I have been going to this location for the last 19 years and have never had a bad haircut. I usually have my hair cut done by Yolanda but she is currently on extended leave. Luckily Amanda stepped in and took great care of me. I was not sure about the results at first but I got rave reviews. She is very friendly, professional and aims to please so ask for Amanda. Wonderful experience and awesome Great Clips location.

The customer service at the Great Clips in Riverchase Plaza is always friendly and always consistent. I have been a customer of theirs for several years and have never had a poor haircut from their stylists and barbers. My most recent service with Jesenia was top notch. She paid great attention to detail and has a good eye for customizing the haircut according to your features. Highly recommended!

Its Christmas Eve, moms hairstylist at her assisted living home canceled. Mom was so sad her hair wouldnt be done for Christmas. We walked in and Amanda was awesome. She was patient with mom, understood how to help her from the wheelchair to the stylist chair and did a beautiful style, just how mom wanted it. Amanda went above and beyond.
