    Simply the best! From the time I walked in and was greeted with a welcoming smile it only got better. My stylist seats me and checks to see what I would like to do today even though I have been here before . Each time she makes sure I am happy with what we have been doing and would I like any changes . She always asks if she can get me some infused ice cold water or something else. I have the color and a style with blowout. It is without a doubt THE best haircut and color and (sometimes highlights) I have ever gotten elsewhere every time . While I am waiting for a conditioner to sit, she gives me a relaxing arm massage. By the time I am shampooed I am SO relaxed. My hair feels so healthy even though this 50 ‘ish :) needs a root color and highlights.Bailey is my amazing stylist !

    I have to say I had an amazing Aveda experience. Mica is by far so super talented! My hair is extremely long and thick, she asked me what I wanted gave me her professional advice, she delivered a beautiful, fresh look. Now my mom is waiting for Micas talented hand to Grace her locks. Thank you Mica at Aveda for giving this Mom such a wonderful new look!

    I have been coming to Pure Aveda since it opened and have always been happy with my color and cuts. My current stylist is Bailey. I feel as though we have become friends after years of visiting her. She knows what I want and does a great job of delivering. A bonus is that all products are natural. No chemicals are used. Rick and Michelle, the owners, have trained their employees to be gracious and friendly. Thank you, Pure Aveda.

    I love this spa and have been going for years! Lee is super knowledgeable and equally as sweet. He always helps me fix my skin when it is feeling off and recommends me perfect products for my curly hair to stay nourished and soft. Jo is an amazing and kind stylist that I love to see equally for catching up as I do having a beautiful spa experience that ends with fantastic hair I always get compliments on. 5 star products, 5 star service. Every detail is exquisite here and it is also always extremely clean. Highly recommend. They also have an award program that I’ve gotten several free products through, and offer you $20 off a service and your friend $25 off if you refer. A+++

    I hope this salon is around forever because I dont want to go anywhere else, ever again. Pure Aveda is everything. A huge thank you to Barbara, who fixed a disaster & put my anxiety at ease. She was like a therapist, listening to every word & knowing just what to say. By the end of it, I was so relaxed, I practically fell asleep.

    McKenna is phenomenal, she cuts out hair every 6 weeks and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! All the staff is great, they make you feel welcomed and appreciated and are all very friendly. Owner is also extremely kind and runs a wonderful business. Highly recommend.

    LOVE this place! I’ve been going there for 5 years now. I’ve been very loyal seeing my stylist Ellie! Ellie sweet, caring, and personable. Ellie is talented! She is also is great with my daughters hair too! Lee is a doll, I love his sweet demeanor, and the guy knows makeup! The front desk always friendly and welcoming when you walk in. Today was extra special for me because I was greeted with a Happy Birthday as I walked in! I didn’t expect it, and appreciated it so much!❤️😊

    Laura was amazing, she worked so quickly but did an fantastic job. I went into the salon not rly knowing what I wanted, but she knew exactly what I needed and gave me a beautiful layered cut.The total cost was 65 dollars, which seems pretty great too me seeing that she washed my hair and blow dryed/waved it

    I first came to Aveda after a horrible experience at another salon. What Barbara Johnson was able to do to correct the issues created by the first salon was just short of miraculous. I have been a customer of hers for two years now and wouldn’t sit in anyone elses chair. I am happily spoiled. She listens to me patiently before each session, shares options with me before beginning and if I ask for opinions she will share those too. Her technical knowledge combined with individualizing style to bring out the customers better features is amazing. I completely and confidentially recommend her!

    I came here while on a trip in Florida and I previously had my hair cut by someone else that screwed my hair up and I didn’t think it could be fixed. I came to Aveda filling bummed out and no hope to fix my hair. Well Emily which is a level one completed went beyond what I even had in mind. She fixed my hair and after wearing it for a week I absolutely love it. I will most definitely make a trip to her in Florida just for another cut. I never never trust anyone and will go 5+ years without a little trim. So she completely earned my trust. Also the aveda lip balm is fantastic.

    I came here September 4th to get my hair cut, and Id say it was more of an experience than just a hair cut! I was scheduled with Bailey, and shes absolutely amazing. Super sweet, very experienced with hair care, gave me great tips for caring for my hair, and made my hair look beautiful and healthy! I have pretty bad anxiety (especially in new places), and I just felt so comfortable talking to her. I also love the music thats played in the salon! I heard a song that I forgot what the name was, and Bailey stopped blow drying my hair to help me find out what it was called. Shes just the sweetest ever, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I definitely recommend Pure Aveda Salonspa, and will be back in December!

    Theyre clean, friendly, and make you walk out of there feeling pampered and beautiful. Ellie is my stylist and shes always up for whatever new style I want to do with my hair. I love how they tag team during your visit with the washes, blow dries, and styling to help move you along as this also gives you a chance to meet more of the team. I love the scalp relieving and hand massages along with the herbal tea or citrus flavored water they offer. I feel like a star. Thanks Pure Aveda, Ellie, and the team.

    Although things are really different in the world, my salon experience is still amazing. Greeted professionally with a smile, advised of the new protocols of social distancing/mask wearing/hand washing station then taken right over to my stylist. Samantha C always makes sure to talk w/me about what Im wanting done, suggesting all the proper hair care products to make my color last and make my hair look & feel amazing. Always a positive experience!

    My appointment was actually for my 13 year old daughter. Bailey, her stylist, was amazing. She was very attentive to my daughter and listened to her ideas. She then took that information and helped guide my daughter into a style that was quick and easy to style. She absolutely LOVED her experience! I am looking forward to my turn :)

    Excellent service ALWAYS. This place is consistently fantastic. Your experience from counter to chair is always extremely helpful and they go above and beyond to accommodate your requests. My stylist Danielle is always on time and even though I am her regular client she always takes the time to consult with me as to what I want done. She listens carefully and delivers to the T!!! Always happy when I leave her chair!!! Highly recommend!

    I was badly in need of a massage and knowing Aveda always has high quality service I booked an appointment. Shelby has been wonderful. They always greet you with tea and then consult with you. While discussing what your needs are for your treatment you are given a foot massage. I have had two 90 minute sessions and every minute was exactly what I wanted and needed.This salon is so soothing and relaxing. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to listen to and address your requests.I have also had a wonderful hair cut for my curly hair. I will be back shortly for another massage and facialI know you will be happy with your experience here.

    Danielle is absolutely amazing!!!! You feel completely relaxed and pampered the moment you enter the salon. The tone is peaceful...extremely tranquil. The head and hand massage are soothing. The cut is perfect (with Danielle). I have so many people stop and ask me who my hair stylist is...even other hair stylists. Highly recommend you try the lovely Salonspa.

    I love this salon. I have lived all over the country, but I think Aveda has the best hair stylists and the best environment. I have difficult hair, but Chloe has always managed to do a wonderful job cutting and styling it. I always get many compliments after a visit!

    I can not sing the praises of Mount Doras Aveda highly enough. I have been going ever since I moved here seven years ago and it is always a lovely total experience. I consider the staff my friends and look forward to seeing them every month. I love their bio friendly products. They work and provide a natural aromatherapy as well. I consider my stylist Bailey a friend and she has done wonders for my hair. I am an older customer and she breathed life back into my tired locks. The cut and color are perfect and the hand and arm massages are just icing on the cake !!!

    I have been going to the Pure Aveda salon for 5+ years and I see Lynnsie for all of my hair needs. She is a true artist with color and even more so for blondes! The staff is exceptional as well as the services provided. I drive and hour both ways because it is absolutely worth my time to go to this salon.

    Pure Aveda is an excellent salon with a friendly, client-focused, highly skilled and responsive staff. I have been going there for 5 years and all employees are true professionals focused on responding to your needs at the time. Especially talented is Erin, who is highly skilled at massage whether you are in need of a totally relaxing experience or a deep tissue massage due to more serious physical issues. She is exceptional! In terms of hair styling, cut, and color, Mica is very skilled & always knows exactly what (different) approach will bring my crazy hair under control once again!

    I searched for 3 years for a great salon in Central Florida and checked out Pure Aveda upon a friends referral. I met with Mika and she understood exactly what I wanted and gave me an amazing cut and color! She also was up front with me regarding costs and offered different ideas for the look that I wanted. I just recently got a balyage done and my hair is the best its ever been! I get compliments all the time! On top of that, you get a scalp and arm massage during your appointment, which is pure bliss for this busy mama!!

    They treated me very well there. I went in for my first hair cut in a long time and Pure Aveda Salonspa helped ease my fears. I had longish very curly black hair, and they helped me get rid of the dead ends that were crimping my style. My new shorter due looks great. And my now healthy hair is thankful.

I used Pure Privileges points for a pedicure, eye and upper lip waxing, all of which were performed in a professional yet personable manner. The reception I received was no different than if I had been a cash-paying client. I highly recommend this salon!

    You ever walked into a place and felt totally out of place?That was exactly how I felt when I came in, but despite my initial impressions of oh man, I dont belong here everyone was very nice to meMad kudos to McKenna for making my experience as pleasant as it was.I never really put too much thought into my hair until talk to her about it. While I aint got much to work with, she still had some ideas.Also, the massage part was definitely completely unexpected, yet welcomed. Definitely will take me some time to be completely relaxed.All in all, highly recommend the experience!

    If you are in or around the Mount Dora, FL area and need to get your hair done. This is the place. Everyone here is so nice and helpful, they really know what they are doing. In the past every time I got my hair cut I would come back and my stylist would have quit. I have been going to Chloe here for almost 2 years and she is a total rock star.     Great service, shampoo, cut, blowdry and style. The negative only thing I would mention was upon entering the front door, the essential oil smell was overwhelmingly strong smelling (and I like essential oils!) to the point that I put my surgical mask on to diffuse the smell.

    This place is like you died and went to Salon Heaven. Its my favorite salon in central Florida, far superior to Lady Janes in Altamonte or Salon Jaylee in The Villages. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable here. Perfect for guys and girls! Ask for Makenna to be your stylist, then after you leave be prepared to get compliments the rest of the day on how awesome your hair looks. The staff here just rocks, the management is super cool and professional. You really couldnt ask for more!

    For the ultimate pampering experience you need to go here. NEED to. Not only do I get pampered with my visit to Pure Aveda Salonspa, I get a great cut, pedicure, manicure, massage, etc. What a wonderfully accommodating, friendly, and caring team of professionals. I was pleased with the wonderful scents and products, a warm greeting and a stylist available. Barbara Johnson cut, styled and colored (foil) my hair to give me a whole new look!     I never let anyone touch my hair. All through high school and college a family friend did it back home in Massachusetts. When I moved down here in 2013 i let a new person do it and he ruined me...think KELLY CLARKSON big thick highlights and way to dark of lowlights. I was connected to Gina through mutual friends on social media and was very nervous but I felt immediately comforted by her cool laid back charm and personality. GURL DID WORK! I literally almost cried in the chair (I dont think she knows that...until she reads this!) I cannot thank her enough. She made me feel like a million bucks and i am beyond happy with the way it turned out.
