I am very picky about my nails so after quarantine ended, and I was able to get my nails done again, I started by letting them do a gel pedicure. They did such a good job I came back to get dip powder on my hands and it turned out beautiful. I am, again, very particular about shape and they did an excellent job. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is nice, and they always have a good movie on. They get busy so book in advance or come first thing in the morning then you can grab your Starbucks next door after!

The best nail salon I have been too! Alex is the best and never fails to make sure that I leave happy and completely satisfied. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and no regrets! I even bring my man along with me from time to time. All the staff is super nice and friendly. Plus they play the best movies while you get your nails done. If your thinking about coming, don’t think just do!

Wonderful customer service. Alex was incredible, and Yonda was so sweet. Very quick and easy full set, took about an hour and a half total. Prices were also very reasonable, I paid $70 for a full gel set with a french manicure. Definitely give it a shot!

I went here totally on a last minute whim. I was visiting and needed a mani pedi before I left.They got me in same day, did my nails at the same time which made me feel spoiled! Loved that because I have a tough time sitting still so to get both at the same time was a dream. Shape and length was exactly what I asked for. I got a dip manicure SEVEN weeks ago and my first one just lifted and fell off. Before that, no lifting, no breaking. I haven’t had a mani so good in YEARS. I will make this my spot next time I am in town!!

A friendly family owned and operated nail salon, of which I’ve been a customer for almost a decade! They consistently provide exceptional service and high attention to cleanliness and detail! I would recommend calling ahead of time to schedule appointments, although they will do their best to accommodate walk ins. Lots of parking spaces!

Ive here twice, the first time it was by chance I just pulled into the plaza and was thankful that there was nail salon. It was late and I was so scared they were going to turn me away but they didnt! It was my second time doing dip gel and I was so happy with the way they came out and how long they lasted without it chipping or breaking. I dont live near this salon but after a few horrible experiences at other nail salons where I live in Downtown Miami, I will gladly make the drive! I cannot remember the guy that did my nails name but he was quiet, which I dont mind because I like to listen to books on my phone, but he did an amazing job. Im so happy been getting loads of compliments on my nails.

The staff was also very kind and gave exceptional service. I would say they’re a thousand times better than the nail salons in New York even. The stations are clean, the staff is friendly and there are plenty of polish colors to choose from. Ive visited several nail salons in the area throughout the last few years and this one is definitely a hidden gem. My gel polish lasts two weeks (or more) without chipping or lifting.Although they are super flexible with scheduling, I suggest making an appointment because they get busy and sometimes cannot take walk-ins!

I am a loyal customer. I have been going to this place for a while now. I recently got my nails done for my wedding and didnt ask for anyone particularly. I had this new young lady do my nails. She did a horrible job! But thank God Alex came to the rescue. I told him I did not not like it. He did them over and I was a lot better. Alex is the goat 🐐 guys! He is really good. I will not have any new person touch my nails anymore. Im sticking to the people that I know.

I came based off seeing someone elses nails and after asking where she got them done she told me here. That doesnt always work out, however, Im glad it did this time. I got a pedicure as well and Helen was fabulous!! Took her time and was extremely detailed with her craft. I appreciate you guys - thanks for making my day brighter.

I love this place. It feels like I’m at home or a friends house. As soon as I come in they all greet me by my name. I love that. I like to feel like we’re friends. Since I’m there every other week, knowing my name should be basic customer service, it isn’t in most salons. They go above and beyond to make sure that you like your nails before leaving. They give you ideas and help you make the hardest decision (your nail color for the next two weeks lol). I couldn’t be happier with them. I love them. I recommend them to everyone. I’ve done my nails with Amy, Alex and another girl and they are ALL great.

I went to get my nails done for my baby shower on Sunday June 30th. I was late to my appointment and they still manage to get my nail done on time because the manager was so courteous. I mess up my nail and called them and they told me to come in at no charge. When I went back he gives me a completely new set. I definitely will come back! They have overall the best customer service and hospitality. They treat you like family.

I’ve been coming to the nail room for the past 3 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They’re professional, have amazing customer service, and super clean. To the young lady who had an issue with the manager, I was in the salon during this so called “unpleasant” event.She tried to walk out of the store after being serviced WITHOUT PAYING. I don’t know what nail salon she has ever gone to where they remove gal nail polish FOR FREE. Then she proceeded to tell the manger she’s been coming for a year and that service should be free for her.If she was such a loyal customer she WOULD know what the prices are!

Came on my birthday as a walk in to get a mani pedi, it was pleasant and my nails didn’t chip for days! Only slight issue was my cuticle cleaning on my feet cause me to have a cut by my big toe, otherwise all was well. Will surely be returning!

I was helped by Alex. He did my nails quickly and well. The place is clean, organized, and they follow appropriate rules for Covid. The prices, I feel, are excellent. Waiting time was almost none. Parking can be a little difficult because there are many shops in that plaza, but not impossible, certainly nothing that will stop me from going back.
