    Im so glad we have such an amazing spa here in Navarre. Very clean, welcoming and ambiance is great! Its a hidden gem! Nicole is amazing, had a 75 minute facial and was the best and most relaxing. Highly recommend and will be going back again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

    I had a one hour therapeutic massage by Amanda Whalen. The lobbywas clean and beautifully decorated with Beach theme. The private room was calming, comfortable and clean. Once I told her that my problem areas were my shoulders and neck, she got busy! She did a full body with emphasis on shoulder and neck. She used wet heat on my neck, shoulders, back and feet. I thought that was the perfect touch. The massage was amazing! I will definitely be returning and recommending! 5 star

    Had a great experience with Nicole getting a facial. She was super relaxed and easy to talk to and you can tell she is really knowledgeable about skin. The spots I came in with looked way calmer and less inflamed throughout the day. Will definitely be a returning client.

    A nice experience with Joy today. I had a 30 minute massage as a gift with hot rocks. Joy made sure to ask where I needed more of the focus and also areas to be careful. She was professional and friendly. Very relaxed and refreshed. I hope I can get back sooner than later.

    My first time here. Place was very nice and clean. I was in the first room close to the lobby and thought I would hear that noise. I never heard anything. Joy gave the BEST massage Ive ever had. My only suggestion would be the massage table/bed needs more cushioning. It was a little hard.

    Great experience while on vacation! Very clean facilities and nice staff. Amanda did a really great job! One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had, if not the best, and I have had many! If I lived here, I would definitely be a regular.

    This is a great escape for massages and facials. Nicole gave me an amazing facial and neck massage. My skin still feels so hydrated! The essential oil aromas and relaxing music transform you out of a busy life for a while. I’m looking forward to booking again soon.

    I wish I would have found this little gem sooner. I had the most amazing prenatal massage with Stephani, she has the setup for moms to be. I was concerned about what positioning I would have to be in, but no worries I was so comfortable throughout. It was relaxing and my body has not felt better.

My therapist, Amanda listened to my preferences and was amazing in the massage services provided. There was a minor mixup with my appointment and I was extremely impressed at how the situation was handled. I could not have asked for better service!     Just had a relaxation/sports massage with Carolina. This is my first session here and I highly recommend them. Great staff and Carolina was very good, very professional. I actually booked this with the idea that I was going to run a 5k race this morning. Well I ran the race and this was my reward. Worked out beautifully. I immediately booked another session.

    Okay I had a 5-year layoff from CrossFit due to injury... Got back into it for 90 days and was an absolute knot . By chance I scheduled with Joy z... Absolutely gifted beyond belief..... I left there a different person... I am so thankful for someone who is knowledgeable when they hit a spot they just dont gloss over like getting the full body done but spend time in trying to release... Im so thankful for her gift... I can move on with what Im doing in life knowing that I can go here and have it released.. fantastic cant recommend it enough.. The premises is relaxing and so comfortable

    I have been going to Mini Escape for some time now and it has been the best discovery I have made in town. I do some heavy lifting for work and also exercise most of the week, so my body always feels slightly tight or exhausted. Since I started going to Mini Escape, I have been feeling brand new. They are extremely knowledgeable with years of experience amongst them and always give tips to do at home to help as well. I chose a 75 minute indulgent massage with Loree K. recently and she went above and beyond to help with some lower back tension I have been having and tightness in my traps as well. I also love to do cupping (which I highly recommend to everyone if you happen to exercise a good amount) and she helped me greatly with that as well. Even recommending some stretches to do at home that would in turn help me in my day to day life and in the long run for years to come. Great staff and I will always recommend them to family or friends to experience at least once!

    I had the honor of getting a fantastic massage here from Taylor. She is well educated in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, reiki and myofascial release. I had a 60 minute and she was able to take care of all the problem areas. She as well as the venue is very professional. The setting is very relaxing and very clean. I will definitely come back to check out the other types of massages. Book with Taylor K. and you will not regret it!

    Always a great experience! MEM is tucked away in a quiet shopping center so not a lot of noisy traffic outside. Availability is clearly shown on their website 24 hours a day so you’re not restricted to business hours and having to call to book. Every room is darkish, relaxing and quiet. Every member of staff I’ve met has been professional, overly helpful and kind. Their pricing is so reasonable that I’m surprised they’re not booked out all the time. I typically book 30, 45 or 60 minute massages because of my time restraints. Stephani, Loree and Gabrielle are my favorite therapists!

    What a great little gem in Navarre. My fiancé got us a couples massage for Valentines Day. We were impressed as soon as we walked in . The atmosphere and cleanliness was great. Carolina was my therapist and she did not disappoint. She was amazing. Although I didn’t mention chronic pain in my right shoulder, she must have sensed it and worked extra in that area. Hasn’t hurt since! Thank you!!!!

    Stephanie was incredibly professional and so good at her job! I had the best prenatal massager ever and honestly one of the best massages of my life. She has the equipment so you can lie on your belly and be wildly comfortable and her table has incline so you can also lay comfortable on youback at 28 weeks pregnant! Could recommend it more!     Had an incredibly relaxing experience at Mini Escape with my husband today. We are visitors from out of town and were looking to treat ourselves from my husband’s birthday.     Walking in for the first time we were greeted by Paige. The lighting and aroma were calming and peaceful.I had a wonderful experience. Paige began with a relaxing calming tone which was perfect. I was appreciative of her asking if it was ok to use oils and coconut oil. The aroma and ambiance were perfect for the 60 min I was in there. I had a deep tissue massage of my shoulders, back, and legs. Her pressure was the perfect amount. I will definitely be back.

    Stephanie is very nice and gives excellent massages. Went for 30 minute therapy for specific shoulder area pain and stress. Her place is so comforting and the atmosphere is very relaxing.     Excellent prices and a variety of practitioners to meet your needs. My husband enjoyed his massage with Mikayle. Taylor gave me an excellent massage with perfect pressure. I usually get a deep tissue and I was impressed that her approach felt less intense and invasive but I definitely felt the effectiveness of it and relief from my muscle knots and tension afterwards.Alyssa was very helpful sending a receipt I could use for my FSA which was also very much appreciated.     I had the best session with Mikalyn. I had breast cancer a year ago and have been working on my recovery. Having to go through two surgery that left me with scar tissue and tightness. Mikalyn tailored my session with some scar tissue massage and lymphatic massage. Relief of any kind is a blessing and today was an amazing day! Looking forward to many more sessions!

    Took advantage of the weekly special and had one of the newest members to mini escape Sidney. Although this visit wasn’t for anything specific we did discuss my health issues with lymphedema, she used some of her special techniques and by the end of session I had visible results with less fluid retention. I have not had one bad experience since coming . I will definitely add Sidney to my rotation.

    Alyssa has got the magic touch! I started seeing her for massages over 3 years ago when I was pregnant.     Alyssa is absolutely amazing!!! My husband and I have gone to Alyssa for the last four years. She is professional, polite and most of all very skilled. She is able to easily adjust to what the customer wants/needs whether that is style, pressure, etc. Alyssa is adept at aiding clients with pain management as well as just pampering yourself as you should! She stays on time, does not short you on the massage time, and provides a calming environment conducive to relaxation. Alyssa is very reasonable on pricing, provides customer education and recommendations on things they can do to help ease pain and also she does not push products which is great. I used Alyssas services weekly to help with pain management and that greatly reduced the chiropractic and physical therapy appointments, but also complimented the assistance from those entities nicely. Lastly, Alyssa is friendly, honest and a high-quality professional!

    Marni M. is the best, and here’s why. A few years back I had a pinched nerve in my neck. I let that go for too long before I decided to have surgery. I figured it was time when I lost feeling in my fingers, numbness on my forearm, and loss of mobility in my right shoulder. The surgery was awesome however, due to my neglect I ended up with Frozen Shoulder (look it up). Fast forward 10 years, I started to get knots in my neck and shoulders due to stress, I tried to ice and heat them away with not luck. I decided to get a massage. I went to Mini Escape Massage. My first appointment was with Marni, I explained what my problem was, and within about 10-15 minutes of the massage she asked if I’ve ever had a shoulder injury. She was able to tell something wasn’t right from the first visit. Within a week of my first massage, I have more mobility and less pain in my shoulder that I’ve had since my surgery 9 yrs ago. I just finished my second visit yesterday and have more mobility and less pain than before. Needless to say I will keep going back to Marni because I believe she can get my shoulder back to 100% mobility with zero pain. Oh, and the knots in my neck and traps, gone. Great job Marni!Brian V.

    The owners, Jayme and Alyssa are awesome! These ladies are highly skilled and knowledgeable massage therapists.My session with Jayme was so relaxing and she applied the perfect amount of pressure/techniques to relieve the pain and tension I was carrying in my neck, shoulders, and back. Every month it never fails they come, she does this magic with her hands that makes them less intense every months.     Jayme is a great massage therapist, while she was living in Illinois she opened her own business and it grew and grew untill she sold it to move.     Just simply a life-saver. Heard about them from my neighbor and i am so glad I did. Threw out my back doing yard work and Jayme fixed me up. She told me to ice for 20 min. before i came in for massage and then she did a lot of stretches and deep tissue treatment. She knows her stuff. I was sore, but in a good way.
