Let me spill some tea... get comfy bc this will be a long one 🤌🏾Setting the scene, its 5.30pm....So I finish my 8 hour long work-day and decide to overcome my tired state and do my toes, bc I could really use the massage chair too 💺I pop into 2 places, no availability. I call another, they said yes come in less than 15 minutes and well do it. I said no prob, Im 5 minutes away. Mind you, tired - hungry, but hey, we got a 🎣 . When I arrive, Im told I need to wait 30 minutes, I said y.. I just called? They said oh we didnt think a customer was coming but she came...I said you know what, next time. + they had wicker baskets as seats and I needed a massage Stat!Anyway as Im leaving, I look up nail salon near me on Google maps, and thank God for Tips and Dips 🫶🏾Its now 6.25pm when I call, they said what time can u be here? Took me right in, sat me down on a massage chair, and immediately got to work. They removed my gel polish, gave me a pedi, and I even requested simple design.Now this is what Id like to highlight - they close at 7pm!!!! I called close to 6.30pm - CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️‼️‼️I had Karen and Laura work on my French tip and they even assured I found the perfect pink to match my 90s aesthetic.We need more nail artists that are customer-focused like they are! I wasted so much time at the other places, hopefully you wont have to, just go here!!!

I’ve never been loyal to a nail tech or a nail salon for that matter until I found Tips and Dips! Tailen does an amazing job with my apres nails, and they do eyebrows well too. Everyone working there is so nice, and the owner keeps things running on time (a 3pm appointment means they see you at 3pm — so rare at nail salons especially in Miami!)My Spanish is definitely not perfect but they’ve always made me feel comfortable! Prices are also great and everything is super clean.

Me and my husband flew in for his Birthday and I wanted to treat him to a pedicure and manicure. When I called, she stated that she could squeeze both of us in but we might have to wait. When we arrived she took both of us immediately. This was one of the best pedicures that we have received. Both techs were so gentle with us. Everyone was friendly and nice. My husband enjoyed his manicure. Hes favorite part was the massage chair lol. Thank you for treating us with much care.

I rarely do reviews but I was so happy that I just had to come on here and give this place a review. I typically go to Asian nail salons but I figured why not try some place new? Well, I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment I called to make the appointment, to the receptionist who helped me pick my colors, to my awesome nail tech Thalien who took her time and effort to ensure I was fully satisfied with my dip manicure and pedicure. The place is clean, the prices are affordable, the atmosphere is friendly and the staff makes you feel comfortable. I will definitely be back 😊

Great experience! I dont know much Spanish as I am a student that recently moved here and unfortunately Ive found at other salons many times they dont care for you as much, treat you differently, or dont talk to you at all. But here, everyone was beyond friendly and I came out with beautiful nails! Especially my tech, Magda. She was wonderful! I got acrylics that only took an hour and were done so thoughtfully. I will definitely return. 🩷

I had an amazing experience at Tips and Dips. Tailen, my nail technician, was absolutely fantastic. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, from shaping my nails to picking the right color. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. I left feeling pampered and completely satisfied with my nails. I highly recommend Tailen if you’re looking for a professional, friendly, and talented nail artist!

Loved the place!Got lost on the plaza due to the pin on Maps being marked wrong, however once I called, they helped me find the right entrance. All personnel is professional and has a very nice customer service.The place is spacious and clean. The nails techs are knowledgeable and very friendly. As a courtesy they shared some Cuban coffee with the clients which was very delicious, so thank you for that 😊So for a first time impression, I love the place and will be returning for future self care. ❤

I went in for a facial and pedicure from Karen. 10/10 experience. She is very knowledgeable about the facials procedures and left my skin looking much better than when I came in. There was no wait at all and the services themselves were pretty quick. The owner, Laura, was extremely kind and even offered me some Cuban coffee (a must have in Miami after lunch time LOL)! Great experience and looking forward to returning quickly.

Amazing experience! Make an appointment!!I brought my mom for her birthday and I desperately needed mani-pedi. I regret NOTHING!Yani did my mani-pedi, she was great to talk to and did an amazing job!Karen and Yeilin did my mother’s mani pedi so well, looks like we’re going to need to come once a month from out of state!And Rosie!Rosie did what I thought couldn’t be done. She shaped my eyebrows BEAUTIFULLY after I had lost faith in others people doing my brows. She evened them out and fixed what I was unable to do on my own.And my baby LOVED Laura the owner and the receptionist! We all had a great time and everyone worked meticulously and quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this salon.

I was down due to leaving on a cruise the following day. I googled and found Tips and Dips. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the very sweet owner. Everything looked clean and neat. There was a small wait, which is totally expected as a walk in but it was a lot less than I ever thought it would be. Turn around time was great, nails look amazing, highly recommended Tips and Dips to anyone looking for a great place to relax and get your nails looking their best!!

Wow! For starters, the place is beautiful - very elegant and clean and doesnt have that nail polish/chemical smell. The owner and the people working there couldnt be any friendlier. The service was amazingly detailed. I just got a gel manicure, but was very impressed with the professionalism of my nail technician. I even got a spot-on restaurant reccomendation from there! I wish I lived in the area, because I would make this my regular nail salon. Thank you!

Love this salon!! Both my dip manicure and pedicure came out perfect. I really appreciated the attention to detail - Yarilis spent a lot of time on nail prep and made sure my cuticles looked great. Weeks later my nails never chipped or cracked. The aesthetics of the salon is really nice as well. Ill definitely be back when Im in Miami!

First impression is salon is very nice, clean, no chemical smell. Everything organized, friendly place. Was offered coffee, water, hot tea. Had my nails done with Paulette, great nail tech. Had shown her a picture of what I wanted and nailed it. I did apres nails, which are my favorite when I want to pamper myself and do nails. Very friendly. Definitely recommend her and this salon.

The staff give a warm and friendly welcome, then the care and attention given through out the entire salon visit is nothing but amazing. The owner shows genuine care for her staff and the atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly. The music is perfect, the decor is amazing and the cleanliness of the place is perfect. No matter where I am in the world because of my job I always hope to get to Miami to come right back to Tips and Dips to enjoy this amazing experience.

I popped in for a quick mani-pedi while staying in Miami for a bachelorette party. I didn’t have an appointment, but the ladies were wonderful and got me in straight away. The salon was pristine, and the girls did a great job. Even though I was getting a cheaper service, I felt valued - not a single word of upselling or pressuring to upgrade my service like I’ve had at countless other places.Highly highly recommend!

This is the most professional nail establishment I have ever been to. I traveled from Chicago and was able to book an appointment right away. I had an appointment for a pedicure and my fiancé had an appointment for a pedicure and manicure. We were greeted by the staff and were serviced right away. The work was very neat and professional. The establishment was beautiful and clean. To top it everything off, the owner was WONDERFUL, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL!!!!! I will definitely be back again.

I have NEVER had a better experience! The owner and techs were beyond sweet and cared about the quality of the service they provided. I was in town for plastic surgery and went for a pedicure the night before. I mentioned that I hadnt lined up a massage therapist yet and the owner took my number and made some calls to help me out. Then called to check on me 3 days after my surgery. I wish so badly that they were local. Bonus: they do custom art work and it was fabulous!
