From the reviews here on Google, I decided to book a haircut with Suzy D. It’s hard to find a stylist who cuts short hair well. But Suzy listened to my wishes, checked in frequently while cutting and actually gave me the exact style I was looking for! She is excellent and I have already booked a follow up appointment for the New Year.

I was just about ready to give up on Ulta until I met Manny. He is honestly the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. He has a passion for the craft like no other. Manny takes the time to listen to his clients and what they truly want. He also informs you of options that might be helpful to achieve what you want out of your hair service. He is not your average hairdresser. Manny is top of the line! I would recommend him whole heartedly to anyone looking for a good hairdresser. Way to go Ulta! You have acquired a gem of a hairstylist.

Ashlyn was just amazing!!Went in for some make up. I haven’t worn make up in 5+ years. She was so helpful in finding my perfect shade with Clinique, blush from Benefit and other products to get this mama looking her best. She showed me best practices on how to apply foundation and when I came home to try it out, my goodness I looked beautiful!Thank you Ashlyn, I appreciate your helpfulness and patience you had with me.Quality products. 5 stars all around!

Visited here about a week ago, it was my first time at an Ulta! Make up stores like this tend to be a bit overwhelming with all the selection and trying to find the right things but everyone was so nice and helpful. An employee helped me through the process of finding the right shade, took me around the store to find different products, and was so nice about it everything. I didnt get any names but the cashier was also great, super friendly!

This place is The Place for beauty products. They have amazing variety and quality of products. Also good sales & rewards that you can earn in every purchase. The atmosphere is neat and clean, very nice costumer service. They also offer make up, hair services with previous appointment. If you havent gone to this place, you should. Totally 100%++ recommend!

They have my wanted perfume in stock. They also had not-empty testers. The Pensacola location didn’t that’s why I had to drive here. This store looks nicer and bigger than the Pensacola one. Not crowded as well which I love.

My girl bethany and the team at ulta do an amazing job with my hair. Desiree did My highlights and glaze in this pictures. Makeup staff and skin care team are great too! Ive been to a good many ultas but this one is my fave because of the selection, staff and service💙💙💙

I had my first appointment in the salon with Suzy. She was absolutely amazing and I really enjoyed my time in the salon. She has such an awesome personality and made me feel so welcome. When I came in, I was upset about my hair and the damage that was caused to it. Let me just say, that she did a phenomenal job and I am so happy with my cut and color. It looks and feels so much healthier. Thank you Suzy for making me feel more confident and beautiful. You can definitely see she is passionate about her work, and loves what she does. She now has a new client and I am looking forward to future appointments with her Highly recommended!

Great experience! Olivia at the MAC counter gave me a tutorial on how to apply my eye makeup to make it look natural yet dramatic. She also helped my friend and I choose products that would suit us. When checking out, we were given some really nice samples. What a fun shopping day!!!

Every time I come here everyone is so nice and helpful! Recently I purchased 3 perfumes and once I got home I felt like they smelt different on. And with my luck, the one I liked the most broke lol! I came back to return the other 2 and explained my situation and one of the girls gave me a new perfume! Best ulta location! :)

Mina( I believe is her name she has a split dyed hair style) but shes absolutely the best stylist/color specialist Ive seen in awhile and even when shes not on shift shes very sweet and welcoming. She makes you feel comfortable and is very accommodating, I recommend her for haircuts, styling, consultation, dying hair, shes great overall with a good rounded skillset!

Christy was so amazing today. She worked with my daughter and her make up looked absolutely perfect for prom.My daughter left Ulta feeling like a million bucks because of Christy and just a thank you would be an understatement of how we feel❤️Christy truly loves what she does and is amazing❤️

Had a great overall experience with Ulta. Jackie was especially helpful, courteous, and welcoming. She helped me set up a makeup and brow appt along with checking in on me while I was actually there. The brow and makeup specialist were fabulous. They have tons of product, variety, and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and prompt. It’s a one stop beauty shop.

I love this place! The prices are fair for the quality you get. I also have credit card so when I run out I always just charge my card and pay on it every month which is convenient. If you come to this location ask for Ashley because she literally helped me with my whole skin care and makeup routine and is very knowledgeable about there products. Which if your like me and don’t know a lot it’s great that they actually want to help you and won’t judge if you don’t know things. HIGHLY recommend.

I went to Ulta yesterday to get my hair done for the first time by them and it was a really great experience. Everyone was really nice and helpful from the time I arrived to 4 hours later when I left. Ms Mariah was the sweetest ever and she did a fantastic job on my hair. I also got a $10/ 10 minute facial while my hair was processing at their Skin Bar which was also AMAZING and so relaxing. Everything was exactly how I hoped it would be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ulta’s hair salon and their Skin Bar.

Very attentive employees. I see there are some wildly varying reviews on this location regarding customer service, but in my 3 visits the employees have been very helpful (almost to the point of pestering me, which when weighed in the balance is just fine) and very attentive. Once on a Sunday the entire staff with the exception of the cashier was hunting the store for a specific shade of lipstick for me. We didnt find it and I felt bad leaving without buying anything after all of their help.

I have been seeing Bethany in the salon for years now and I’m never going anywhere else! I always have a great time in addition to a fantastic hair cut and superior color (seriously we’ve done just about every color you can think of!) The new store is pretty great and every one working there that I’ve encountered has been extremely nice and helpful. Love it!

The ladies were very friendly, and helped me find some products I needed. They were not pushy, and they even helped me understand how they worked. One Lady did my foundation so I could be sure it was what I wanted. Then I spent half an hour browsing with no one bothering me. Beautiful experience.*update* Ive been back several times, even with my normal clothes(I normally only dress up for work) and have yet to meet an unfriendly associate. Favorite store by far.

Really enjoy this location. They have a great selection of perfumes and natural makeup. Their spa area is also a nice treat to find new things and treat yourself on the weekends. They’re also following COVID guidelines as they should. Impressed with the cleanliness too, keep it up!

This is like a toy store for women. I absolutely love it. Train your eyes to search for the on sale merchandise because the deals are crazy. I could spend hours in here except they close early. This one has a salon too. Highly recommend. You wont walk out empty handed.

Absolute best experience Ive ever had at an Ulta and by far the best customer service Ive had at any establishment, in a long time. Cailyn(I hope Im spelling it right) went above and beyond to help me. This was only my 5th or 6th time at Ulta, so I had no idea what I was doing. She helped navigate me through every single one of my needs, with ease. This girl is a rockstar and in my opinion, should be training other associates. Absolutely phenomenal. Thank you so much, again!
