    I went in for a mani/pedi, makeup and hair for my intimate wedding.I’m in my upper 60’s and I’m not into a lot of makeup or hairspray/ratting. I’m much more of a “plain Jane””Merlin was great with the nails and makeup! (Although I really questioned the fake eye lashes!)The hair was my biggest obstacle!I workout daily and it had been 2 days since my hair had been washed. I assumed that the salon would wash it.I really wanted my hair down!My “home” hair dresser, my soon-to-be husband and the professionals at pampered image said “hair up”!This was really not me! (I felt like a raccoon with my make up and a rat’s nest with my hair!)I went with the flow!The look on my husband’s to-be’s face said it all! He broke into tears when he saw me!When asked on a scale of 1 to 10, he said I was a 25!Thank you Pampered Image for convincing me to do something out of my comfort zone!It was perfect, just like our wedding so d by Ed Sheeran “Perfect”

    Roxannes strong personality, eccentric style, fun-loving spirit, artistic eye, and passion are showcased beyond compare in her lovely salon. Its a vibe. The experience you get with her is like NO OTHER! She takes her time and makes sure her work is 100% the best, every single time! Shes a perfectionist if you will and has stand out style and professionalism that makes you feel RAD. I got a cut and balayage with her and my transformation was out of this world! (see pics) I left with more confidence and was definitely feeling myself. Fast forward to 10 months later with no touch ups on color and one hair cut in between, and I am STILL getting so many compliments on my hair color.     Roxy is amazing!! I came to her in despair and hopelessness. My hair broke off by me self bleaching it for years, which caused it to be short, and made me feel ugly. I felt like there was nothing that anyone could do until I met her. She installed extensions and gave me back my identity. I can pick my head up again and face the world and not feel ashamed. Now my hair looks beautiful and is growing healthy and I owe it all to Roxy. I highly recommend pampered image. Not only does the salon treat their clients with care, but also with love!

    Even Better than I could have imagined!I usually cut my own hair in my bathroom because Im a cheapskate. But Im single now, so it is time to up my style game. So about a month ago, I walked into Pampered Image (without an appointment because I dont think ahead). Luckily, Roxanne had an opening for me.She asked what I was looking for and I said I need a haircut that will get me a date.Say no more. She proceeded to spend an hour making me look good (I didnt realize I was that much of a mess.) She meticulously styled my hair, paying attention to details that I never considered. She was so pleasant to chat with because she has a great personality. And I was asking her questions and she answered them like a scientist. She really is an expert in her field. And I respect that level of quality and service.Oh, the haircut worked. 12 hours later I was in the middle of a successful date.I never thought I would say this, but I now have a personal stylist.10/10

    This is my third time going to Pampered Image. I have had two pedicure, both times by Becca. She does an amazing job! They use moisturizing hot wax and and warm towels on your feet and legs. Becca is also really good at nail art.As for my hair cut... this review is long over due. I got my hair cut by Roxanne about a month and a half ago. I had been asking for short layers on my curly long hair from a few different stylists over the years. They couldn’t get it right. I’ve had one blatantly tell me no, that’s absurd. I walked in and told Roxanne that I wanted short layers to add volume to the crown or my hair and keep my length.SHE DID IT! I’m still getting compliments of it today. :) I love it. I always look forward to going back.

    I never wear make up and as soon as I said that, they already knew what I wanted. They are knowledgeable on make-up and hair and fun to talk to.     I went into here to buy a gift card because I heard good things about this place. When I went in, i was amazed how bright, clean, and inviting the place was. I got to speaking to the owner Roxanne and she was really friendly. She even made me a coffee! I dont personally visit spas, but any time I need to buy a gift for my girl, I know where Im going.

    Highly recommend this place! Just moved here and went for a pedicure with Rebecca and 4 weeks later my nails still look new. The employees were so personable and professional and it was a great atmosphere. I decided to go back and give Roxanne a try with my hair.     They are the best! Becca is the best nail tech; they really do pamper you from the minute you walk through the door. it’s the only salon I know who not only do acrylics or hard gel with nice designs but also includes a full manicure cleaning and rehydrate you with parafin and hot towels. Keep being uniquely you ladies!

    I’ve been going to Roxy and Pampered Imagine for several years.. I love that I can have my hair colored and styled for every day and also get an updo and make up for a special events all where I love going and being spoiled! The girls do a very relaxing and thorough mani/pedi and you can even get designs on your nails.. this is the only place I go or recommend for amazing hair/nail care and styling!
