    I had a great first experience at the European Wax Center in Neptune Beach! DaeQuana did an amazing job with my underarm wax. She was so personable and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. It was clear she knew exactly what she was doing, and I was in and out in no time! The front desk associate was also wonderful—super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy. Overall, a fantastic visit, and I’ll definitely be returning!

    I’ve been getting my waxing done at European Wax Center for 12+ years and have greatly enjoyed Chaston at the Neptune Beach location. She is very personable, she asks good questions, she always remember and follow up with the things I’ve shared with her. Her method of waxing is quick and effective and somehow less painful than other experiences I’ve had! I highly recommend her!

    It’s been awhile since I’ve waxed. The last few experiences were just bad. SOOOOO how excited am I to have found European Wax Center in Neptune beach!!!! The place is immaculate and the staff is friendly. Morgan was amazing!!! Made me feel very comfortable and was very quick. I as concerned about there being red rash because I was leaving for vacation the next day. Morgan did such a great job that all redness was gone by the same afternoon. I highly recommend her!

    First time at EWC was so great. The studio was clean and the receptionist was so friendly! I believe it was Rose who waxed my eyebrows and she did a great job! She checked to make sure the wax was the right temperature and made sure I was happy before leaving.

    I see Johanna and she’s the only reason I’m giving four stars. I would get five stars if it was just about her because she’s amazing.     I’ve gotten a Brazilian before however It was my first time coming to EWC. I was welcomed right away and everyone was very informative.     My wax specialist for my visit was Saizha and she was amazing! Gentle & thorough. I am pregnant and was worried about a little more sensitive, though Ive been getting waxed for years, and she was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable.     I have been using European Wax for a couple of years now and have always found their staff to be knowledgable and good. I would definitely recommend Carla at the Neptune location really loved how thorough she was and how quick and easy it was. I would recommend getting their wax passes as they definitely are worth the money and have multiple deals attached to them. If you have not been before I believe they still run a promotion for first eyebrow wax free (not 100% sure on this). They have waxing options for all people and are inclusive.

    I’ve been twice so far, and both times have been awesome. After my first visit I was so excited to get back home to check my Brazilian out, that I got pulled over for speeding! Yes, it was that good. The atmosphere is lux, it always smells so nice, and I’m usually in and out within ten to fifteen minutes. The staff are beautiful, vibrant ladies that make you feel welcome and comfortable to be there, and these days that is rare. I will absolutely be back!!

    Wonderful place! When you walk in your immediately greeted even if a bit busy, which I find nice especially when going to a new place.     I have been a member of European Wax Center for about 4 years. I have had multiple services done and let me tell you that I found one of the most amazing waxers ever when I moved to FL. I would drive far to come see Felicia in order to do underarms and brazilians. I went to the other location in Jacksonville and the waxer was awful. Felicia was the total opposite. She was really nice and always had such a positive attitude. Do yourself a favor and see Felicia. You won’t regret it. I recommend her 100% to anyone.

    Having always wanted to have my eyebrows done (yes guys, you should consider it - you know who you are! LOL) I performed a Google search to find a place near me that could accommodate my needs. Although several results were returned, what has a highlight for me was that European Wax Center was open until 8pm ; I work until 7pm and all other places would have been closed. I quickly contacted the Center to ask probative questions and to schedule an appointment. Thinking that I would have to wait several days, I was immediately informed that I could come in the same day; an appointment was scheduled. Upon arriving I was greeted by a very friendly staff and noticed how clean the place was. In a matter of no time, I was whisked away to the back by my esthetician Tayla, to begin my first ever eyebrow waxing. Tayla was so professional, kind, and was willing to answer any of my questions; as I am sure most first timers have. She gave me a complete rundown of what to expect and how the process would go. The process took very little time, yet was thorough and complete; the results were beyond what I expected! Tayla was OUTSTANDING! So much so, that I am going back to see Her again in a few weeks. Thank you Tayla for making my first time so pleasant and enjoyable!

    I have been getting waxes for the past 8-9 years and I was blown away by the European Wax Center. The place is very clean, staff are professional and prices are in line with regular salons. I love how you can schedule an appointment or walk right in, it doesnt matter. I have never had the hard wax and only experience strips in the past and OMG this was a much better experience! It was a lot less painful and the results are great! My skin usually gets red and puffy afterwards and it didnt at all this time! I am seriously blown away and will be buying a package! THIS IS NOT A DRILL - this place is honestly amazing!

    I will give it 4 stars because it is a very clean professional place. The people that work there are super nice and do their job. However, there is something about European wax that I’m never satisfied with my wax. I’m never smooth like other places have made me feel and always come out so irritated from the wax they use. I only come here for last minute measures but next time I’ll wait for my normal place to have an opening. Thank you for all you do and good luck!
