Amazing customer service thank you Julie and the rest. I have been coming for half a year, never disappoint at all. Extremely happy how my nails come out.I wanted to state to all customers if you’re coming here to do any service. Please be patient & don’t ask “how long is this going to take” “I can come back another day” when you clearly just walked in sat for 2 minutes & already expecting service when clearly they are all with other customers. Be mindful and respectful. Don’t rush the specialist because you wouldn’t want them rushing when they are working on you. Expect to wait your turn. Self awareness & kindness goes a long way.

I personally like to put glitter on my nails and they had a great color selection. It was not a super fancy nail salon but it was clean and I felt comfortable. I’ve been going to Top Nails for 2 years now while they were under a different management, and I can confirm that the new owners have done a 180 with the salon. July, the nail tech, is friendly and does a wonderful job with powder nails, as well as Dania with pedicures. The prices are the same, their is more variety with nail color choices, and the customer service has improved so much, that I was taken back at how positively the salon has changed. I am happy to remain one of their customers!

I have had perfect acrylic nails by some of the best technicians in the business. I travel the whole country and it’s hard to find someone that can do your nails the way that you like them the very first time. Whether it’s Phils or a new set, I really don’t trust many people. But I saw some samples of nails she had on her website and I thought I just give her a try since I’m in Miami for one month. I have to get my feels. Lol so I had it done by a nice little young lady named Jessica. She was quiet and listen to what I wanted and performed. They look crooked, but she did a great job doing a pink and white set of acrylic, solar nails. They’re strong and durable, but not too on the thick side if you know what I mean.I would definitely recommend Jessica if those are the type of Nelson Jet looking for. I’ll be back to her in two weeks to have Phils before I leave for Reno. Thanks Jessica!

Walked in because I was tired of my girlfriend saying I had ugly heels on my feet (and sometimes she said much more). Ive only had one other pedicure in my life so I dont have much to go on but this was a great experience. She is very happy with the results and so am I. I know men dont normally get manicures and pedicures but they treated me like having a guy in the chair was an every day experience. It was worth it and they now have 2 new regular customers (me and my girlfriend).
