Update- I still continue to go to this salon every nail fill and pedicure. My old tech Ken is no longer there. I finally got word because nobody would tell me I just wanted an honest answer. Everybody kept saying “Oh, he’s on vacation. “I now see Ty, And he is absolutely amazing. Make sure to book with him a week or two in advance.Super impressed with this salon! It’s right next to my house, super convenient, and amazing techs.Got a pedicure Monday by a wonderful lady (didn’t catch her name)And then my nails needed a fill two days later. Ive been going to the same nail tech for seven years now and I hate switching but decided to because this is so convenient for me. I showed him what I wanted, KEN delivered 👏🏼 I wanted a coffin shape, and since I get shorter nails sometimes it’s harder to get it correctly.I was also super comfortable and relaxed with him. Great conversation as well!Thanks Luxury Nails. I will forever recommend!

Enjoy getting our nails done here. Between me and my two daughters we have done everything from mani/pedi gel polish/dip to acrylic nails. No matter what we ask or want done they always deliver! 😊 and they are all friendly and it’s always clean! Jen, Annie, Dena, Alisa (sp?) they have all been great! 😊

I love Luxury nails, it is the only salon I will go to in SWFL. I’ve been to numerous salons that don’t compare to the great service, beautiful enviorment, and great staff. I’ve gotten the best designs on my nails i’ve ever gotten in my life! If you’re a design girly this is your place and honestly everyone does a great job here!

Alicia was great! She did my pedicure and was a wonderful experience. It had been a while since I had a pedicure and had a lot of callus build up on my feet. She was very thorough and my feet feel very good!

For my pedicure, I asked for color 134 according to one of the nail sheets I was looking at. It was an opulent milky white color. What I received was a ballet pink nail color. I hadnt noticed until a coat or two was on that it wasnt the color I asked for. The colors didnt match even though they were both labeled 134. The pink was still nice and I didnt have time to start over so I didnt mention anything. The technician did a good job applying the nail color and the foot massage was nice. Everyone was pleasant.

My fav nail salon in Naples. Its so beautiful! Often during busy season (Nov-april) you need an appointment. Book online! My fav nail techs are Heather and Dena! They will take good care of you! My most recent dip show in pics. They offer a variety of services including acrylics, sns dip, mani, pedi, gel, and tons of polish options. You also can have a glass of wine or a mamosa while there. Treat yourself!

This salon is lovely! My mail tech was super nice to talk to and was very attentive. She made sure I liked my nails after every step and I prefer a thinner nail which she did beautifully! I would recommend this place to everyone, they treated me like a friend rather than just another customer and everybody was super friendly!

Update from my original review - since my horrible encounter with Brian, Ive been going to Teagan for my manicures and pedicures. Teagan is phenomenal!! She is kind, considerate, gentle, and pays much attention to detail and quality! Ill continue returning because of her! HIGHLY recommend Teagan!!Was highly recommended by a friend to go see Brian and Teagan. My gel nails were done by Brian while my friends were done by Teagan. Teagan did a WONDERFUL job on my friends nails and her eyebrows and I wish I would of gotten her. Its been a while since my nails have been done and I was very excited about today. My nails are short and I assumed it would be a little more difficult than normal nails. Brian was not soft in any way possible as he cut open 4 of my cuticles with a filing square. My fingers burned and would not stop bleeding. Several liquid, along with a powder, was used to stop the bleeding. I was shocked how many items were used in my blood and hope they are thoroughly sanitized. Brian never apologized for what he did to my hands or that I was in severe pain. My nails are small, but that should be no excuse when nails is your job. My nails were poorly done by Brian and yet he didnt care as he asked me to pay and was ready to leave the building. The kind woman who took money at the front noticed I was displeased and asked about the service. I told her about my horrible experience in which SHE apologized and said theyll try harder next time. She mentioned this to Brian and all he did was give an excuse about my nails being small. We found out you get a complimentary drink with your service, but it was never offered (including water), but we were told to ask next time. Im not giving up, for Im sure there is a lot of talent, and Im hoping the service is better next time, but wonder if keeping returning customers exists when it seems customers are a dime a dozen

After moving from up north its been difficult to find a nail salon that truly cares about the customer experience and finding someone that can execute a nail design. Ever since Ive met Mack he has hooked up my nails and always brings my ideas to life while adding his own little twist. If you ever want to switch up your nails and go for a different style I recommend you go to him! And he makes the best mimosas!

I’m so glad I found this place close to home. The salon is bright and cheery, the receptionist is welcoming. They have a great system in place for checking in and getting texts for your appointments. Would you can add to your calendar on your phone. Teagan Does my nails meticulously and they last until my next appointment which is very important to me as I’m a hairstylist and my hands are almost always wet. When I’m not doing hair, I’m in my garden and my nails still look great.

My first time in, the decor is beautiful and it’s very clean. I was surprised how big the salon is, a ton of pedicure chairs and nail tables, but still a great vibe. I’ve been to several other places and this has been my favorite so far! Everyone was so nice, I had Alicia, she was wonderful! I will be asking for her again my next visit. She gave me a very relaxing pedicure with gel and a dip manicure.Oh and they offer wine/ champagne and other NA beverages to enjoy! And I got a loyalty punch card for every $35 you spend you get a stamp, 12 stamps is a free spa pedi or shellac mani!Definitely worth check out!

This was my first visit to Luxury Nails & Spa Naples. Even though had outdoor signage indicating they take appointments & welcome walk-ins, I had concerns when I walked as they were extremely busy. However, I was greeted promptly by a nice young lady (named Paula I believe)& was taken right away for the Gelish Mani/Pedi Combo Package. Spa Technician Brian was very nice, personable and he did a beautiful job with services making you feel very relaxed. My sister had Heather for her nail services & she did beautiful job as well.Also for as busy as they were, it was still a relaxed atmosphere & the spa was immaculately clean. Pricing was pretty on par with other places for the same services but overall atmosphere had more positive energy & your business felt appreciated.

Luxury nails has an upscale boutique environment that is welcoming to adults yet kid friendly as well.New pedicure chairs, attentive staff, great music (Im partial as I grew up in the 99s and the 00s)Ten big screen tvs playing oddly satisfying videos to relax and zone out to...luxury home tours, food preparation, etc.Love the new addition of the ATM as I never remember to get cash prior.The salon usually looks pretty busy but they staff enough where I have been able to walk in everytime and never wait more than a few minutes.Eyelashes have held up well and I love the shape of my eyebrows after getting them tinted.They also offer a selection of wine for their customers.I found my new nail spa home in Naples :)

I decided to give Luxury Nail Spa a second try and am so pleased that I did. I opted for the Luxury Pedicure with a paraffin treatment. Brian was wonderful! He was very thorough and detail oriented, particularly when it came to callous removal and cuticle trimming. His foot message was exceptionally relaxing and he was focused on what he was doing from start to finish. In addition, it’s a nice bright, clean establishment. I feel like I was truly pampered here:)

Something inside the salon was irritating my throat a little so my nail professional brought me a water bottle complementary. This place is very clean and beautiful inside. Today was the first time I actually visited this place. I haven’t gotten my nails done in a very long time and my boyfriend wanted to treat me so we went to this place. I left right after work and went straight over as I was signing in they were already ready for me. My name tech (I didn’t get his name) but he was great! He is very focused and makes sure the work and the nails are the way you like it and over all my nails came out amazing! I’ve had a very hard time finding a nail tech since moving to florida and I believe I have found a new one now!☺️ Definitely recommend this place!

This place is gorgeous! Clean, sanitary and the staff was beyond friendly and welcoming! My daughter and I came in with a list of things we wanted to do maybe a little over an hour before they closed, (didn’t realize the time) with no appt. They were already pretty busy but they went above and beyond to squeeze us in to get as much done as possible and made an appt. For the next day to finish the other services. Andy was amazing and took his time to make sure everything was done correctly and to our liking. The service was absolutely top notch! I have been pretty loyal to my nail place for a couple of years now but I think I have found a new favorite place!

I don’t know where to begin, I made an appointment the same day…. And they were able to get me in a pedicure chair immediately. They had so many colors to choose from, even Funny Bunny by OPI which I was dying to try. The salon is really clean, and decorated beautifully. Linda did my nails, and my pedicure! She was super sweet, and very polite and fun to talk to! She even stayed LATE to help me. She did the perfect deluxe pedicure, and a perfect gel manicure. I am very happy with her customer service, dedication, and work! Everyone was very friendly, and the front desk girl was super sweet, and very pretty. I can’t thank you enough! Linda if you are reading this, you are FABULOUS and the BEST! I will be returning every single time for my nails and toes to see Linda… don’t go anywhere else. I wish I could give this salon 10 stars. I hope the $2 bill brings you goodluck, and prosperity Linda.

This was the most amazing pedicure I’ve ever received with a long luxurious foot and leg massage. The polish is flawless and my dip mani is stunning.
