    This place is incredible. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and they never disappoint. I trusted this salon with my nails for everyday wear along with my wedding and honeymoon this year. With October coming up, I just went for some spooky nails and had to leave this review. This was my first time getting a design and wow! Miley provided the service and I cannot believe how they came out! I showed her a picture from Pinterest and she made magic happen. Although they are pretty expensive, you get what you pay for and the nails last! I go once a month and with the exception of nail growth, my nails stay looking great the whole time. The employees are kind and professional. The store also shows you the total price before you receive the service so there are no surprises at the end.

    I always do my nails with Wendy. She is super professional and nice and her technique is amazing. Shes so precise applying the nail polish, she doesnt need to clean the sides and my hands and feet are perfect, never seen something like that. I like the location near my house.Ive been going to do my nails for a while with Wendy, and hopefully I can still leave happy when my nails are done. Let me just say Im really happy with Wendy.....and the guy who seems to be the owner, he too looks genuinely nice.Merry Christmas 🎄I got my nails done for this Christmas 2024. Unfortunately they started peeling in the corners. I called the spa and they graciously change my nail polish, no charge once the owner determined what the problem was.I was very thankful and really pleased because she was extremely nice and accommodating.Wendy as usual is the best in my opinion but they are all good! The place as always, very clean and with the peaceful sea life videos. Reason why I had recommended this place to many people including a visitor from out of state last Christmas.

    I got my nails done with Phillip. He was recommended by the owners because I told the owners I was picky. Phillip did not disappoint. He was amazing, took his time, made sure I was happy with my nails. He was very delicate and cautious with treating my nails very gentle and fragile. Left my nails looking beautiful. I highly recommend Phillip.

    Time and time again they never fail to disappoint! The team at this location is very sweet and super helpful. I feel at home when I come to get my nails done. I always go with Kim for my nails, and she has been the one to basically nurse my nails back to health and break me out of my comfort zone with colors! Thank you to the amazing staff here for always being so welcoming. 🫶🏻

    This place is a gem! When we first walked in we were instantly greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk with a smile. We informed her that we wanted pedicures and she proceeded to show us a brochure of different pedicures and their prices. We chose the classic 35$ pedicure. We were offered complimentary beverages like soda/water/ or wine. Wendy did mine and she was so precise and detailed. She took her time and was very sweet and professional. She helped us pick out our colors from a very organized wall of nail colors and made sure to give us exactly what we wanted. She gave me a foot massage that gave me goosebumps…so relaxing that you can’t help but smile throughout the process. Everyone here is so sweet and helpful! The customer service here is top tier! The massage chair was next level- nothing like I’ve ever seen or felt before. The hot towels on my legs made me never want to leave. Wendy was so fast and efficient. This place has such a fancy a fancy atmosphere it feels like you’re in a movie. I’ve honestly never felt so comfortable and well taken care of like how I felt at Venetian Nail Spa in London Square. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Ask for Wendy!!!

    Wow! I had an amazing experience at this salon. The place is flawless and beautifully designed. The moment you walk in you are immediately greeted. The customer service is flawless, everyone is kind and welcoming from the front desk to the manager. I’ve been twice to this salon already and the service and quality are consistent. The manager of this salon is incredible! She is constantly engaging with all customers making sure we are being taken care of, she is very charismatic. The salon truly elevates the concept of customer service. My technician was Niolys and she was perfect! She took her time to do my nails and her attention to detail was on point. Overall 10/10.

    My experience at Venetian London Square was absolutely AMAZING!! T was extremely helpful and kind, she came up with the best color scheme for the fall!! Long is a perfectionist!! Exactly what I’ve been looking for, for the past few months I’ve been hopping around from place to place I search of someone who uses good materials and someone who is a perfectionist! Long provided jus that!! This is my new place!! I love it here, it’s very elegant and clean, also extremely convenient. They’re open 7 days a week!! I recommend Venetian London Square 1000%!     This location is so pristine and clean. The place is beautiful and the staff is very nice. I walked in on Dec 31st thinking I would have to wait a while, yet I was called after five minutes. My nails came out beautiful. I had gel manicure and regular pedicure.

    I had a great experience the minute I stepped in. The salon itself is beautiful and very clean. Long was very patient doing my nails and the owner, T, is so friendly and kind. She helped me pick out my polish and did my design. 10 out of 10 would recommend and come back again.

    Im really thrilled that this location is open now! The manager, T, is so friendly and helpful. Wendy took care of my manicure and pedicure, and she did an amazing job. The ambiance is clean and relaxing, which added to the whole experience.

    I haven’t gotten my nails in a while and my friend had been telling me about this place and I said why not? The salon is beautiful and Kim was very nice! She made me feel comfortable and confident with my choices and helped me out along the way. The prices are a little hefty imo and towards the end it felt a little rushed but I feel like all salons are like that. Glad I tried it out though!

    First time visiting this nail salon and I was very impressed. Everything was very clean and organized, the nail polish selection was wonderful, and the friendly customer service was excellent. It was my first time getting a matte gel manicure and they went above and beyond to make sure my nails were perfect. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

    Fav new nail spot! Had the best gel mani/pedi ever with Lily. This brand new spot was clean, owner was super attentive, they use fresh, sterilized tools and disposable tools too. The only nail place that uses disposable jet attachments. The last few nail salons I’ve been to just spray their tools with alcohol so you might notice a minimal increase in services ($5) but it’s worth it for the cleanliness. I also really appreciated the booking system- although I was a walk-in, I was told the next availability and made an appointment to come back so I ran errands. Worked out great! This spot is a must try if you’re looking for cleanliness and great work- WORTH EVERY $$

    I have to say I’m so excited and happy and felt the warm welcome of this Venetian Nail Spa. It’s so pretty and T owner and other nail technician are constantly working and if you don’t like something they work towards delivering your vision.It was so nice and family oriented and you feel well treated and the quality and time they take on transforming your nails is amazing.I came back and Kevin also did my daughters nails, and took care and delivered her vision. Definitely booking my next appointment. Love it.

    The place is super clean. When they work on your nails, they use new sealed sterile equipment. The front desk ladies are super nice and helpful. They will help you with the nail technician to make sure that it’s coming out nice. I’ve only had the nail technician Philip so I can only talk about how nice and attentive he is when he is working on my nails! He always double checks with me if I am liking the work that is being done.

    Amazing place with exceptional service from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave! Immediately greeted by the lovely manager T, Bin took his time on my pedicure while Wendy gave me the best full set I’ve had in months. They are incredibly efficient all while providing top quality service/atmosphere. A bit pricey, but 100% worth it in my opinion. They are very clear about how much everything is so there is no surprise when it’s time to pay. You won’t be disappointed!

    I went in for a pedicures. This is my second time going to this location. I use to go to the Kendall Drive location but it felt like a factory. The owner wasn’t that pleasent with the works either. However, this location in London Square is completely different. Night to Day. I had the pleasure of Hannah taking care of me and I was beyond happy with her service. Everyone is very nice and the place is super clean. Will recommend it to anyone.

    Beverly Hills service in Kendall. I love the Venetian Nail Spa so I decided to try this location. 5 stars all the way. The staff and owners are so nice, they make sure you are taken care of from start to finish. Clean, comfortable and great nail polish collections to choose from. I am no stranger to getting my nails done, the service you get is reflected in the price. Highly recommend!!

    I had such a wonderful experience at this location while getting my dip manicure. I will be honest I had a lot of bad experiences at the Kendall Drive location and it made me never want to go back there, but coming into this location everyone is so friendly and super informative about their products and techniques. I will definitely be returning here and working with Jason again as he did a beautiful job on my nails!

    So happy to have Venetian Nail Spa in the neighborhood. My first visit confirmed it, the greeting from T was warm and welcoming, the hospitality! Color selection and quality of the products is impressive. But mostly the cleanliness, all items used for the pedicure and manicure, disposable or following strict sanitizing protocols. A deal breaker for me.Philip my technician sealed the over all experience. Assured my comfort and provided one of my best experience at a nail salon.Will be there every two weeks!! You should too!!

    Im always excited to come here. I came with broken and bitter nails and came out with new plexi nails (dont quote me on the name) and a new designs. Everyone is amazing and talented.     This is the spot! Saw this new place in the neighborhood and surprised my pre teen daughter and she loved it. The service is stellar! Everyone is so nice here. They welcomed her and talked to her and didn’t treat her like a kid and it did a lot for her self esteem and confidence. They asked if we wanted anything to drink and they even offered to have me sit in a massage chair while she was getting her nails done. She pulled out a folder of nail art and they weren’t even fazed by it. Matter of fact, our experience was so great, we sent my wife in the next day. Highly recommend!!

    I just visited the newly opened Venetian at London Square for a pedicure service. If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, professional environment to have some pampering services this is the place. The staff was welcoming from the moment I entered to inquire about services, helping with color selection, to then checking in on me once I was having the pedicure done. Amazing massage chairs, clean and relaxing environment. I am thrilled to have a professional, clean, peaceful place nearby me now.

    First time I’ve been here, and haven’t done my nails in over a year! I’m happy because usually they’re too rough, but Maideline knew what she was doing, very professional. Spoke little English but it’s okay, we all start somewhere! The place was beautifully clean, the cuticle cutters were in medical packaging, brand new every time! Definitely coming back.

    I just went to this new spa today for the first time and I’m so pleased with their service. It’s beautifully designed, clean and spacious. The receptionist Quinn was so kind. The man who did my nails (I forgot his name) was able to get me out of there before I had to pick up my daughter and he did a great job. Will be coming back here

    Went today for 1st time! Very happy I tried this place out! Jason was my nail technician. He was very kind, professional and did an awesome job on my nails. I work in a hospital and unfortunately my only days off are Sunday and Monday most salons in Miami are closed on these days.
