I came into Gem Nails two weeks ago for the first time. What a refreshing experience! Sunnie was truly named accurately. She is a delight. It’s so nice to be able to communicate with a nail service person who speaks English when one is trying to ask questions about the different types of nail polish services available and their future maintenance. My nails are beautiful and they have lasted two weeks without a chip. What a treasure Sunnie and Gem Nails are to Monticello. Highly recommended.

I had my nails done by Sunnie a few weeks back & I kept forgetting to leave review, but girl let me tell you!!Sunnie is the kindest, funniest and most genuine nail tech I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was so, approachable, professional and most of all memorable.I tried to come in as a walk in at like 7am wanting Dip, Tips, Gel Toes, the whole shabaam haha. All for a early next day flight. She was kind enough to actually set me up an appointment with her around 8:30 and were all done by around 11, given that she had another client.She was extremely personable and I love her for the work she did! My Dip Tips lasted 3 1/2 weeks!! It was a whole trip week long trip to Mexico, going on trails, getting in water, Mud, Dirt, bar nights, etc. All with a 10 month old, you can only imagine every which way to chip, break, or bend a nail.Truly impressed & grateful! Will def be seeing Sunnie again!

I highly recommend that you go to sunnie if you want your nails done for many reasons. She takes time to customize your nails just for you. It is relaxing and quiet in her shop. She does an awesome job and she is a wonderful lady with a sweet spirit.

This beautiful new nail salon and boutique in Monticello is awesome! The Proprietor is gracious, professional, courteous and talented. She takes her time and treats every customer as though they were her one and only. Her customer service is truly inspiring and her shop is a must see!
