    This is the first time Ive ever written a review for anywhere and normally I wouldnt but I had to make an exception. This location is the only one Ive ever gone to for haircuts but this may have been my best experience yet. First of all, I love how easy and convenient the website makes it to check in online and how it provides updates about the wait time. Secondly, once I got there I was greeted by a very nice service staff. Most importantly, Amanda gave me the best haircut Ive ever received in my life. Not only did she pay close attention to my notes but she also perfectly listened to my verbal requests for how I wanted specific areas of my hair cut and she delivered. Not only that but she was courteous enough to apply a coupon to my total that took off half of the original price which I did not expect. She is 100% deserving of a raise and I will likely request her services for my next haircut.

    I had a great experience, I have natural curly hair and I was really leary to let a stranger cut my hair. Stacy, my hairdresser also has curly hair. She did a fabulous job and told me what products to use to keep the frizzy under control. Thank you Stacy. I will go back

    Went in for the First time today. I signed in online no Waite when I arrived. Marianne was extremely friendly, gave me a cut I was super pleased with and some great hair advice as well! I will most certainly be returning :)

    A+ location. I dont write reviews ever, but this place is exceptional. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and give great haircuts.Danielle is who ive come to request for about a year or so. She has regularly given my best haircuts ive ever had. Just when I think I cant possibly get a better haircut, she consistantly outdoes herself and tops the previous one. She is friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. She makes something as mundane as a haircut, an event to look forward to.If you live anywhere near here and looking for a place OR looking for a better haircut than youre currently getting. I highly recommend going here!Thank you!

    Average quick salon atmosphere. I was greeted when I arrived and advised of my wait time. Definitely check in online - it saves your place and gives a pretty accurate estimate of the wait time. I did appreciate how well Ashley (Im horrible with names) listened to what I wanted, and she explained her technique when she did something I hadnt seen before. I think my cut turned out great, and I will definitely go back to her for trims.

    This was my 1st time here, Im from Ocala, FL, and I only use Great Clips there. So, while Im visiting, I will only be using Great Clips here. I was not disappointed. My hair came out perfect!!

    The stylist actually LISTENED to what I wanted, offered options to make it look better on me, and asked clarifying questions before starting to cut. Can you tell Ive had some really BAD cuts? Not here! The entire staff are pros and have always listened. Ive had some offer suggestions for a better style, and once, the stylist told me what I wanted wouldnt work for me and explained why. These ladies CARE whether I leave feeling good about how I look, and to me, thats VERY IMPORTANT!I recommend this shop to everyone, regardless of the style youre looking for. 👌

    Came in for a quick cut, checked in easily with the online wait-list but I dont think you need an appointment! Tara was my stylist and she did a great job! I needed some evening out and wanted a couple inches off of my thick hair for summertime and she was excellent! I usually feel nervous about haircuts because in the past Ive had it too short or felt I wasnt heard but this was NOT the case- Tara checked in with me through the cut and made sure I was happy with the length and style. Im so happy with this cut and I definitely recommend coming in to see Tara! So excited to rock my short summer hair!!Update: Came in for a new cut after a lot of tough family stuff including a loss right before the holiday season. Amanda helped me this time and she was actually perfect. She was very professional, matched my description, was very in-the-zone and great with her craft. I asked for a shaggy lob with curtain bangs long enough to tuck behind my ears and she hit the nail on the head. I have been very blessed/ lucky with the stylists at this location because I see other stylists talking a ton or not focusing on the cut so I am EXTREMELY GRATEFUL for the stylists Ive had!! I highly recommend getting a cut from Amanda! Im very happy with the cut and letting go of the excess hair (and what it held). Happy holidays and thank you ❤️

    Had a 45 minute wait, but I had not called ahead for appointment.I was put with Kathy, very pleasant woman.She listened to what I wanted done and I showed her pictures. I got what I wanted. Went to publix for some groceries, and within half an hour got my first compliment from register clerk that checked out my order.Thanks Kathy.... Ill be back !!

    I just left Great Clips in Trinity Florida. I had Heather as my stylist. I came to Florida to help my dad out after he got out of the hospital and didn’t have time to get my haircut before I left. I was worried going to a new place because I’m so used to my stylist back home. Well all I can say is she did a great job. My hair looks so good. So Thank you Heather !!!!!

    My mother and I went for herself to have a entire new look she was a little indecisive about what she wanted. Her stylist Cheryl was not only patient with my mother but very easily made a few suggestions and my mom agreed the conversation was light between and extremely friendly.     I love taking my son here. He’s Autistic and they are so accommodating, patient, and so caring with him. Every time we go in there they know him by name… It doesn’t matter who is cutting his hair they always walk over and say hello to him! It makes me so proud to take him in there and watch him smile and be treated with kindness and respect! You don’t see that everywhere! Kudos to great clips at Mitchell Ranch Plaza in Trinity Florida

    Love the online check in, it tells you the wait time and texts you 15 mins before. When I got there I didnt have to wait. I got Tawnya who was the best. I have struggled for years to get the cut I have wanted. I have brought pictures and explained & many stylist have never done it right. Tawnya listened, cut some then would ask, and she took every comment and executed it exactly as I said. I finally have the hair cut I have wanted for years.Thanks Tawnya.

    Had a coupon and couldnt get into my barber, so necessity ruled. Was very pleasantly surprised. One of the best haircuts Ive gotten from a Great Clips or similar type chain. In and out super quick and with a great cut. Making me question my future haircut needs.

    Angela at Mitchell Ranch Plaza did an excellent job cutting my naturally curly, thick mess of hair. I showed her two or three pictures and the result is a gorgeous tapered, curly, asymmetrical pixie. She knows exactly how to cut curls and respects the curl shape and shrinkage factor. Im so happy I found her!
