    I went for my first time without an appointment booked and called before closing to see if there was any availability. The location kindly accommodate me last minute and fit me in before closing. When I asked for a specific nail design they were happily willing to do it. I was super happy with the results and my nails have lasted over 3 weeks!

    This is my favorite nail salon I have standing appointments with them always professional. Pedicures, manicures always looks perfect and the salon is nice and clean.

    Upscale nail salon next door to Starbucks. Long is my favorite nail tech, he works quickly AND with a top quality service. I get gel polish manicures and my natural nails are very short. He takes good care of them. Highly recommend.

    I’m not a girl that does her nails consistently, on occasions only really…BUT once I found Mel (mel.styleznailz) I have been back consistently to change my nails! I never thought it was possible but once you find a nail tech you love, it’s always easy to come back! You can tell she cares about her craft, very specific in her deigns, never rushes and does an amazing job every time! Thanks Mel!

    Really great service and professionalism from staff and also super friendly. I was a drop in for a gel manicure and was seen to instantly. The team was really great. I highly recommend them!

    I was very pleasantly impressed with this place, found it on Google and gave my nail artist a very specific design request, and whoa, she nailed it 🤩. I think her name was Sarah, she’s the best!

    I’m new to the neighborhood and have been in search of my new salon. I almost didn’t come here because of the low rating and bad reviews… but I decided to give it a chance because it’s close to my house. I’m so glad I did! The salon is really beautiful and given how busy it was, I was a bit relieved that the reviews were a fluke. I was greeted kindly when I arrived and was helped right away. I made an appt with Mery and she did an amazing job. I’m so picky with my gel manis (I like the polish to be very thin and to go all the way to my cuticles). I didn’t have to tell or ask for that and that’s exactly what she did. The salon itself is clean and very pretty! I’m so excited to have found my new go-to!

    Yoly is the best nail tech!! She is so careful and always make sure I am happy with my nails! I’ve recommended her to my friends and family and they have had great experiences with her too!

    GREAT Experience! Newly opened and the place is nice and clean. I love that I actually feel relaxed when I go in and feel amazing coming out. My nails and pedicure were done great. My appointment (which even though I arrived 20 minutes earlier) started as soon as I walked in. Plus, there is a Starbucks drive thru right next door.

    Excellent customer service! Very clean and professional friendly staff. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place, its beautiful all white and grey tile work and the chandeliers are beautiful as well. They all incredibly talented at what they do, but theyre the nicest, most accommodating staff Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with at any nail salon Ive ever been, thats why i only choose to come here. The prices are reasonable, and they use good products, no complaints. Theyre just overall great people who do great nails in a beautiful clean nail shop!

    Dayana Ferrer! Polishd nail lounge would gladly refund the difference if we double charge you. But you came in last month paying cash for your services and have no receipt or any proof to back up your case. We also investigate on our end, theres no indication that we double charge you. We are a small business and tried our best to satisfy our clients but we also have to tried our best to prevent any fraud and scam. Again, sorry for any miscommunication.Polishd Nail Lounge

    Magnificent service and attention given to my wife and me. We went for a couples manicure and pedicure. We added the message to our service, well worth it. And nails look great, too.

    Yessica did my pedicure/manicure with gel polish, and when I tell you she did an outstanding massage on my feet, ankles, calves and hands. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and her hands were strong and precise. I have been going here with my daughter for about 5 months now and the quality of service is 5 star. Clean presentation, Long and the staff are professional and kind...I will recommend to anyone who compliments my nails. We love this place.

    Maria the nail tech is amazing - she exceeds perfection and makes your nails elegant and nothing short of perfection. She is super creative and knows what look/design/shape will work best forYour nails.     This place was AMAZING! It was my first time going today and my experience couldn’t have been better. The place is really nice on the inside and very clean. The staff is super friendly and I got the best acrylics dip I’ve ever gotten. This is now my go to nail salon after going to the same place for years. :))

    The best nail shop I’ve been to in Miami thus far. Gale did my nails and she did a great job!!! I told her exactly how I wanted my nails because I am very picky and she did my nails exactly the way I wanted. She took the acrylic all the way back to the cuticle like a remarkable nail tech should. I loveee when my nails are done CORRECTLY and professionally and not sloppy and rushed looking as if I would need a fill in a week later 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    If you are in Miami this is the only nail salon you should go to. Their is typically said to be a 30 minute wait but you really on wait for 10mins which is a plus, then the front desk receptionist is so sweet and friendly, all the staff are professional, it’s clean, no ghetto or ratchet clients and they are gentle while also aggressive with getting rid of dead skin on the feet. My go to nail tech is Maria her work is Amazon and fast you can tell she loves what she does and it not just a job to pay the bills

    Best experience! I had my kids with me (who were very well behaved) and they were so sweet with them and after my daughter stepped on my fresh toes my tech gladly fixed them. Prices are extremely reasonable and its right next to starbucks. Found my new nail spot.

    Love going there, Melissa is amazing! The place is very clean, they take your temperature when you enter, and no one sits beside you while you are getting your pedicure. Make an appointment so you dont have to wait.

    @shanylinails (her IG name) definitely saved the day! I gave the shop 4 stars because I felt like after the non-english speaking tech did a 1/2 job on my feet & I had to ask for my calluses to be removed. (Which I thought was a given). They paired me with a black (Cuban after hosting conversation) tech and coming from a commonwealth state it just put my mind in a bad space. Although, Shany gets a 10 star rating the shop shouldnt have placed me with a black person because Im black (Panamanian to be specific)And I wanted Gale because of reviews but I guess she was busy.I will follow Shany anywhere she goes... great work and personality!
