Been coming to this dermatologist for over 4 years and we love this office. Dr. Sy is nice to my kids and has always been attentive. He’s thorough and even recommends more economical treatments as an option when necessary because he doesn’t just push certain brands or rx.

Josh and everyone in office is so wonderful! Walking in is like a breathe of fresh air. They really care about their patients and it makes you feel like your problems are theirs too! I hope to keep them as my dermatologist forever! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I cannot express enough how caring and compassionate Dr Alfredo and all of his staff are. Starting from Candy at the call center- absolute sweetheart. I was having your typical Monday where everything was going wrong and she did everything she could do get me my same day appointment after missing my early appointment. Most call centers you call anywhere are typically just rude and don’t care BUT NOT Candy! After getting to my appointment as soon as I walk in you just feel this aura of pure relief, relaxation and positive energy. Millie, at the receptionist desk is just full of love and gives off such loving, caring vibes she is the kindest person I have ever met at any dr office. Then the Medical Assistant, Miguel walked me to my room and I was astonished on how clean and welcoming this office is! Miguel is very thorough with all of his questions before Dr. Alfredo comes in. Once Dr. Alfredo comes in you can just feel his concern and compassion for you. He is very detailed and talks you through every single step of what you are dealing with. He has the best bed side manors than any other Dr I’ve seen. Thank you all so much for everything you do, I will recommend all of my friends to come here for any dermatology concerns. I appreciate all of you ❤️

I have been a patient of Dr. Oliver for several years now and primarily used the Nira office but, I am absolutely delighted to now have this location near me in Neptune Beach.It has been a pleasure meeting and having Dr. Sy as my care provider. I am very satisfied with the medical care I have received. I now bring my 89 year old dad and my daughter will soon become his patient. He is a very respectful, caring individual and extremely knowledgeable in his profession. I can not say enough about the support staff in the office, from receptionist to the assistants to Dr. Sy. I wish them all continued success and hope to continue to have him as our care provider.

The staff and doctor are amazing. Dr. Perez is so caring and he knows about ehlers danlos syndrome. There is a lady that works there I forgot her name but she is so nice. It is really cold in that office so she gave us her personal heater.

Excellent experience! I am always nervous when I go see a doctor but this doctor put me right at ease. Everyone is very calming from the time you walk in the door till the time you leave. My doctor was in no rush either, she took her time looked me in the eye and very carefully explained everything to me. I am very grateful I have them looking out for me.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL beach office! The front desk staff is so friendly and their NP was super knowledgeable- her recommendations felt very medically sound and genuine. I will be taking my son there now that I personally have had such a great experience! Also- I like that they offer mild cosmetic procedures as well, very well-rounded practice.

Great experience would recommend going has a weird rash for about a month Dr had in gone in 3-4 days he was young but very knowledgeable. Brianna was super friendly and made the visit very welcoming everyone was fantastic. Highly recommend

We had to go for emergency skin problem. The doctor was kind and patient. She made us feel like there was hope for what we were actually going through for the 1st time in a long time. She listen to everything that we had to say all of our concerns and our worries and took the time to let us known that it could be fixed and to be patient.
