I started going to see Beatrice at Roots since 2018. I started taking my daughters and myself to see Beatrice for tinsel. It has since turned into us going and getting hair cuts and color. Beatrice is always flexible, friendly and professional. The salon is clean and welcoming, plus it is a great location (5th Ave). I highly recommend Beatrice and Dahlia to everyone. It is a great family environment to be in.

Beatriz is probably the most talented stylist I’ve ever met. If you’re in a funk with your hair (like I was today) you will not be disappointed in her expertise. She listens, she asks about your life and your hair and she creates a style that feels so natural and personal… just for you. This gal is a gem. I could not b more pleased. I am very happy to have discovered Beatriz at Roots Salon! My husband and I are living the dream on our new boat, but my hair was living the nightmare of being away from my hairdresser for too long. I badly needed a cut and color, but its hard to find a good hairdresser, and Id been taking my time about it. I looked into several salons before deciding on Bea, and Im very glad I did. She really listened to me, recreated the hair color that Mother Nature gave me before the gray kicked in, and made my 57 year-old hair look natural and lovely. I wish I could take her with me on the boat! Thank you, Bea. Youre Great!

I had never been to this Salon before and literally came across it by accident. You see, I had just come from another salon, (whose name I will not mention here) and when I got home and took my hat off I was shocked to see that my hair was a lavender color with a hint of ashy grey. I panicked because the next day was Thanksgiving and I had planned to join a group of people that would be meeting me for the first time. I decided to walk into town and try to find someone that could help me. I thought that all I needed was a good shampoo. It was already 3pm and places were closing.for the day. I noticed a young girl standing outside of a salon and took off my hat so she could see my hair and give me some advice. When I saw the look on her face, I knew it was bad. She told me that her mother (owner of the Salon) would be able to help and that I would need to have my hair colored all over again. My heart sank as her mom told me that she was fully booked but I think she felt sorry for me because she then told me to come back at 4pm. We did not finish until 9pm that night. This wonderful and very beautiful person was supposed to go grocery shopping for her Thanksgiving dinner that night plus her husband was waiting for her to arrive at home. Not only did she color my hair but people passing by the Roots Beauty Studio, were stopping and looking in the window and giving me the thumbs up. My hair looks absolutely fabulous. I am now the perfect blonde bombshell that I was meant to be!! Thank you Dalia from the bottom of my heart. You are a true angel and a master of your craft❤️👏👏👏👏👏

Beatriz is an expert - she really takes the time to learn about your hair and what you need before she even starts. By far the best stylist I have gone to since moving to Naples. Such a pleasure and I LOVE my hair!

Their gem of a place in the middle of bustling 5th Ave. S is the perfect place to unwind, relax, and enjoy a pampered haircut and hairstyle from this expert Mother and Daugher Team. We love their hyper clean and welcoming artistic atmosphere and know you will too. A MUST TRY if youre not already going there!

My hair was damaged due to pool chlorine, chemicals and highlights, got an appointment with Beatrice for a hair botox and my hair turned out so silky and smooth, I loved it!! Love the experience and their personal, very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much...

I was referred by a friend when i came to visit from NY. I thought there is no way a small town can have good hair stylists but i had no choice since my hair was in dire need of color and trim and i usually have no time, Long story short, best hair stylist ive encountered since NY. Really recommend going there!
