    Such a great place, got a pedicure w/ dipped powdered acrylic’s and they did an amazing job!! My partner got a pedicure and the owner was so knowledgeable since he has difficulties with ingrown nails. So welcoming and friendly and really careful execution. Came in from out of town and will definitely return for future visits!!❤️

    I have to say this was my first time going to this place after looking at reviews from different nail salons they had the best reviews with positive feedback. I give them 10 stars, it was last minute and T got me in ASAP and Hannah did an amazing job with my nails. Paying close attention to detail and what I wanted, she nailed it on the nose ❤️ Im so happy I finally found a nail salon that actually cares. Atmosphere was very friendly and family oriented. I will definitely be going back here for sure ☺️

    The price was great! I wish there was more conversation about what design or what colors we wanted. was my first time ever getting nails done. l went with my daughter, wish they had sat us together. But they were great other than that. Will definitely go back for sure.

    Lynn is the absolute best nail tech around! She has been doing my nails for nearly 10 years. You always leave happy! Salon has been recently remodeled & is very cute with comfortable pedicure chairs. The upgrades are greatly appreciated!

    I moved to the Mt Dora area last year and discovered this incredible nail salon!! The owner is great and the staff as well. Mary is who always works on my nails and she never does anything less than a wonderful job!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE❤️❤️❤️

    I absolutely love this shop! Tee, the owner, is so amazing and welcoming. He uses really great products & stands by his work. The vibe & the energy in the shop is precisely what I was looking for. Definitely one of THE best shops in the Mt. Dora area.BTW, thats powder (dip) on my nails.

    Absolutely amazing experience at this nail salon! Lynn is incredibly kind and does fantastic work. This place is truly a hidden gem—perfect in every way. I loved every minute of it and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

    First timer and was impressed. I was a walk-in for a pedicure as I wanted to try the salon out. This was my fifth or sixth nail salon since relocating up here a year and a half ago and this is by far the best! Very clean, really nice staff and great work! Lee did my pedicure and did a very nice job; great massage ! Prices are comparable to others. I will definitely go back!

    My mom and I had the best experience in January 2023 at Modern Nail Spa!! In preparation for my wedding, we both started with pedicures and I also got a French manicure and tips with dip. Tee was SO nice and personable and overall great to talk with. Not to mention the prices were very affordable! You are definitely getting great quality work. I would 100% recommend this salon!😊

    I had a great experience getting my nails done. I never felt rushed through. My only complaint is that Ive only had my nails for a week and the gel is already starting to come off. For the amount I paid and the tip I left, I wouldve thought they would last a lot longer. Super disappointed.

    We have recently moved to this area and I’ve been taking my time finding a new nail salon. What a jewel we stumbled onto here! The owner is very involved and friendly, the nail techs were playful, professional, and did a great job, and the whole place is super clean. I’m so glad to have found Modern Nail Spa!

    Really great experience here! I walked in for a fill and color change and was able to be seen immediately. The nail tech (Hannah I believe?) did a beautiful job!! I’ve never had ombré done and she knocked it out of the park. Her attention to detail was impressive. If I were a local I would make this place my go to.

    I recently moved to this area so I decided to start searching on a nail tech. I don’t regret coming here at all!! The prices are good, the customer service is amazing and T himself did my nails which they turned out phenomenal! I’ll 100% be returning here to get my nails done again.

    T did my pedicure. It had been a while since I had them done there. (I think it was when he bought the business and was rebranding it) I will say the place is amazing, bright, and fresh looking. I love that you can understand them as they also speak English so thats a plus for me. My nails were not the best (longer than I had thought as I still had Gel on from the last time I had them done) Yes, I have cut them during that time. So he cut one a little too short and its sore but it will be fine. I got the works. T was so kind and kept conversation and made me laugh a few times. His massages are great too. I will request him again in the future. I wont wait as long in between visits. I hope he doesnt mind his pic in my review. Thanks T!

    T the owner was fantastic and really invests in his clientele to get to know them. Andy my technician was AMAZING and detailed oriented. Very clean facility no overpowering chemical smells. Was a very relaxing experience. Really appreciate the time they spent even so close to closing. I will be back.

    I have been to Modern Nail Spa three times now and I’ve been very happy all three times. The place is clean and everybody is friendly and kind and my nails turn out beautifully. This last time I went I wanted some thing special because we were traveling to South Dakota for the Sturgis Bike Rally. I am very happy with my black and red ombre nails!

    I love this location and everyone is very friendly! Mary is my girl and my nails last a month never one broken. She takes her time and makes sure you are happy every time!! She is very flexible and always makes me feel appreciated!! This place is very clean and comfortable!!

    I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 5 years, when it was the old owner, and Lyn has always done my nails. She is absolutely AMAZING! Two years ago it was bought and remodeled. It looks fantastic and the new owner is personable and professional. They also have wine 😉! I love my time with Lyn and our conversations are always wonderful, even hilarious at times lol! She is an amazing artist and is always up for the challenges I throw her way with designs ☺️. Did I mention they have wine haha?! 10/10!

    I’m a first time customer and today was an amazing experience in the salon. It was nothing short of amazing 😍 I had an extraordinary time there today. The owner was very inviting and efficient. The salon was beautifully done and I LOVED the mural on the wall of the Lighthouse in Mt Dora. When I walked in the door you couldn’t of help but notice how clean and inviting it was. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. My pedicure was the best also. Very relaxing and effortlessly efficient. Thank you so much I will definitely be going back!!!!

    I loved this place so much i got a gel dip manicure, and the lady that did my nails was Mary, she was the nicest and really gentle with my nails it did not hurt at all!! and my nails are soooo gorgeous. Lynn did my moms nails and she also said she was really really nice and my moms nails turned out the be beautiful as well. place was really pretty and clean as well 10/10 recommend.

    Me and my mom went three weeks ago and i got blue acrylic nails and gel for my toe nails and let me tell you. it’s still there! that’s saying a lot bc im a life guard so every day for nine hours im outside, in the water (pool and lake) and dealing with harsh chemicals. my nails haven’t chipped or even scratched. i mean ive tugged on my nails too and they are not coming off anytime soon. not to mention the customer service was literally amazing. if you’re an active girlie looking for long lasting nails w amazing quality and customer service this is the place for sure

    Love this place! I am a repeat client. I have been doing my nails for years and never have I had such a great job everytime! Mary is amazing! She has years of experience and it shows! I wont go to anyone else. She cares for her clients. Her work is beyond excellent! The owner is so nice! The cleanliness and peacefulness of the salon is such a nice change from other salons.

    Wife and I decided to treat ourselves, so we decided to get pedicures. My wife has a leg injury so it is very difficult finding someone who can do her feet without causing discomfort. Linn did a fantastic job taking care of my wife. She was very gentle and made her feel comfortable. Everyone in the salon was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be going back.

    Tee and his wife are by far he best nail techs Ive ever had! Their work, service and personality are amazing!! Just go to them for whatever you need, you wont regret it. I always get tons of compliments on my nails. I can be picky at times and they are patient with me and make sure I left happy with my nails every single time. Ive never had any of Tees nails fall off like I have with other shops. They have great prices and will take good care of your nails!

    Walking in it’s a lovely and sleek modern look. Check in was easy and despite the busy timing we (me and two others) got serviced very quickly. The staff is very friendly! They were gracious enough to fit me in and completed a gel mani and pedicure swiftly and expertly. The quality of their work was not sacrificed for speed. They were all so nice even with finishing a little beyond closing time. Having clean nails and toes really does help to feel put together - y’all are the best!

    I absolutely adore their salons. I met Tee and his wife when I moved from the Bay Area to Folsom. Trying to find a salon that took pride in their work was hard. They are the sweetest and very talented people. They are both detail oriented and want to make sure you love your nails. I would drive 40 minutes just to go see them because they are that great. Their salons itself are clean and professional.needless to say I would go wherever he was. Hands down the best!

    By far the best nail salon experience Ive ever had. They listened to what I wanted instead of suggesting what they wanted. I also never get a pedicure so I decided to just get my toenails painted and Tee made me feel comfortable (because I hate my feet being touched 🤣) theyre kind and funny and have the best music playing too. Pricing was decent as well!
