    Had the best experience today at NWC ! I’ve been to this location a few times in the past but today was definitely by far the best experience and has solidified me as a guest forever! Alexis was my esthetician today and will be my girl for the foreseeable future. She made me feel comfortable, did a beautiful job with my service and was great at upselling me a product to take home without being super pushy/shoving it down my throat. She was just phenomenal. I hope she stays at Midtown location so I can continue to see her for all my needs ! Thank you so much Alexis! You are the reason I will be back!!

    Vanessa technician is the best!!!!!The reason why I gave only 4 stars is because I couldnt make appoitment iver the phone, they told me I have to walk in and hope they have availability to give me service. First of all I spend money there every month, second I dont want every technician, I trust Vanessa and would like to make appoitment with her. The reason why is like that is because I couldnt make to my first appoitment that I was schedule, but I always call and reschedule if I have too. I asked for manager and they told me they dont have one. I just dont think this is okay because I go every month, if I missed any month I get it but I call and reschedule if I cant make it because of work.

    After hearing from everyone that Brazilian waxing is so painful and they got it done once and never again… I decided to try it. My first time getting Brazilian Waxed was with Bri and she was great. She’s very patient and understating with low pain tolerance people like me. I came back a second time and Bri wasn’t working so I got the Brazilian Wax with Paige. She did amazing, also! I definitely recommend it’s painful but super worth it!

    Had a Brazilian done by Shelby. She is amazing. Has a huge personality, very talkative. Makes your experience very personable and not uncomfortable at all. She made sure not to leave one hair behind! She is lovely and does an amazing job. I recommend her 100%.

    I have been going here for a while now and I love it! my wax specialist is Haley and she is AMAZING. She knows how sensitive my bikini area is and I don’t know what she does with her wax pot but the wax is never too hot or uncomfortable. It’s never a drag to go get a wax, I am always excited to see her and catch up. Check her out!

    I entered the place and it smelled amazing.It was super clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. I’d never been here before today and booked Whitney based on other reviews. They were so right!! Fantastic service, very kind and professional, made me feel comfortable right away and answered all my questions:) I got my legs done it was a significantly better experience than the other place I went to for the first time (this was my second) I’ll definitely be coming back and I 100 percent recommend booking with Whitney!

    I just started coming here and I got waxed by Lizbeth and she was best, she was quick and i prefer the wax to be quick because of the pain, i’ll never get used to it lol, she was quick and did a really good job and didn’t hurt like it usually does for me.

    Olivia did a Brazilian wax for me and it was by far the smoothest, least painful wax Ive ever had! I hadnt waxed in so long I thought it would be super painful but she was knowledgeable and professional and knew how to make the experience quick and painless for me! Highly recommend! I got the package because I plan to only see her now :) Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I initially found it on Groupon so luckily I got a discount for my first service with them and wow, this place was so nice! Very clean, bright and welcoming! The service itself was practically painless so I believe they have really great quality hard wax! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location! (Located right off of immokalee rd in Naples by the Sam’s club.) Will definitely be coming back.

    I can’t say enough good things about Naples Wax Center. I’ve been going here for almost a year and everyone is always professional and friendly. It is also VERY clean. I recently had a new wax technician, Candace, who was one of the best girls I’ve had for waxing! She made me feel extremely comfortable and even gave me some new tips to try to help with ingrown hairs. She was extremely thorough and I have already booked her for my next service!

    If you’re tired of chain waxing salons, go see Priscilla at Naples Wax Center. She is amazing at waxing & did such a great job. The receptionist was great and super nice and informative. I didn’t feel pushed to buy anything and will be purchasing a wax pass on my next visit - if you want to save $ I suggest you do the same. Definitely worth the drive no matter where you live. Brazilian was nearly painless and not a single hair was left the behind. Relaxing atmosphere and very professional.

    Went there for the first time as a nervous wreck but they made me feel comfortable and were very friendly. My wax specialist was Whitney and she was wonderful. She went over everything that was happening and knows her stuff and kept me distracted from the pain. Going again next month with her!☺️Update: Went back a week later to return a product I bought and didnt want anymore. I called beforehand for their return policy since their website didnt state it and said if the product was unopened and unused I can return it before two weeks. I go to the store to return the product just to be told theyre not accepting it because it was part of the bottle was used. How when I didnt even open the box? One star down because I bought an used item.

    This was my first time trying the Naples wax center. I had been waxing for about 10 years and have tried many different wax places including ones in Canada. This was the best waxing experience I have ever had. I requested to have Raven as I have read reviews and saw how many people wrote about how great she is. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The room for waxing was a good size and very clean and tidy. Raven was the best waxer I have ever had! She was very efficient, so friendly and nice, made it painless making me feel so comfortable, as well as detailed making sure all the hair was gone. The wax she used was the best type of wax Ive had as I have had many different types of wax used on me from other places. This wax is stripless as it is hard wax making it painless and leaving your skin feeling so soft. It easily glides off your skin removing all hair as there is no ripping sensation that other waxing places have left my skin burned, painful, and red. I could not believe how quick and skilled Raven was as I had my full leg and underarms done as she was done in half the time that it normally takes at other waxing places I went to. The end result was the best I ever had as my legs and underarms feel and look so smooth without any wax residue left on me that happens to me a lot from previous waxing experiences from other places. Definitely will be going back and using Raven again as she is the very best! I highly recommend using Raven for a great waxing experience!

    Be sure to read the fine print. Came from out of state and anticipated receiving the free first time wax. Is not the case for out of state people. However was worth every penny paying full price and I am so happy with the results! 5/5

    I had a great brazilian wax experience with Stefanie! My first time at the location and I used a groupon. Wish I had taken advantage of the first free wax prior to buying the groupon as the receptionist told me one or the other so oh well I guess. The wax itself was everything I could expect and Stefanie made me so comfortable, shes definitely a talker and I appreciate the distraction! My only downside to the whole experience was at the end I had expressed to the receptionist that I was interested in their products (they had a 50% off sale) and had a specific want for a type of aftercare lidocaine product. They didnt have an analgesic but instead of pointing me towards other after care she suggested a tattoo shop or something.. like yeah I know where I can get it but Im interested in your products.... and that was that. She got hung up on not having the lidocaine analgesic that she missed the opportunity to make a sale on something else. So I walked out empty handed but with a future appointment set regardless. Looking forward to seeing Stefanie again, she really was so sweet!
