    I was referred to this salon by a friend about 10 years ago. From the initial experience up to present have been consistently outstanding. Every stylist is highly knowledgeable, friendly and hands on. My stylist, Rachel is warm, patient, personable yet professional. I can be a bit particular with my hairstyle/hair color needs, and she came through for me every visits. Thank you girl! 😉 I must also looped in David whose experience with hair/chemistry is phenomenal. Very comforting to know your hair health is with a great salon 👍🏼. This salon has cozy ambiance with complimentary coffee and cookies. Nice touch! You guys are awesome with your talent. 🏆

    I started going to this salon after a coworker insisted on checking them out, after a total botch job occurred with another salon. I quite literally came in, tearful and desperate. David, Victoria & Kylee came to the rescue and totally transitioned what I thought would have resulted in half of my hair needing chopped and not being able to revise the terrible coloring/damage I received from the previous salon; which did not occur. I left with so much dimension and confidence, with minimal fallout. They quite literally spent the day, helping me without a second thought. When I tell you that the entire salon is like family and will make every effort to bring your visions to life, while also remaining realistic to maintain your hair health. I will never go anywhere else. Absolutely the best team of stylists.

    Ive been here four years trying to find a good hair salon. Well I have finally found it! And its right down the street from me. They did a superior job and I was shocked at the price. My hair is to my bum so I always expect to pay ALOT but it was def better than most places Ive been to. Friendly. Clean. Comfortable and COOKIES! lol

    I have finnicky hair and wanted it dyed a unique color when box dyes wouldnt work at all. It took a while but looked phenomenal, I couldnt love the hairdo more. Ally was the stylist, I really love how everything came out.

    I’m so glad I discovered Victoria at Scissorhands! I have very long hair and have had the unfortunate experience of stylists taking off way more than I asked for. Victoria assessed the health of my ends and we agreed on how much to cut. She executed the cut perfectly and took just the right amount of length. She shared some really helpful tips with me about caring for my hair. Victoria and the rest of the people I encountered who work at Scissorhands were warm and welcoming, great vibes! Thank you!

    Joey here is my stylist for about two years now. He is awesome. Gives a great mens haircut! He gave me my cuts when I was growing it out to tie it back and most recently when I decided to go for a new style 4 inches shorter, going away from long hair to medium length hair. He knows modern styles and looks and checks in with you as he works. 100% recommend!

    Staff was friendly and helpful. Reviews I read are true. Ali was great and took time to listen to my concerns and did a great!😁 cut for me. Explained how to blow dry and keep my style low maintenance. They did not try to push products, but I do have to go back & get a few things. Really great experience. Other stylists were just as attentive to their clients. Happy to know I have a stylist close by. 😊

    Lovely and quick experience. Usually haircuts take FOREVER. Not this time! I came in not knowing what I wanted to get but Christina helped me make some decisions! She wasnt shy on scrubbing my head while shampooing my hair (the best parf) and did a quick cut which Im VERY satisfied with! Christina was cool ,calm, collected, and most importantly. confident! Will definitely be coming back! 💟

    Kylee did an amazing job on my highlights and cut. I am new to the area and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to find a salon that was close to where I live and also reasonably priced. I am so pleased with the service and how great my hair looks! I will definitely be going back when I need my highlights done again!

    Ali has been doing my hair for about 2 years. She is so amazing and it shocks me how many people approach me and ask me where I get my hair done. When I moved from Pasco to downtown Tampa I made the drive to get my hair done here! Even the “fancy” salons in downtown don’t even compare to this salon and Ali’s work. I got highlights and my hair feels so healthy! Love her work and everyone is super friendly.

    I went here for the first time yesterday and had such a great experience. David was my stylist and he did an amazing job! I have fine hair which seems challenging for the other salons I have tried. Such a great laid back vibe with all of the staff. Very friendly! I found my new place!

    I have been going to Scisdorhands Salon for over 20 years, David has cut and colored my hair Several times over the past 20 years and it ALWAYS LOOKS GREAT! His staff is always friendly & happy. They make you feel welcome and Always has coffee and cookies out, the shop is decorated so nicely for whatever holiday it may be. Everyone takes pride in what they do! I recommend scissorhands to Everyone! David is the BEST!! Thank you

    Dawn was great. I didnt have much direction. I gave her the length I wanted and told her I wanted it to have more volume and she did an awesome job. Asked me each step of the way to make sure I was happy. Coming back to get a hot shave soon. :D

    Ali is amazing!!! I went in with not having a cut or color for more than 9 months and she was able to blend my VERY badly grown out roots perfectly!!! The cut was just as amazing as the color. I live in California and was on Vacation when Ali did my hair and I can’t imagine anyone else touching my hair. Looks like I’ll be flying back to Florida to get my hair done!!!

    Its a wonderful environment! The shampoo girl Madison gives an excellent shampoo!! I love the decor. Everyone there is very friendly and are very experienced stylists. They make everyone look good!!

    Ive been back in Florida for 5 years now and I havent been able to find a stylist that I like. I tell them I want brown hair, I end up with black hair. So I used the pandemic shut down as a way to just give up and dye my own hair. And cut my own hair. Dont try to cut your own hair. Anyway, when businesses started reopening, I decided to go get the mess Id made taken care of. As soon as I walked in David and Ali asked me if I had well water at home. Well yeah. Ali then proceeded to strip out all of the iron in my hair, told me how to keep it that way and then did a gorgeous cut and color on my. And its BROWN!!! I LOVE my hair now and I absolutely LOVE Scissorhands!

    Was my 1st time there and was a walk in but they fit me in and Victoria S was amazing and the assistant was just as awesome! I love my hair cut and color!
