are present often, involved and always a pleasure to speak with. Mark my words before you know it there will be Platnium Glams all over Miami!
