I would give them 10 Stars ⭐️ if I could!! They gave my daughter Haylee the Princess Pamper Package and she was so THRILLED! They treated me (Mom) like a Queen, constantly making sure I was good! My first visit to ROP after many years. I met with Ludby who created a beautiful, elevated look to my hair. I thought I was happy with my color going in, but with Ludbys artistry, he took my color to a another level I didnt realize was possible. I highly recommend Ludby who gave me a base color, minimal highlights, gloss, cut and style. So happy 😊

I was so reluctant to get my hair done by a new hairstylist and a new salon. I am so glad I took a leap of faith and booked an appointment with Hannah. This girl has skills! I am so very happy with my hair transformation. She did an EXCELLENT job! She took the time to help me figure out what color and style I wanted and was very helpful and patient. Their shampoo and conditioners smell so good! Their volume products are thee best and actually work. If you want or need thicker hair, buy the volume infused and the bounce back. The princess pamper day for my daughter was amazing! From the moment we walked in she was called a princess, given sparkling cider and snacks. She got a wash before style with massage! Her stylist did an amazing job on her hair and the tinsel was a bonus! It’s been a week and they are still in and she loves them. I booked myself an appointment after her appointment and they offered me 50% off my service! I can’t wait for my appointment! Best experience ever! You can see our before and after pics!

My daughter and I had the most wonderful experience at Roberts of Philadelphia in Bayfront this week . They are offering an adorable Princess Pamper package for children 5-17 for the summer. It included ; wash, blowout, hair tinsel and style. She even got a goodie bag with cute little princess items and a ROP leave-in conditioner. Plus some snacks and all the sparkling juice she could drink ( and Prosecco for moms ) . Her stylist , Jazmine, was talented , fun and very sweet . The best part , it was FREE ! But dont forget to tip :)

Well I finally found my salon! I have been in SWFL for 7 years and I haven’t been truly happy with any haircut. I kept trying different places and none of them worked out.Then I saw an advert on Facebook for a free haircut as part of continuing education for the stylists, so I said, why not!Well I’m really glad I did!!! Jazmin was FANTASTIC! Very professional and knew exactly what I wanted, when I wasn’t even sure what I wanted lol!I just explained what is important to me and what I felt my current style was lacking and Voila! She’s amazing!!!They also include a scalp and neck massage , very relaxing 😌I live in Fort Myers, but I will drive down here because it is worth it! Exceeded my expectations!They are very professional and you can take a survey so they can improve, which is the mark of true customer service.They also have their own hair care line!!! The products are wonderful and smell amazing!!!!

Last week I did my hair with my forever hairdresser, not sure why she didn’t execute my vision this time, but I didn’t complained or anything, then last Monday I saw a post that the Robert of Philadelphia salon in Naples needed a hair model for a cut.I tagged every person I could think of to be a model, and at the end, I also tagged myself not knowing I was gonna be the one getting selected, and no one knew I was having (hair trauma) today I went in and Derek executed my vision, he took the time to hear me out and all.I absolutely love my hair, I guess the universe knew I needed badly!Also, I had never heard of a Bixie cut before and never have I ever went this short in length…Thankful all the staff at Robert of Philadelphia salon and to Derek.I feel like a queen!

I love how Jade does my hair. I just wish she would finish my hair and not have a trainee blow out my hair. I would prefer her to finish my hair for the price of $130, which is quite pricey and it would look so much better if she would blow it out. Otherwise I must come home and finish my hair myself rather than have the trainee finish it. I’m going to complain and I don’t want to do so since I like how Jade does it.

My husband (Frankie) and I both had hugely positive experiences for our first visit into this beautiful salon. EVERYONE there made us feel like family right away. Brenda (Master Hairstylist) cut both our hair. We both are extremely impressed and have made another appointment next month already. Maria, Brendas assistant, gave Frankie and I the best shampoo EVER before our cuts. She gave us a wonderful massage (head, neck and shoulders) while we received our shampoo, before our cuts. Wonderful! AND if this was not enough, I just received a 20% off (today is my birthday and they emailed me this coupon) on my next service there! We HIGHLY recommend this salon.

This was my first experience at Roberts. I was hesitant to try yet another salon for the color and cut I was looking for. I now love my color and highlights! My hair is short so we are working on letting it grow out some (work in progress!), but I am very confident that my new look will be great. Rosa is a professional through and through. She is experienced with color, cut and knew just how to ease me for my transition from a short to medium style. The salon is easily accessible, clean and inviting. The entire staff were friendly. I will be returning.

I am amending my negative comment I posted below. Lexie from Roberts called right after I posted this. She apologized for me not getting a hair style that I loved and let me know that all products at Roberts are guaranteed. She gave me a refund and offered to have me come back in to have my hair fixed. I was so impressed by the customer service I am now giving Roberts 5 Stars. Thank you!I went in to have my roots touched up. Ludby double-booked me with someone else. He rushed during my highlights. Then I was left with my head in the sink for half an hour. My color was left in too long so he toned my whole head. Now I have light roots with dark hair. I knew that he knew he had screwed up but he didnt say anything. Honesty and an apology would have gone a long way here.

Last week, once again as in previous years, Robert of Philadelphia, took great care of me while in Naples for a short stay. From the moment I call, and then walk into this lovely salon, I feel pampered. I only wanted a wash and blow dry this time, but Diana did a beautiful job and was friendly and easy to chat with. I have never been in a salon where every single person participated in the wonderful experience. It made having a cut and color a truly remarkable experience. The friendliness of each member of the staff was extraordinary. I was very fortunate to work with Haley and she transformed my mess of a haircut and multi colored mop to a nicely colored and stylish cut. We were never rushed and everything was done in a meticulous fashion. It made me feel so special and beautiful.Renda also provided the added caring and love that this salon represents. I was also lucky enough to meet Robert and could see that the attitudes and professionalism come right from the top.I cannot thank everyone enough for a special afternoon that will not be forgotten. Having just moved to SW FL from out of State, I was concerned about finding a new salon for color and cuts. I could not have made a better choice with the Naples Robert of Philadelphia Salon. The front desk personnel were warm and welcoming, and I was thrilled with attention to detail and care I received from Robyn (color) and Linda (cut and blow dry). I could not have been in better hands with these two experienced ladies, and left feeling huge relief at having found the perfect salon for me. The wash and shoulder massage from GG (complete with hot towel) as well as his warm vibe only added to the totally positive experience. The personnel of this salon exemplify customer service!

I saw Robin for my color, and Linda for my cut. Robin was spot on matching the color of the picture that I showed her, a cool icy blonde. I have been to at least four other salons, and none of them were able to match this color. Linda did a great job with the cut. I have short fine ,hair thats not always easy cut. Also she did a great style. The price was not cheap, but at my age I figure Im worth it!

Today I got a blowout from Ricky, he was great. Before we even started the shampoo I let him know I had done a spa treatment on Monday and they put way too much oil in my hair. I told him what all I had done to try and fix before coming in and he was so nice. He washed it extra and added protein and make everything go back to normal. Will be back for sure!

The hair wash asistants all give delightful scalp massages. Polite service and they dont make you wait like some other upscale salons. An actual therapeutic salon. Thank you.

What an amazing experience! From the minute I was greeted by the charming Melissa to the second I sat in Sophies chair, I was treated like a queen! The shampoo treatment alone was worth a million dollars!! Sophie is amazing and totally understood where I was coming from. In fact, I cant wait to make another trip to Naples from Miami! Hi 😊I use to work as a manager of a premium hair salon in Poland for 5 years. It was very hard for me to find a proper hair salon which will be able to provide similar quality which I was use to, and most importantly a hairdresser who understands me and I will be able to trust.I have a long, blond hair and Robyn with her assistant are understanding me and I can trust them. I have someone who can do free hand painting highlights with out damaging my long, blond hair. They are also very caring and friendly 😊Obrey did a face - framing haircut and beautiful stylings great at the end.The curly- wave hair complemented the new color beautifully😊I can definitely recommend Robert of Philadelphia Hair Salon based on my experience which started almost a year ago.Marzena Erving

The front desk staff is welcoming and always smiling, the space is clean, and Linda is my stylist for life! A few weeks ago I came into Robert of Philidelphia to get a pretty drastic cut. I used to have long hair that went below my chest, now I have an assymetrical lob where the back hairs lay on my shoulders and gradually gets a couple inches longer toward the front... Since I havent let anyone touch my hair for years with fear that I wont be satisfied with their work, it was just unmanageable and dead/dying. The reason I havent let anyone touch my hair for years is because the past times I have let anyone touch my hair I have always left with such regret. With that being said Linda, you did such an amazing job and you were so sweet! As soon as I told her what my idea was she understood immediately and she got that I was nervous and talked with me and gave me a beautiful cut. I have had long hair for years and honestly I dont know if I want to go back. You did such a good job and I still keep getting compliments on my hair! First time in my life that I have walked out of a hair salon so pleased. (Im a pretty picky person) So major kudos to Linda at Bayfront!

It was was wonderful. Ive been going to Lisa for about 10 years. She does such an awesome job. Her helper did a great shampoo and massage and the hot towels feel sooo good because it gets a little chilly in there when your hair is wet. I have only one complaint , the price. Im not one of the wealthy Naples residents. Im retired and foolishly spent lots of money and didnt save for retirement. But I have to go to the best hair cutter because I have natural wavy hair and i just have to put a little curl spray on and scrunch it all over and let it dry. It falls into place perfect every time. I have a frozen shoulder and cant use a curling iron. I wish you had a price just for color and cut and discount if the stylist doesnt have to blow dry and use a curling iron. But Im not going to stop going to Lisa ,Im just not going as often.
